This hotel is situated directly on the beach (around 200 m away) and in the middle of the tourist district of Paphos. There are countless shops, bars, nightclubs, taverns and restaurants to be found in the immediate vicinity. Kato Paphos is around 3 km away and Paphos, with its harbour, is 4 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel.
Last renovated in 2020, this hotel comprises of 422 rooms. The facilities include a 24-hour reception and 6 lifts. There is also a café, a shop, a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, free wi-fi connection and car hire. There is also a car park as well as a children's playground. A kids' club for those aged from 3 to 12 years of age is also available. The rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer. In addition, there is a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a mini-fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, free pool/beach towels, air conditioning, a hire safe, central heating and a balcony or terrace.
Guests will find a swimming pool, a children's paddling area as well as a snack bar, a terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Leisure facilities also include an indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna, 2 tennis courts and a gym. Sport enthusiasts may play a game or table tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, darts, bocce or badminton. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the billiards/ snooker, green bowls, cards room for bridge players and massage service. On the beach, guests are offered sun loungers, parasols, windsurfing, canoeing and pedalos may also be tried out. An entertainment programme rounds off the diverse range of leisure offers. The hotel has a water park which is free for hotel guests only, and operates from first May—till End October. It includes 2 outdoor swimming pools, 2 outdoor kids pools, one of which has splash pool and accommodate 8 waters games.

Me and partner went here from stepping into the hotel we was greeted by the amazing Amid he went above and beyond for us while we stayed her for the week. We will definitely be returning here slides kept us entertained also all staff was very friendly but Amid was an outstanding man always made time to speak and make sure everything was OK for us. We had a fantastic holiday and food was always fresh and a wide selection Thank you to all staff but especially amid we hope to see you again next year Mr Chris and Mrs Chris x
We had a really enjoyable stay at Louis Phaethon Beach in Paphos. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for families and anyone looking for a relaxed all-inclusive holiday.
A special mention to Jamie and the team, tall and small hany, Olympia, and the lifeguard team would was all helpful and welcoming. They really made us feel looked after and were always happy to help whenever we needed anything.
The entertainment was also a highlight of the holiday. There was something going on most days, from daytime activities around the pool to evening shows and entertainment. The entertainment team were friendly without being too pushy. Some nights were better than others, but overall there was a good variety and it was nice having something to look forward to in the evenings. we loved the Neon halloween night Jamie is a natural entertainer
The food was generally good with plenty of choice, although after staying for a while some of the meals did start to feel a little repetitive. The pool area was great and there were plenty of activities during the day, so there was always something to do.
Our room was clean and comfortable, although some parts of the hotel are starting to look a little dated and could probably do with some refurbishment. That said, everything was well maintained and we had no major issues during our stay.
The location is also very good for exploring Paphos, and it was nice being so close to the sea. Just be aware that the hotel is quite family-oriented and can get busy, particularly around the pool and during the evening entertainment.
Overall, we had a lovely time and thought the hotel offered good value for money. There are a few things that could be improved, but the friendly staff, entertainment, facilities and overall atmosphere made it a holiday we really enjoyed. We would happily come back again.
My boyfriend and I came here for a weeks holiday, we really enjoyed ourselves and this is the breakdown:
Location: This hotel is in a great location in my opinion, its not too far from the airport and also isn't too far from the harbor and center (611 bus every 15 mins). A lot of people on here are moaning about the planes going over... I actually really enjoyed this and we were also lucky enough to see some F15's fly over a few times.
Rooms: The rooms were always kept clean and the cleaners were lovely and friendly. Yes, they were on the small side however, this was no issue for me. The decoration the rooms was a bit outdated but this is so overly moaned about, you aren't hanging round in the halls are you? Also, the rest of the hotel is done up so nicely that this really doesn't matter.
Food: The food was nice, there are some strange options for themes but they were fun to try. The Chinese for lunch was nice too. I would have liked to see more options for the ordinary lunch though.
Drinks: Most of the bars were self service for soft drinks, wine, and Keo which was super easy. The cocktails were really nice and there was a good range of choice. When you sit in the outside area, the waiters will bring you a drink which is nice.
Pool: The pool was nice and big, it was great to see the water being tested throughout our stay. We mainly stayed around the main pool with the music- i have also seen people moan about the volume, this was not the case and the music was only loud when the aqua aerobics were on which they announced through the speaker.
Entertainment: Some nights were better than others to be honest, i had no issue with the entertainment being held downstairs, it was more the fact that the entertainment staff for the day were also preforming at night. This is the only hotel i have been to where i have seen this rather than the hotel hiring entertainers to come in- this also might be the reason why some nights were very similar. There is also live music played outside, this was pretty mediocre as the guy was really old and didn't sing half the words due to him being out of breath lol.
Overall, the hotel was clean, nice, and friendly; it was close to everything and we had a nice time. i would recommend to stay in this hotel.
This was our first visit to the Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel and it beat our expectations in every way. From arrival in reception, through to room cleaning, dining and bar service, we found all of the team to be friendly and professional. This is clearly a well managed hotel. The main highlights for us were the wide choice and quality of food in the restaurant and the evening entertainment provided by the most professional entertainment team we have seen at any hotel. The entertainment team are all hard working and dedicated, ensuring the guests have an enjoyable stay. A big thank you to Grace for making our stay extra special. Added to all this was the location, only a short transfer from the airport and right on the beach, within walking distance of Paphos harbour and several beach bars. Although this was our first visit it won’t be our last!

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with excellent pools, plenty of activities and entertainment, and a great choice of food throughout the day. Everything was well organised, and there was always something to do without the holiday ever feeling too hectic.
What really stood out for us, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely made us feel at home.
A special thank you to Hany and Olympia at the bar, who were always so friendly and attentive, and to Jamie and the entertainment team, who worked incredibly hard to keep everyone entertained. Michael also deserves a special mention for the excellent service in the restaurant, while Kareem and the lifeguard team were always friendly, professional and reassuring around the pools. Imad was also fantastic and made us feel very welcome.
It’s the people who really make this hotel special. The staff consistently went above and beyond, and their positive attitude made such a difference to our stay.
The food was varied and enjoyable, the pools were fantastic, and the location right by the sea was another big plus.And Jamie and his team are the best entertainment we have ever seen at an all inclusive hotel
