This hotel is situated directly on the beach (around 200 m away) and in the middle of the tourist district of Paphos. There are countless shops, bars, nightclubs, taverns and restaurants to be found in the immediate vicinity. Kato Paphos is around 3 km away and Paphos, with its harbour, is 4 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel.
Last renovated in 2020, this hotel comprises of 422 rooms. The facilities include a 24-hour reception and 6 lifts. There is also a café, a shop, a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, free wi-fi connection and car hire. There is also a car park as well as a children's playground. A kids' club for those aged from 3 to 12 years of age is also available. The rooms come with a bathroom with hairdryer. In addition, there is a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a mini-fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, free pool/beach towels, air conditioning, a hire safe, central heating and a balcony or terrace.
Guests will find a swimming pool, a children's paddling area as well as a snack bar, a terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Honestly nothing negative to say, love this hotel. The staff (from restaurant to bar, reception and entertainment) are fabulous and cant do enough for you. Im a really fussy eater and never struggle to eat here. A couple of days left until have to go home and will be as gutted to leave as I always am.
First time in Cyprus and this hotel. Arrived early hours and was greeted at reception with a fast and efficient check in. The hotel had even done us all a lunchbox with snacks as it was late which i thought was lovely. Stay was lovely. All staff were extremely friendly, they all work soooo hard. Special shout out to Ahmed, who remembers everyone's name and is sooo lovely and attentive. If you know, you know 😅. Rooms and balcony slightly smaller than I'd have liked but they all very clean. Cleaners everyday, fresh towels, 2 bottles of water and changed beds everyday. Can get pool towels everyday down by inside pool. Overall experience of this hotel was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. I would return to this hotel. X
27 minutes ago New Couple Just had 9 nights here all inclusive and had a great holiday. We have been coming back since 2008 and can’t fault it. Special mention to Ahmed Amer in the Restaurant who always looks after us setting tables and checking all is ok. He is a great guy and very polite and professional, looked forward to a little chat everyday with him. The food is top class as always and we enjoyed the swimming pools and aqua aerobics every morning. Lots to do on the complex and a great location for exploring the harbour just up the coastal road. We ventured out for tea some nights too at the harbour with a few bars to explore too. Overall we had a great holiday and look forward to returning soon. Thanks to all at Louis Phaethon for looking after us during our stay. 😊🙌
Just returned from a week at this hotel and would like to share my thoughts. On arrival we were greeted warmly by staff and offered food and drinks before checking in, which was a quick and easy process. We were shown to our room, but on first impressions we did not feel the room met our requirements. We booked a sea view on a higher floor, but were on the ground level with a pool view, so we asked to be moved. The next day the manager arranged a new room on the 2nd floor with an amazing sea view. Much nicer ! The rooms were a little dated and could really use some modernisation, although there was plenty of storage and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning didn't seem to be as cold as you may prefer but it was o for me. The pool areas are lovely, plenty of sunbeds and always beds available without the need to get up early. the added cushions on them made them comfortable too. The food in the restaurant was very good, always plenty of choice, i only struggled due to my own food intolerances but still managed to find something to eat. Each night was themed which was lovely. Special mention to Ahmed Amer, who made a point of learning and remembering everybodys name and personally greeting each person every meal time. Very friendly, very professional and a great waiter, he made the whole experience very enjoyable. Thank you Ahmed. Bar staff worked very hard, we were never without a drink. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. We visited the spa area and were quite disappointed, it looked dated. We wanted to use the sauna and steam room as a couple but they are within the male & female changing rooms so we had to separate which was strange. I tried the sauna and it didnt seem to be working, then the steam room which was so far too hot (and I love a very hot steam room). Needless to say we didn't go again. We hired a car from the onsite hire company. Service was great, car was very good value and very clean. Overall this hotel is only slightly let down by dated rooms and poor spa area. otherwise perfect. Be aware this hotel is on the airport flight path so you will hear quite alot of aircraft noise. it didn't bother us but some may find it a bit loud.
Second visit here ,though as a couple it is also good for young families ,the staff are very helpful and alway smiling and creating the right atmosphere for a break for all, Mealtime all inclusive have a wide variation for all including vegeterian as is my partner. You have to experience the food for yourself and will understand. Ahmed or a colleague takes you to your table serves you drinks without even asking and passes the breeze with you and asks for nothing but to see you enjoying the day We did have a couple of issues ,one in particular was late night door slamming ,im not talking 9 p.m ,much later into midnight . You expect this every now and then but this was every night ,we rang reception the night it woke us but no joy resolving we did mention on checkout but because other than that and the shower floading the bathroom floor it was a joyful stay , Yes the rooms are a little dated but the both pool areas and all the facilities are great including the underground sauna ,jacuzi, and small pool oh and the chidren play pool and flumes. The beach is small and only limited beds these are regulary taken up by the compulsive hoggers im afraid early in thre morning ,one women perticularily took offence that we dared sit in beds on the opposite side of and palm tree and claimed we'd stole her spare drinks table ,we didnt! staff moved it back . Plenty of beach further down for a couple of bars with beds. 2 beds and brolley for the day €8 fair i think. Entertainment in the basement is a defo fun one for all that like live shows ,not every night Sundays and Mondays off. All in all we will go again ,but we love Cyprus anyway
