Great spot, lovely promenade to walk into Paphos near the hotel. Good position and close to the golf courses that we played on. Good choice of food on the buffet at all mealtimes with snack bars also available throughout the day. Food was lovely. Bedrooms clean and functional, maids very friendly and helpful. All staff helpful. The only minor criticism would be lack of seating after dinner in the evenings. Struggled to find seats if out of the restaurant after 8.30pm. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again next year.
Lovely hotel our room was on 2nd floor seaview Everywhere was very clean The food in restaurant had great choice it had Themed nights Could have been a bit hotter the food The Asian restaurant food was really good Didn't eat at the other al carte restaurants although guests told me they were very good The steam and sauna very small i didnt want to use it anyway but had a look Small beach outside with great watersports Nice promenade outside to walk into into Paphos but it is quite a walk A taxi cost 12 euros Or a bus a few minutes walk away Aqua fit in the mornings were done by excellent instructors who made it fun Cos the pool water was very cold There was a hydropool and jacuzzi Also evening entertainment was good but couldn't get a seat to watch the entertainment so was standing !!! The nightclub was very good different DJs most nights Pool bar was good in the afternoon they played a game called ping pong beer and had a quiz after and a Dj playing music There is a couple of pool tables inside the hotel As others have said there were a lot of big group of golfers who were a bit noisy at times but it didnt let me not enjoy my time Loved this hotel
Second stay here and a better experience than first time, last time stayed out of season so not quite as much going on as this time, all 4 à la carte restaurants open, only used the Asian and Italian but thoroughly enjoyed both. Buffet was very good food
Cocktail menu was brilliant and proper cocktails made without horrible syrups! Looked after ultimately by David (my favourite bartender although all were brilliant! Nothing was a trouble I would recommend the upgrade to deluxe if you like premium alcohol but also gives the best room choices!
Tamara on guest relations always goes above and beyond to help with anything or everything and she remembered us from last visit which was nice!
Maria at the pool was always smiling and welcoming and made a point of saying goodbye knowing we were leaving
Sunsets here are absolutely insane, very well kept hotel with everything you need I would definitely return again
So as someone who doesn’t do all inclusive usually me and my partner decided we would go for a winter package holiday, we had read mixed reviews of this hotel but reading between them it looked a good overall choice. We stayed for a week and honestly couldn’t fault it, the food was lovely, plenty of choice and not repetitive at all they do a different theme night over the 7 days and we did 5 of them and where more than happy with the choices. We did the Asian restaurant one night which was fab. Lunch buffet was good and snack bar if you didn’t want the buffet experience. Breakfast was the same everyday but so many choices. Plenty of sun beds no Matter what time you go down. My only 2 negatives and I say that lightly as it did not in anyway spoil anything was there isn’t enough seating in the lobby bar in the evening if you want to watch the music acts although you can venture to the pool bar or night club if you want a bit of a livelier experience for us we found if you weren’t in the lobby by 8.30 then you couldn’t get a seat. Also the difference in bands, if I had known that booking a deluxe or premium room would give you access to the full drinks menu I would’ve done it, the only reason we stuck with standard room when booking was because it looked like a lovely room so we didn’t feel the need to upgrade but on arriving and asking for a spiced rum ( my main drink) was told it wasn’t available on the standard all inclusive, we could’ve upgraded but it was €30 pp per night which for spiced rum wasn’t worth it for us, however if we had been aware of this before we booked as it was only £65/£100 more for the deluxe/premium we would’ve done that. Also big shout out to the staff they were on the go 24/7 always cleaning, collecting glasses, no waiting for drinks. I can’t say enough about how good the staff were. Big shout out to Maria at the pool giving out towels, she was so lovely always made time for a quick chat. Location also great, 25 minute walk to harbour but also the buses are right outside and cost €2 it’s so easy to get around. Would definitely recommend this place fab sunsets from our balcony
When we arrived at the hotel we were given drinks and a lovely gentleman took our suitcases to our room, we were on the 6th floor with a sea view it was more of a side sea view the room was clean,shower head needed a good clean, we used the 6th floor executive lounge it would be better if they had a key card to enter room, we also used the main restaurant which was very loud, the food was lovely but could be a lot hotter and we used the snack bar too which was really good, also used the à la carte restaurants tried booking on app didn’t work so booked it with guest relations we booked the Greek, Italian and Asian which was really good. We went to the evening entertainment it was alright bit noisy with golfers the night club was quieter with great music and djs. We tried the swimming pool but it was very cold there is a lovely towel lady and a lovely beach bar with very helpful staff it can get a bit noisy at beach bar and there are lots of people drinking that can be quite loud, there is a lovely promenade to walk to the harbour it takes a good half hour and a bus just outside hotel to various places it’s better to get a all day ticket. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff at pool bar and towel lady, the cleaner didn’t clean my room on last day i don’t know why.
