Amazing stay thanks to Diallo
Everything was perfect Diallo was truly exceptional — one of the kindest and most professional people we’ve met. He was always there for us, extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. His positive energy and dedication made us feel so welcomed and taken care of at all times.
Honestly, he made our stay special and unforgettable.
Lovely hotel
We originally booked a Premium room but up graded to Deluxe with reception, highly recommend the Deluxe rooms and all the benefits it brings. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room and the lovely walk in shower. Unable to fault anything or anyone in the hotel, all the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Food in the buffet was always plentiful and refreshed regularly. All of the a la carte were very good too. Drinks and service at all the bars was excellent Only complaint is regarding the reserved sun beds, on 3 mornings we went to our beds only to find people using them. The lovely Maria soon sorted the problem, but feel it's not obvious enough that some beds are reserved.
5 stars isn’t enough!
From the moment we walked in the hospitality was incredible. Someone took our bags in for us and straight away we was led for food as it was a late arrival. The checking in was easy and they kindly took our bags to our room for us. The staff were smiley and happy to help at all times I cannot fault them at all. They even sent us a bottle of wine and chocolates as we were celebrating. We were given a tour the first day there and had our meals booked in at their lovely restaurants. The food was amazing at all times. Honestly never eaten so much! We had the premium package so the executive lounge was a nice bonus with food and drinks and privacy. The drinks were always brilliant as well. Honestly I cannot say anything negative this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The entertainment was brilliant as well! 5 stars isn’t enough! Our view was incredible as well and the rooms were always refreshed daily (especially coffee for me). Thank you for such an amazing holiday

Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great, but the service truly stood out. A special thanks to Diallo for his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed with a big smile.
Just arrived home
Food, drink, pool and staff were amazing. That’s where it ends. Paid extra for a premium room which was tiny for 2 adults and 1 16 year old. They hadn’t made the beds up for 3 people so my son was put in a different room on the 3rd floor which was massive and they said they had no room to change us. This room would have been £500 cheaper. Very hard to move around the room with 3 beds and an arm chair. The entertainment was also awful. They had one thing advertised that looked great - an Elvis tribute and that was cancelled. Nothing going on in the day apart from aqua and a quiz or something similar. No music around the pool etc. if you like a quiet holiday probably nice. Don’t go for a premium room - total waste of money. If you want a day trip go on the ocean vision. Amazing trip and well worth the money.
