The resort is obviously recently renovated. The design was very comfortable and borderline 'Instagramable' for sure. Cleanliness was never an issue and the food was very tasty with impressive options.

Special mention to Youssif he was incredibly dedicated and polite. No request was ignored around the pool. Sawy was also very approachable and friendly. They make a great team.

We also want to thank Tommy for listening to some quick time feedback regarding poolside music. Our time around the pool was much improved following a rotation of playlists.

All staff we engaged with were attenuative and welcoming.

We will Definity consider returning and have already praised your resort to friends and family who are currently considering holiday options.

We’ve just got back from a week at this beautiful hotel, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations.

After seeing that it had recently been refurbished, we were a little unsure what to expect from the AI-generated images online. You never really know if they’ll match reality, but as soon as we walked through the doors, those pictures became reality in the best possible way. The hotel is absolutely stunning.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were greeted by friendly staff and offered a drink by the barman while we checked in. The check-in process was quick and relaxed, we were told about the à la carte restaurants, and the bellboy took our luggage straight up to our room.

When we opened the door, we were welcomed with champagne, fresh fruit and chocolates, along with one of the best views we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend upgrading to one of the suites. The little extras, like robes, slippers and fresh pool towels delivered every day, really made the stay feel even more special.

The food was excellent throughout the week, with plenty of variety each day and something for everyone. They also catered well for different dietary requirements, including offering alternative milks, and I overheard staff explaining how they could accommodate guests with coeliac disease too. Both à la carte restaurants were amazing so definitely eat at those.

One tip I’d give is to take a photo of the bar drinks menu. You can order everything from it while you’re at the restaurant or by the pool, and thanks to the fantastic table service we hardly ever had to go and get our own drinks. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, attentive and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.

Both pools were lovely and offered completely different atmospheres. One was quieter and adults-focused, perfect for relaxing, while the other had a more family-friendly feel with entertainment and livelier music, so there really was something to suit everyone.

The beachfront location is another huge highlight. Being able to walk straight onto the beach was amazing, and if you enjoy water sports, there are plenty available just seconds from the hotel. The only thing I’d mention is to be mindful of the ants around the beach area, as my boyfriend was stung, but it certainly didn’t take away from our holiday. There are also quite a few cats around the hotel grounds, but they’re very friendly

The location was brilliant too. It’s around a 20–30 minute walk to the harbour along a beautiful coastal path, and if you fancy eating out there are countless restaurants just outside the hotel, so you’re spoilt for choice.

The entertainment team also deserve a special mention. The shows were fantastic every evening, and although they encouraged people to join in, they were never pushy if you preferred to simply sit back and watch.

Overall, we had an amazing holiday and genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you’re travelling as a couple or a family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return

Hi All, Better late than never, one of the best ever holidays we have spent in our Happy Place, not that we have ever spent a bad one. Superseded our expectations indeed, We couldn’t ever have faulted any of our visits but this was definitely the icing on the cake. Where do we start, as soon as we go through the doors of the reception, the welcoming staff, the renovations to the rooms were totally surprising. What we must also include is great thanks to Elena front office manager for being her normal lovely self and very attentive not only to us but all the guests. Managers under managers all staff, but we must include the very hard working professional entertainment team who worked their socks off, excellent if not the very best we have encountered ever, and hope they are still at the hotel in the next few months as we look forward to seeing them all, when we return in the near future, already booked!!
