This apartment hotel enjoys a prime setting, ling on the road to the Tomb of the Kings in Paphos. The complex lies in a beautiful landscaped area, and is in close proximity to a number of attractions in the area. Guests will find themselves within easy driving distance of the centre of Paphos and the catacombs, as well as the tourist harbour area and Coral Bay. The nearest beach lies just 500 metres from the complex. This wonderful complex welcomes guests with warm hospitality and excellent service. The guest apartments are elegantly designed, offering a peaceful setting in which to completely relax and unwind in comfort at the end of the day. The complex affords guests a number of facilities and services, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including an outdoor tennis court and bicycles to rent. Additional amenities at this aparthotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a fireplace in the reception.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Recently stayed here as a family of 4, none of our party was impressed with the service we received and we would not return.
The first issue we had was with housekeeping, on our booking confirmation it advised room service was provided 5 days a week, our room was cleaned 3 times throughout our entire weeks stay. We had to continuously go to reception to request fresh towels and toilet roll and the woman on the desk couldn't have cared any less.
On arrival our TV wasn't working, they advised maintenance would come and fix it, 3 days later it was fixed, no apology.
Each night huge winged-ants crawled under our door and invaded our apartment due to a gap in the front door, we had to put our towels against the door to stop this each night.
On leaving we asked for our deposit back and the blonde haired woman with the bob on reception was incredibly rude, condescending and aggressive implying we hadn't pain, after arguing she then gave us our deposit back but continued giving us dirty looks for the remainder of our trip.
The only saving grace in the hotel was a older Russian lady I believe who worked in the bar who was lovely and couldn't do enough to help, aside from her the staff we encountered were unhelpful and uninterested.
Luckily we didn't spend much time at all at the apartments and this didn't ruin our holiday.
It's a huge shame as the location is great, close to the Lidl and if you have a car central to everything, there's a nice pool and lovely cats that wander the grounds, however due to our issues I wouldn't return.
A lot of negative reviews prompted me to review as an older couple spending 14 days here end June2026. Firstly, the price for flights, luggage, transfers and Jet2 rep availability worked out approx £350 each per week and there is no where I can think of so reasonably priced? Yes, it is self catering as chosen so why would you expect your room to be cleaned to any depth? It's an appartment and usually you provide your own toilet rolls etc and be responsible for keeping your appartment clean. It was very basic but clean. We had a hire car which I think is necessary or you're stuck round the pool area. There are 2 showers by the pool and the one day I did spend at the pool, not one single person showered off before getting in the pool !!!!! So please don't moan the pool isn't clean. I would go again and use it as a base. Could have done with a broom and mop and bucket in the room to keep on top of any foodstuffs dropped which encourage insects.
Arrived in early hours of the morning. Elina on reception booked us in and help us to our room. She showed us how the air conditioning worked as it was very warm. Room was spotless and comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always welcoming and smiling. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Pool is a good size with plenty of sunbeds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Very clean hotel loads of hot water. Buffet style restaurant variety of hot & cold food nightly entertainment except Wednesday only down fall for me personally hotel set back. Staff very friendly. Needs a face lift all in all nice hotel
Lovely hotel , lovely people. Arrived late at night to a lovely greeting, shown to room and all air-conditioning etc explained ( air con was very powerful too ) gorgeous room at back of complex with a slight sea view, nice and quiet. Room had everything we needed, clean tidy and maid service daily. Pool area clean and tidy, at this time of year sun was gone from pool are by 4pm due to surrounding buildings, but wasnt an issue for us. Pool bar service with a smile,Connie and her husband are friendly and service wonderful breakfast, coffee and bar snacks . Locafion.. its does feel like you ate a bit out of it initially but there is restaurants of good standard nearby and a lidl very close, everything else is a short bus ride of €2.
