We visited Elysia Park for a short family trip and enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt really comfortable and welcomed.
Our apartment was spacious, modern, and clean, and it had everything we needed for preparing our own meals and enjoying a relaxing family holiday.
The indoor pool at the Spa has recently been fully renovated, and our kids loved it.
What really stood out to us was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel at home.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Elysia Park. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily come back again. We’ve already recommended it to friends and family!
We stayed at Elysia Park in September in a Deluxe 2-Bedroom apartment with my husband and our twin daughters, and we had a lovely experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The pools were lovely, and we especially appreciated that there are two pools for children, which made it perfect for our girls to enjoy and have fun. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Elysia Park to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We would happily stay here again! ❤️
We are at Elysia Park now. Booked for 14 days on basis of description and reviews. Both misleading. Appearance great, reality is accommodation I would be ashamed to let. Cracked basin in bathroom, mould and rust around shower cubicle for example. Very basic. IKEA furniture. Everything scuffed and unloved. Seems like accommodation let end on and no proper clean, replacement or freshen up between. But, the worst of all is the noise!! Every time your neighbours have a shower, flush the loo, wash their hands it sounds like a storm in your apartment. If you like to go to bed in the middle of the night and put on your washing machine or shower at 2am this is for you. The staff are sympathetic and will offer to move you. We wasted a day moving but same noise. It’s the poor construction, paper thin walls and very bad water system. In the garden houses there are steep ‘marble’ stairs. Sharp edges, dangerous. Also pools have slippery surrounds and no rails on the steps in. It’s all about appearance not safety or comfort.
Number 1 annoyance is the wifi, continual disconnection and prompting to authenticate. Number 2 they did not co-operate with ISPs so the best mobile signal you can get is 3G. Number 3, we took our dog and we booked a ‘dog friendly’ room and paid a premium for so only to find the outdoor area is dangerous, when asked at reception i am told it is not advertised as dog safe, snd dogs should be kept on leeches, it is not child safe so should i keep my child on a leech? Terrible customer service and selling services that cant be serviced… safety and communication are two basics for hospitality
Absolutely lovely! It was the perfect apartment which everything nearby a pharmacy, a small shop. Swimming pool, playing area for the kids. Bouncy castle of Saturdays. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast on the first day but the rest we were out for most of the days but found it nice to come back to this apartment. Security very vigilant as well, children were running and he came to advise us to be careful as it is slippery.
