Centrally located Kefalos Damon is definitely your laid back haven, the new look of our Cyprus Hotel Apartment with the recent renovations and extra additions will enhance your holiday experience. The apartments at the Kefalos Damon are clustered around a complete courtyard area with 3 swimming pools, 3 wide sun terraces, kids club, sauna and massage room, mini market, restaurants, pool bar, and lobby bar. As an advantage of being our guest, you have the privilege of using the facilities and amenities of our sister hotel Kefalos Beach Tourist Village, located only 500 meters away from us and right on the beach. Facilities such as the pool area, the sun beds, the beach, the gym, the lobby area and Wifi in the public areas are free. All the food and beverage outlets at our sister hotel can be used and charges are applicable as per the menus.

Fantastic friendly place
Fabulous place.central for everything.next to bus station.which are so easy .This hotel really exceeded our expectations.yes it's a bit dated but it's a 3star. .the staff will go above and beyond..there was always something to eat.which was nice.the waiters (Arun mumun ) bar staff (Maria & Jon) to name a few always greeted us with a smile.pino &Danny the entertainment staff are fantastic. met some lovely people everyone was so friendly.can see why so many go back year after year..will definitely be visiting again 😊
Family-friendly Hotel - Warm and Welcoming
my 4th time staying at this incredible hotel and again it was the best!!
cannot fault a single thing about this hotel or its staff - the rooms were lovely and clean with an extra surprise for me upon arrival due to it being my birthday 🎊
the staff treat you like family, from arrival to departure you feel at home in The Damon and that's all you could possibly want for your holiday!! honestly the staff make the stay what it is - home away from home 🫶🏼
the cleaners/maids are some of the friendliest people - giving us extra toilet paper when we asked for it and even checking up on us when we didn't have our room tidied for a couple of days (we didn't feel we needed it so kept the do not disturb sign on the door) it's this attention to detail that really makes you feel welcomed and wanted by the staff
food was amazing daily - not a single complaint to be had, there was something for everyone including those who are slightly picky with their food (including myself) - same with the bar/drinks: the bar staff were hilarious and friendly, you could have a proper chat and laugh with them and they were always making sure you had a drink in hand.
entertainment - in the mornings theres Killer Darts, Killer Pool, Pool Netball, Floor Shuffleboard and Games on the Stage too - easily doable for all ages!! (my 12 year old nephew absolutely LOVED playing all the games) it's incredible every night too there's something to watch or get involved in - wether it be Bingo, Open The Box, Deal or No Deal or Higher/Lower. the entertainment brought into the hotel too is amazing, singers/tribute acts 🎤 as well as dancers 💃 and a fire breather🔥 - always fun always entertaining 😀 (Pino is spectacular too!! so kind, caring and funny - remembers so many of the returning guests and really does his best to get people involved)
the only small thing was a couple of cockroaches in my mum and nephew's room but once front desk was told they were quickly dealt with and they were apologetic about them which it's not their fault that's nature! (mum and nephew just don't like cockroaches 😅)
cannot wait to stay at the hotel again 2028 can't come quick enough!! exciting to see the other holiday goers who we've made friends with from previous stays - that's the thing with The Damon... it's family 🧡

Pros. Location-great 80% of staff-great Shower-great Maids -great Hotel supermarket really cheap Cons Room 211 b block like stepping back i to the 80s really does need updating. Breakfast- food poor quality sausage full of gristle not sure what that bacon stuff was but was not bacon scrambled egg watery 🤢 Beans like bullits Fried egg not cooked on top so slimey 🤢 Bed was rock hard so got a mattress topper made all the difference thanks 😀 Air con -poor Sunbed rules there are non same numptys getting up at 06:30 so they can go back to bed and waste half a day knowing their beds are safe 🤬 Would i return No dont think i would really shame cause staff a d location are great

5 star amazing hotel
Another fantastic stay for 3 weeks. Everything about this hotel we love. The staff are absolutely amazing. Yiannis is the manager and him and his staff go way up and beyond for you. The food is beautiful, all the staff (Robert, Victoria, all bar staff, Arun and all the restaurant staff are amazing and always professional. Now for the best entertainment staff (Pino and Danny) fill your days with fun and laughter. Big cash bingo and open the box are nightly with amazing singers, shows and fire show.
The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels, fresh bedding and the cleaning staff are amazing. This was my 3rd year and we will be back next year.
Thank you Yiannis and team - see you all next year! 5 star for 3 star prices. Amazing.
Honest experience
I know my post will probably be taken down but want to give my honest opinion of my stay here. Just back from a a 12 night stay! Just wanting to leave my experience of staying here! On arrival reception staff on duty not that friendly, gave us room key and pointed outdoors! Explained we didn’t know where we were going so asked maintenance guy to show us where to go. Walked is to block and pointed up and left us! Room was adequate but balcony was filthy from previous occupants, during our stay this was not cleaned as fag ash was there from arrival to departure. Our sons bed was a sofa bed that was uncomfortable only on day 8 we were made aware by another holiday maker that mattress toppers were available, after speaking to reception it then took another 2 days for this to be done! Restaurant and bar staff were very polite and friendly however the food was luke warm at best most evenings, yes i know its a 3* but food should be served hot and edible! Drinks served are just put in a plastic cup and not measured resulting in them being very sweet and sometimes too strong or weak! No consistency. Reception staff were very matter of fact and felt they didn’t really care. For sunbeds you need to have towels on them the latest by 7.30am or you were not guaranteed a sunbed that day. Entertainment is very repetitive with the same programme everyday apart from Wednesdays. When the entertainment is on in the evenings there is not enough table and chairs for people to sit at and are sitting or laying on vacant sunbeds. Overall this is not the worst place i have stayed but probably in my top 10!
