Great adult only hotel
Clean, beachfront location, polite and very helpful staff. Absolutely excellent, nothing much more to say
This hotel won’t disappoint
We were a little sceptical about staying here after reading the reviews & half expected a care home vibe. Upon arrival we had an upgrade, nice little surprise & unexpected. We had stayed next door on several occasions & even got married there so we knew the location was beautiful. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We stayed in suite 4415 & can’t fault the cleaning lady, she was amazing & left the rooms spotless daily, always friendly & asked if we needed anything when she saw us. There are several bars to use during the day, but we found the bar upstairs was the nicest, Manisha was lovely, she knew our drink & brought them out to us without us even having to ask, that kind of customer service goes a long way, she even remembered people that had returned from previous years, that girl needs a raise. The roof top bar was nice for the views but unfortunately the service wasn’t as good. The young lad (I didn’t get his name) walking around serving drinks to your sun bed was also very friendly. The food was plentiful & lots of choices, I would say the only problem we had was the portion size, they’re massive & we soon found that sharing a lunch worked for us. Definitely recommend staying here & will certainly be returning next year.
A good four star
This is a lovely hotel. It has amazing staff, it’s clean and there are plenty of sun beds. Everyone is very respectful and it easy to meet and chat to anyone here. It’s 20 mins from the airport private transfer and half hour with TUI. The superior sea view room was lovely. Very clean and the beds are the best I’ve ever slept in. If I am being picky there are a couple of areas which could do with a lick of paint ie communal toilets on the reception floor and the pool toilets weren’t great but they never are when people are trailing water in So why four stars… it’s not a beach holiday because there isn’t much of a beach. The sea is entered via a floating jetty which was out of action for our week barring the closest steps off it to the beach. This drops you into quite choppy water and it’s shallow and rocky and that’s not quite my idea of a beach holiday. But we swam in the sea a fair bit…however if you’re a looking for sandy white stretches to sun bathe on then this isn’t it. You also need to be a fairly confident swimmer Also if you have the benefit of a cabana you won’t get the wi fi from 20 upwards and the one we had was a bit tired and out the way Would recommend in all other ways

Perfect hotel
Our stay was perfect, location etc The staff was really friendly and helped with any queries. The only downside was people smoking whilst we was eating. Maybe do a smoking / non smokers area. But honestly apart from that, was a near perfect holiday thank you .
Great hotel, staff, food, decor and cleanliness all perfect
Just returned after our 11th visit to this hotel - everything was perfect as normal. Will return again.
