Considering that we were Loyalty Club members and had paid for an Elite class room,we felt that we were not treated as well as we should have been.The so-called benefits were not provided as published Other guests we spoke to were given later checkouts and still left before us. The comments on standards would apply to any guest
Third time we’ve stayed at this hotel, and have booked a fourth for next year. Yes the hotel aesthetically could do with a touchup in some of the rooms however the staff are really pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect and the general feel is of a homely environment. A lot of the staff have been there since our first visit and are always happy to see you. Housekeeping is excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble. Entertainment is good. We prefer to sit in the Lounge area and see the entertainment in there of an evening some of the singers are absolutely excellent. I have two negative points. One is the cleanliness of the pool it could be improved. The smaller pool in particular would benefit from a deep clean and the bottom being hoovered a little bit more regularly. My second point is the accessibility of the pools for anyone in a wheelchair. This applies also to the access to the sea. Personally, if you’d like to go and be pampered, fed extremely well then this is the hotel for you
Chose this hotel because it is Adults Only. Its clean, the food is good and there are plenty of sunbeds spaced far apart. A few minor niggles, yes, the pool tiles need cleaning, the bathroom was shabby and so were some of the dining areas, although clean. The lift broke down both weeks on the Monday and Tuesday and when it was working the doors shut so fast they trapped me in it twice. Breakfast dining room, numerous times no teaspoons, no bowls, no teapots, we went around an hour after opening so really should not have been running low so quickly, maybe invest in some more cutlery etc to allow for when the first lot is in the dishwasher.
I was woken at 4am one day to a horrid smell coming from the aircon, smelt like fags, I went on the balcony but it was ok out there, I do not know how the aircon operates but maybe some guests have been smoking in the rooms and it draws through, I dunno, it was awful, I smelt it again a couple of times but was the end of the hol so did not mention it, we had no problem during the first week.
would I go again? probably not though it was a good holiday

4th time at this hotel. We enjoy everything about it. Location, staff and exceptional food with lots of choice. Will be back again and recommend to friends.
