Fantastic hotel and staff. Food exceptional. Staff are amazing and make everything perfect. Best hotel in Paphos. Only gripe is the towels on the beds so early in the morning so we find it difficult to get a place even at 8.30am Notices say this is not allowed but clearly is. Absolutely fantastic holiday - love every moment and been back 5 times with family and as a couple and will be returning again.
Been to this Hotel many times over the last few years and it is always of the same high standards. Food cleanliness staff room’s everything you want on a holiday.The hotel is based an half hour walk along the front to the beautiful harbour of Paphos. We’re there are many restaurants and bars to pop and have a drink or a meal.
Wow!what a hotel!! We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Paphos and this was the best. Conveniently set on the beach with easy access to the path to Paphos harbour and lovely gardens. No problems at all with sunbeds no one could put them out before 8 am but there was always beds available. We located on the grass near the adult only pool and bar which was superb.Thomkar was a brilliant barman and looked after us so well. In fact all staff were so friendly always smiling and a credit to the hotel. Food was amazing so much choice and so tasty best food I've ever tasted in All inclusive. Drink was all premium brands and watch out the measures are very generous! Entertainment was good during the day we did plenty os aqua aerobics but there was so many other sports to try.in the evening there were various singers shout out to the greatest showman who is on a Saturday night . There was also a magician who needs to practice ABIT more😂😂 The only negative we had was one morning we struggled to get a table for 3 as the relief manager said they couldn't do 3 only a 2 or a 4 which was ridiculous. We did wait and my husband explained and a table for 2 suddenly became a table for 3 ! This was the only time this happened as Mahmoud always found us a table for breakfast he was very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Our rooms were cleaned daily and we're spotless beach towels were left in your room so no queuing for fresh towels. As you can see this is truly a superb hotel and one that we won't hesitate to return to.
The issue that I had whilst staying here was the constant battle of having flat Diet Coke drinks bought to myself full fat Coke in bottles when asked for Diet Coke coffee that was undrinkable this was escalated and the coffee issue was resolved but the Diet Coke issue was all the way through the holiday apart from that all staff are very good very polite and courteous especially the front desk always willing to help rooms absolutely the business best sleeps ever the only thing I could recommend is Could do with more shade would I go back definitely would.
