Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites Hotel is a luxurious, 5 star, adult focused, all suites hotel with its own beautiful sandy beach and 2 interconnected outdoor, freshwater swimming pools. Some of the suites have private pools with wooden decks while all the suites have large balconies.
The hotel is situated in a quiet location yet within short distance from Paphos airport, the town centre, the shops and the nightlife. Special features include free Wi-Fi in all rooms, public areas and gardens and free parking area.
Sports and leisure facilities include 2 outdoor fresh water interconnected pools, 1 indoor heated pool (heated in April), a floodlit tennis court and excellent bowls facilities at the Asimina's sister hotels nearby.
In the hotel spa enjoy an impressive selection of therapies and massages, hair salon, a fully equipped gym, steam bath and saunas.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Good points
Firstly the staff, they are extremely attentive and friendly, mo and Linda around the pool area plus many others whose names i missed , restaurant staff excellent, again I missed so many names but all brilliant, but got to give a special mention to Ellas,,this man is brilliant
We had top floor suite which was on the new floor, super clean and luxurious no complaints there
Bad points
As a recent review mentioned, towels! Welcome pack clearly states towels on sunbeds before 8am will be removed, they wont, in fact I saw people reserving beds in the dark at 6.15 am around the pool and the pool guy helping, personally I couldn't care less but dont give me a piece of paper with rules if they mean nothing
Secondly the al a carte
Great food if you can book, very limited places dodgy WiFi so awkward
We booked once on our family 10 day break, having got three suites it was almost impossible to book a table for four on the app , in the end went to reception and they did it
Couldn't be bothered to do it again
My suggestion ,now the hotel is busier with extra rooms , limit the amount of al a carte visits per week mainly to give everyone a chance to book, same people book every night, not complaining about that as its in the rules but leaves many other guests frustrated, maybe do what other hotels in the constantinou group in paphos do and have one / two visits a week
Finally this was our worst experience, having a very late pick up I requested all three suites for a late check-out,
Our suite was needed to be vacated by 12 but my two daughter's rooms were ok till 6pm so me and my wife moved to those.
At 1.30 pm whist having lunch I received a call from reception saying room 321 needed to be vacated immediately as they had received late booking and people were waiting, to cut a long story short we agreed and 4 of us crammed into one room , even though I booked three suites , they did offer us a swim up room at 2pm but what's the point with a couple of hours to go and our other room was 320 next door ! Also no one entered that room before we left at 6pm Thanks Asimina for ruining our last day Anyway that was my experience Dont let it put you off as it has great points and great staff as many people return each year , but please give new guests the same help as your returning guests This is just my option but we had a good chilled break apart from last day
Having just returned from our sixth stay at this wonderful hotel, I can honestly say it continues to exceed our expectations every single time.
From the moment we arrive, we are made to feel genuinely welcome. The service throughout the hotel is outstanding, with every member of staff going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail is second to none.
The cleanliness of the entire property is impeccable. Every area, from the guest rooms to the restaurants, pools, and public spaces, is maintained to the highest standards. Our room was spotless, beautifully presented, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The food quality is exceptional, with a fantastic variety of delicious options available at every meal. The restaurants consistently deliver fresh, high-quality dishes, and there is something to suit every taste. The dining experience is one of the highlights of every visit.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is its people. The staff consistently provide five-star service with warm smiles and genuine care, creating an experience that feels special from start to finish.
After six visits, it's clear that this hotel is doing something very special. Maintaining such exceptional standards year after year is no small achievement. We have stayed in many hotels, but this remains our favourite by far.
We have already booked for next year (visit number seven) and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly outstanding holiday experience.

We travelled to this hotel via Indulgent Escapes via Jet2. From the moment we arrived at the hotel the stand out was the staff, the service we experienced for the week was exceptional. The hotel suite we had was huge, the balcony was poor with no view but this didn't bother us. There is a really nice rooftop bar, the buffet is good but the stand out for us was the Kymata Beach Restaurant, we used this for lunch every day. You have to book dinner at the restaurant via the app or the reception but we never had any issues. We were brilliantly looked after by Marios and his team, stand out service and fantastic food. The hotel seemed quiet all the time, there is an abundance of sun beds so no issues there. We couldn't use the A La Carte indoor restaurant as I didn't have long trousers with me, no big deal for us but perhaps worth considering. This is a really nice hotel with probably the best service I have experienced from minute 1 until we left. If you are looking for a quiet , chilled holiday with good food and drink then I would highly recommend.
Asiminia Suites Hotel offers a laid back, adults only, luxurious atmosphere paired with excellent service and amenities.
I was there with my sister, but it is a great option for couples with its seafront location and adults only calm vibe.
The restaurants and pool bar offer excellent and personable service, a big plus that the buffet restaurant have different offerings every day. If you sit outside at dinner you will be treated to live music of different kinds every night. Specifically Greek and Cypriot on Friday evenings, when the dishes are also specifically local ones.
I recommend All Inclusive for a relaexed stay, knowing that you always have a breakfast, lunch and dinner to look forward to.
The staff is professional and friendly, often ready to chat a little with a smile and always ready to assist you if needed. Other entertainment is offered in the bars throughout the week with live music and performances. If you want a more quiet evening you can ejoy that was well, for example on the hotel rooftop bar with stunning views of the sunset. Or why not go for a little walk along the sea just outside? There is something for everyone!
We’ve just got back from our stay and honestly, what a hotel! We had such an amazing time and really couldn’t fault it. Loved our rooms and our sea view. Beautiful 😍
We arrived at about 1am, and even at that time of night there was a man waiting at the bus to help us with our bags. We didn’t have to check in properly until the morning, but they had food and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room, which was such a lovely touch after travelling all day.
In the morning, we were taken through the check-in in a separate area and they went through everything about our stay, what was included and how everything worked. It was all just so well organised.
We had beach towels in the room which were topped up every day, and the mini bar was free for the first round of alcohol, with snacks being free throughout the whole stay. We had the Ultra Deluxe package, so we did have some extra perks, but everything just felt so well looked after.
The service was honestly 5-star everywhere. Whether it was the buffet, the à la carte restaurant or the restaurant down beside the beach, the staff were brilliant. The food was absolutely delicious too. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so much on holiday 😂 There was just so much choice and everything we tried was lovely. The alcoholic drinks were also top tier — definitely no scrimping on the good stuff!
But, for me, the thing that really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to want you to have a good time. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We checked out at 12 midday but our bus wasn’t until 9:30pm. Because we had the Ultra Deluxe package, they gave us another room to use until we left, completely free of charge. I suppose it’s something you’d maybe expect with the package, but it was still massively appreciated and made our last day so much easier.
And then, just when we thought that was it, when we were leaving on the bus, the staff actually came out and waved us goodbye! 🥹 Such a small thing, but it really summed up the whole stay for us.
We honestly had such a fantastic time. The food, drinks, hotel and facilities were all brilliant, but it was the staff and the level of service that really made it for us. We felt so well looked after from the minute we arrived at 1am until the minute we left.
Would 100% go back! ❤️
