This 4 star hotel is located on the coastline of Paphos and was established in 2008. It is a short drive away from the Harbour, Restaurants. The Hotel has a restaurant, a coffee shop, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre/gym. All 113 rooms are equipped with hairdryer, safe, ironing set and air conditioning.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a hot tub. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and wedding services.
Rude staff and dirty room. You could not change anything on the a/c settings and was either veryy cold or no a/c at all. Tv was not working even after we asked them to fix it. If you want calm vacation you should avoid it
The hotel provides spotless and comfortable rooms, located just steps away from the beach. The beaches are exceptionally clean, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Guests benefit from a free charging station for electric cars, a modern and inviting lobby, and delicious food. A truly enjoyable place for a holiday!
Was not going to leave a review, However we arrived on 29th August. We travelled early as we had gotten storm warnings.
Arriving the Hotel Lobby was looking clean the toilets look great and clean.
Bag storage absolutely stunk of Damp mould. (we washed everything when we left)
We paid €46 Euro for breakfast (Their restraunt is called Blue Lagoon) Sorry but it was absolutely awful, Mushrooms with spring onions and tasted like vinegar, Sausage was some kind of Boiled hot dog type thing. Iced Coffee was rank. We left.
One pool is drained empty got told it's the old pool. Terrace was concrete several cracks etc. At which point we were looking around and if you ever stayed at a very poor holiday camp it was giving that vibe.
Beach beds dark wood and literally Have not even had a new stain for years. Same as furniture on the room patios.
Walked around outside and a lot of disrepair. Viewed some of the room patios furniture the same with broken tiles etc.
Sat in Reception, 3 of us got bites on our ankles don't know what from moved couches and ended up with Ants Crawling all over my legs.
Reception lady was lovely and I explained we would not be checking in took out bags and left. Thankfully found somewhere else.
This is an old hotel in a beautiful location But it needs closing down a bit like what happened to the UK holiday camp in same state.
We've had some amazing holiday camp holidays. Despite poor accomodation. But abroad with heat I just wouldn't take the chance. I'm afraid the bad reviews are true.
After seeing their TT videos of the hotel it certainly looks absolutely nothing like the photos.
WARNING !! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! if you want 2* at a push. We booked this with On the beach as a 4* hotel with Spa advertised still( there's no spa) they have a dirty indoor pool and delapated jacuzzi that would be a hazard to use. No golf course or any other advertised activities. There is a gym. Not only was our sea view suite rough with leaking ceiling on arrival but balcony rails loose and generally uncared about. The staff looked depressed and i see why! We tried to contact on the beach before and during our stay to resolve issues but that was a runaround. The last straw was waking up to my husband saying he felt something on our bed and discovering crackers that we'd opened the night before scattered around the kitchen and living into the kitchen cupboard were there are clearly droppings. We have now left and paid for ongoing accommodation. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. I DIDN'T 🫣
I know that there have been a lot of negative reviews but we have just come back after a week and to be fair on the hotel we had a very good time with flew out with british airways from heathrow terminal 5 and no problems there the only problem we had when we landed is we booked a speedy transfer to hotel and once we found the rep she said they were waiting for another couple on the flight behide which hasnt even landed and could we wait at least another hour we said no and jumped into a taxi only 25 minutes drive so not to bad check in easy everything charged to your room drinks etc we went half board we stayed in room 103 0ver looking the 3 pools and the sea and only a 5 minute walk to venus beach which is lovely and a good vibe but very busy so get down there earlier food at hotel was very good breakfast all sorts to choose from evening meal had plenty of choice many guests must have been bed and breakfast as not very busy in the evening which was nice flat coastal walk to the harbour which is a good hours walk bikes and electric bikes to hire at the front of hotel also 2 seater mobility can also be hired out for the use to everyone had a lovely chinese meal in the harbour which was called the imperial highly recommended over all a good holiday
