Right in the heart of the action with a selection of bars and restaurants nearby and the bustling harbour area with its market and nightlife just a ten-minute walk away.
Had a good stay at this hotel. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. Checkin was quick and a sandwich provided as we arrived early hours of the morning after a 3 1/2 hour delay. The room was large with 2 twin beds pushed together, settee with pull out single bed, balcony facing some green space (adjacent to the pool) (we paid for a garden view), hairdryer, kettle with sachets of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, fridge and bath with shower. There is a safe but you have to pay €2 a day plus €10 deposit. You get €10 back when you hand your key back. Plugs are uk 3 pin and also usb sockets. Air con works when door key is in socket. You are only allowed one key for the room so you can’t leave your aircon on all day. We left our curtains shut during the day to keep the room cool. Our air con did work quite quickly to cool the room. Pool towels are provided with a €10 deposit and you can change them at reception whenever you like. All meals were fine and you could always find something to eat. Drinks also fine on all inclusive. You can also pay for premium brand drinks. Location was a little bit out of town which is ok if the weather wasn’t 35 degrees every day!! A little bit hot to walk too far so unfortunately we didn’t venture out much!! We did get a taxi to the harbour one day, €12 euros there €15 back!! I believe you can also get a bus which stops outside the hotel? The day time and night time entertainment was good. A shout out to Yves who really worked hard both day and night. The kids disco didn’t start till 8:30 which I feel is a bit late for little ones. They also blow up a bouncy castle. Evening meal again didn’t start till 7:30, again this is a bit late for little ones. The holiday was good for a week break. Overall the hotel is advertised as a 4 star but I would say this hotel is a 3 star (might just make a 3 plus), Would I stay at this hotel again, yes if the price was a bargain and I wanted a chilled out holiday. I, personally, would prefer something closer to the centre so I could explore Paphos a bit more. Would I recommend, yes but again for a family pool based holiday
Good location, could do the coastal walk. 5 minutes walk to Tombs of the Kings just turn left and cross road. 2.50 euro each, take water as hot walking around, but places you can fill back up. 10 minutes walk same direction to bus station, take 611 to harbour 2 euro, to come back need 611 to Kings station. Castle worth a look, ancient ruins definitely worth seeing. Hotel is clean, friendly helpful staff. We stayed all inclusive, if you like a drink say a vodka and orange, you get as much vodka as orange of the local make that is good stuff. Food is good, caters for different tastes. If you have any questions the chefs are available to answer your questions and are most helpful. We were upgraded which was a nice touch.
A really nice week here.Room was clean and great views over the pools and the sea.The meals were great and varied every day.The staff were friendly and helpful,a special mention to George the bar manager who was most helpful and always there when needed,top man.i would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly come back!!!
Arrived late in the evening, 23:30, quick check in then to the bar before it closed. Met with a warm and friendly welcome by George the Bar Manager. He and his team, Gobin,Chet, and Nesim were always friendly, knew you by name and always welcoming. Never had a day without a chat to George, very knowledgeable man. The whole team run both the main bar in the evening and pool bar during the day, never saw George have a day off, runs a tight ship and looks after his staff.
Had two weeks at this hotel and loved it staff very nice particularly Dan, Saru and Ayushma the dining room ladies so nice and George and his bar manager team superb and yves the entertainment person spot on. Evening entertainment was good and nothing was too much trouble for this hotel. I had a broken hip and they made sure I was always comfortable will be back never been to a hotel that was so helpful even when I told them the drain in the shower was blocked they sorted right away. The food was okay and found something I liked to eat. We will be back to this hotel as it made her first visit to Cyprus enjoyable.
