Fantastic holiday
Have had the best holiday. Unfortunately I'm on my own but never felt worried as staff have made me feel so safe. They have went above and beyond thank you to all of them and also George the manager who has took care of me too
Great couples holiday
Just finished a 10 day stay at Avlida hotel in Paphos, enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable, staff were very friendly, especially George the bar manager, entertainment was excellent, plenty of choice for food & very tasty. Location is good too with lots to see in walking distance or hop on the very frequent local bus service with a bus stop right outside the hotel

Holiday
George and the whole bar team were exceptionally good at making drinks and serving you with a smile. Variety of cocktails and drinks included and was very good. Overall the food and the hotel is very good also.
Amazing family holiday
My family and I had such an amazing time at Avlida!
We spent most of our days by the pool, relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The bigger of the two pools was our preference as it was a bit more lively and had the kids pool.
The food was always lovely with plenty of choice! Breakfast didn't vary as much as lunch and dinner did but this was no issue for us. Lunch was served outside so we didn't have to 'get ready' as such, just dry off and wander over. My husband was particularly fond of his daily kebab for lunch! On the days that we booked trips, we requested a packed lunch and collected them in the morning to take with us. Dinner was always lovely with lots of choice. We had planned to go out for dinner but the kids were so invested in the mini disco and playing with the friends that they had made, we never went but I didn't feel disappointed because we were always happy with the food.
There is a Lidl a short walk down the road and various different shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
I can see why some of the reviews refer to the hotel as 'dated' but honestly, we found it clean and tidy, aside from a few sticking doors, we had no problems at all.
All the staff are incredible! The entertainment team are brilliant, with Yves made the trip especially special for the kids and Cosmin doing an incredible job! The bar team, George, Chet and Gobin always had a smile and a laugh. Agatha, and the reception team were always really helpful. The housekeeping team always greeted us with a smile and a 'morning' and the restaurant staff were always kind, friendly and smiling.
I would 100% go back to Avlida!

Loved the bar all of them the manager and they all made jokes and made me feel welcomd and i loved saru the head chef she was so nice! I felt really pleasant with my experience here thank you to these guys! +the guy from egypt in the bar sarim i think he was so nice!
