Right in the heart of the action with a selection of bars and restaurants nearby and the bustling harbour area with its market and nightlife just a ten-minute walk away.
Some of the lobby staff are nice but the bar staff are soo bad taking ages to make a drink one of them spends too much time smoking rather than doing his job. Manager spent most of his time walking around looking important rather than doing anything.
Room was clean, dated but clean one big thing that is very annoying is you don’t get any free bottled water. They expect you to pay for it!!
Pool looked and felt very dirty. Lots of debris from over hanging bushes, no one going around with a net to remove the build up. The drain covers had black mould build up on them they need a good removal and clean
Lobby bar not open in the day so if you want an all inclusive drink you have to get up and walk 5 minutes to get to the pool bar to get a drink to come back….
Food was edible, heating lamps constantly not on over the food, bit worrying if the food drops out of standard food safety temperature ranges. On arrival we got a snack bag with sandwiches and water in (these bottles of water are the only ones you will get free), the sandwiches tasted stale and were not fresh probably from the day before.

Had a fantastic time at the hotel great food and drinks very friendly staff. Bar manager George was very helpful.
Location was very good close to all places of interest. The hotel itself was clean and well maintaned, food choices were very good and staff were excellent especially goerge and his team.
Fantastic place, the rooms are a little fairer but the staff are brilliant, especially George the lead bartender
