This attractive apartment hotel is situated approximately 1 km from the beach. Nearby (within 600 m) are plenty of shopping opportunities as well as nightclubs, restaurants and bars. A public transport stop is also only a short walk away (around 600 m). Paphos airport lies some 35 km from the apartment hotel.
The 2-storey hotel comprises a total of 149 accommodation units. A lobby offers a 24-hour reception desk, safes and currency exchange desk. Dining options include a café, a bar, and a restaurant with highchairs for children. Moreover, there is a TV room, a small supermarket, a games room and public Internet access. Several conference rooms are available for business guests. Younger guests may participate in the kids' club activities and let off steam in the playground. Laundry and medical services round off the offerings, and guests arriving by car may use the hotel car park.
Each of the apartments and studios comes with combined bedroom/ lounge area and en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Also included within the accommodation are a kitchenette with a fridge, a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, central heating, air conditioning and a hire safe. The apartments additionally feature a separate bedroom.
In the grounds, guests will find a swimming pool and a poolside snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are also laid out ready for use on the beach. There is a Jacuzzi and a sauna on offer to guests. Sports enthusiasts may like to play table tennis, billiards, beach volleyball, go diving or train out in the hotel's gym. An activity programme is organised for additional entertainment. The nearest golf course is about 10 km away.
Guests may select their breakfast and dinner from a buffet. Lunch and dinner may alternatively be taken à la carte. It is possible to book all-inclusive stays.

Worst of the worst. Find another place!
Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time.
The staff was consistently unpleasant and pushed back on reasonable requests, like fixing a broken shower head or getting a second room key.
The property has zero accessibility. There are no elevators, and even as an able-bodied guest I struggled hauling luggage up two flights of stairs — for anyone with mobility issues, this hotel is simply not usable.
The AC doesn't work. We arrived in late July with 34°C outside, and it took over two hours for the room to start cooling down.
The food was the worst part. We stayed 5 days, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were identical every single day — over half of it visibly from cans, the rest a mix of low-quality ingredients and poor cooking. All 11 of us in our group left the table hungry, every day.
And the "all-inclusive" label is misleading. Local beer and a few cheap drinks were included, but almost everything else came with an extra charge — even a poolside slushy was €4.
The water slides also shut down for an hour in the middle of the day because the single staff member running them needed a break, with no one covering. Basic staffing issue that ruined pool time for everyone.
The location is also terrible. Reaching the city means a steep, disproportionately hard 15-minute climb just to get to the edge of the main street where a few shops are. There are no attractions within walking distance. For 5 days, it felt like being stuck in a cage.
Between the staff attitude, the lack of accessibility, the broken AC, the food, and the isolated location, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Jet2 Holiday All-inclusive package review
As soon as me and my family arrived here, we were greeted by the hotel clerk for checking in, he was very helpful and guided us to our rooms, the single bedrooms were stunning it felt like I was in my own apartment in Cyprus, the choice of Food and Drink in the buffets are full of different options to choose from. The entertainment with the evening bingo was great and karaoke night was amazing where I put in 3 songs, The only bad thing about the resort was that you needed to pay for the slushy drinks, the same goes for the Massage Spa as well, The mini market is a fair bit pricy, some of the waterslides could be a little more thrilling but all in all, it was a good Jet2 Holiday for me.

Not worth the money
all inclusive is NOT all inclusive - timings as to when you can get ice cream, charges for slush and iced coffee. Rooms not cleaned - milk not replaced, ants around room. No ability to extend room due to late flight despite asking 3 times in advance - games area all needs to be paid for. Shop overpriced, food average and same most lunch and dinners. Entertainment - dull.
Full of hidden costs and won’t be returning to this hotel
Fantastic Family Holiday
We returned from a fantastic stay at Kapetanios Aqua Resort just over 2 weeks ago. We are not usually big fans of all-inclusive holidays, but we booked this one last minute for a much-needed break with our 7-year-old son, and the hotel really did not disappoint!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were even given a room upgrade when we checked in, which was a brilliant surprise. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.
The food in the restaurant offered a good selection every day. However, if you do want to venture out, there is also a great variety of local restaurants just a short walk away.
Our son absolutely loved the pools and waterpark. We spent most of our days alternating between water volleyball and the lazy river, which was so much fun.
While we didn't stay for the evening entertainment most nights (if I never hear the chicken song again it'll be too soon 😜), we made use of the tennis courts and large kids park located right next to the hotel or wandered into town.
We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are actually already considering booking to come back at the same time next year. Highly recommended!

Great holiday
Just got back from staying here for a week with my other half & 8 year old ! Staff were very friendly no faults there ! Our room was bigger than I thought and we asked for sea view room so we were right at end in block 17 so no one over looked us at all ! Rooms were clean and nice big fridge , water pressure in shower was great and water was nice and hot which I like ! Only down fall really was bit outside our room was bit untidy with some rubbish but didn’t really bother us ! Lots of cats were around this end ! The lazy river and slides were fantastic my son was allowed to go on all slides even though did say adult on the blue and white ones but were perfectly safe ! Main pool was also great and we never had to fight for a sunbed whatever time we went down , was busier round the slides and lazy river thou ! Lifeguards were bit hit and miss some stricter than others , always felt safe to leave belongings unattended whilst going on slides ect was mainly families ! Food was good breakfast and lunch bit repetitive dinners had different themes and never had issue with anything ! Food by pool was mainly just burgers chips pizza ect Night time entertainment was kids disco then bingo most nights then a different thing after but didn’t really stay for those as was late Overall we had a really good holiday and my son really enjoyed it and would recommend
