This superb hotel is situated approximately 3 km east of the fishing port Paphos and around 3 km from the city centre. Paphos International Airport is 15 km from the hotel, and a link to the public transport network is to be found directly in front of the hotel. The rooms each come with amenities that ensure guests will feel comfortable. In the garden area, guests will find a swimming pool and a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. The hotel offers a range of facilities designed to aid relaxation, including a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam bath, and a range of spa and massage treatments. Guests will enjoy the range of leisure activities offered which include, but not exhaustive, aqua aerobics, banana boating and water-skiing. The hotel's restaurant provides delicious dishes and special dietary requirements are also catered for.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find a health club, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Excellent hotel and great quality food. The TUI flight landing in Paphos was the hardest landing I've ever experienced in a plane. Surely must have damaged the landing gear and blown a tyre or two. Having spent 40 years travelling the world for work and leisure. This landing was outrageously bad. The pilot put that TUI 737 down like a sack of spuds dropping from the sixth floor. Anyone get a compressed spine? Otherwise a great trip. And beautiful country
After a 24hour delay finally arrived for reception staff to inform us we were down as no shows for yesterday and our room was not ready it should have been as we were due the day before. We also had to prove we had a booking and had paid for a sea view room obviously TUI had not informed them of our cancelled flight the day before. The fridge is stocked with various soft drinks and beer and water but no sugar free option was available so asked at reception if this could be swapped for sugar free option as I am a diabetic was told they would, but after waiting a further 2 days approached reception again to be told take them to the bar yourself and get them swapped not the correct attitude. Pool area was keep clean and never had a problem with getting a sunbed. This hotel is set on a strip of beach which has a few sunbeds on but has a lot of stones on it and it could be kept cleaner nobody bothers too. Food in the restaurant is very nice with plenty of choice was not busy. Outside bar caters for outside customers who pass and the staff seem more interested in serving them than All inclusive guests. My partner ordered a drink and after 20 minutes of waiting went up the bar and asked again to be told what was it he wanted and they would bring it to him, Andrius brought his drink and slammed it down on the table not what you’d expect.The girls Maria during the day on the bar is lovely and friendly. The hotel itself self is quite far from Paphos Harbour 40 minute walk or €12 for taxi there is a bus just down from the hotel which is €2/€3 Euros. There is also a few little shops just 5 minute walk away. Cleaners are very good clean towels daily and bedding changed. Overall we would not stay at this hotel again as the location is far out and with the rude staff that we encountered,which is a shame as the hotel is very nice and rooms are spacious I would say this hotel is 3*
Marina such a beautiful lovely woman. Always so grateful and laughs every time and everyday. For 16 years she works in the hotel. And wow she is so wonderful. I wouldnt notmally write a review halfway through a stay we are in Room 622, side sea view, however, there's absolutely nothing about this place that goes amiss, from the second we entered, to now, both halves of the Pool/Beach Bar staff are wonderful, special mention to the day shift ladies, Marina and Anna, both with wonderful personalities and for us will be one of the shining memories of the Hotel, the negative reviews seem to be from individuals who did not research prior to booking, everything in this establishment is exactly as it says on the tin, the beach front sun beds, the pool, the bars and the amazing staff make the place, do your research prior to booking, then there's no reason to moan whilst you're here.
It is a really lovely hotel, very, very clean, spacy, great pool and on the beach. Rooms cleaned daily, air con everywhere, always got a sunbed, free towels. Quite a modern feel and this was nice. Just a couple of notes and reason for 4 stars, hardly any evening entertainment and we experienced a few unhelpful staff in the beach bar and on reception but generally they were ok. If using car hire go direct to the companies online we saved over €60 for 3 days recommend EK megarent car rental this compared to using the hotel direct. Overall a great resort, thanks
