We had our destination wedding at the Almyra hotel in September 2026, our friends and family stayed in the hotel too. Everything about it was perfect! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in the kyma suites and our guests stayed at the hotel for 2-5 nights in various types of rooms - everyone's experience at the hotel was great ! ♥
The room has exceeded our expectations, with an amazing sea view and right next to the spa area with the infinity pool. There are several pools, so it never felt crowded and you can always find a quiet corner. Plenty of food and drink options on site.
Raminta, the wedding coordinator, took care of me from our very first conversation, months before the wedding. She listened to every worry and found a solution for every problem. she knew exactly what to recommend based on her experience and weddings in the hotel. She really was like a good friend that is trying to do the best, listen and be there for me. Before the ceremony she found us a room to sign the ketubah and hid me from the guests so nobody would see my dress.
The ceremony on the rooftop was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen: the sea behind us, room for all our guests (33) and a huge chuppah, and a feeling that we were the only people in the world.
We had a lot of dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, kosher-style) and the hotel handled all of it. The dinner had a big variety and everyone found something they loved. The vegan cake was gorgeous and truly delicious, which is rare, this one was dreamy.. there was plenty of food in terms of variety and quantity, it really felt abundant. we had a ramen station in our wedding which was an idea we developed with the hotel, and we are really glad we did because everyone talked about it even days after the wedding and it really was truly delicious!
Everything ran on time. The area was prepared in advance as promised, and the staff even placed decorations we were supposed to place ourselves, just because they are kind, and they did it beautifully. Everything was spotless and felt very luxurious, from the reception onwards. The DJ the hotel works with, Neo Anthony, read the room perfectly. Everyone said the party was on another level. we couldn't stop dancing for hours!
What I will remember most is that the staff were excited with us. Elpida, the chef, stopped to talk to me every time we crossed paths in the hotel and asked how I was doing. Dimitrios, who looks after food and drinks, surprised us with a dinner at Ouzeri. Both of them told us to come back next year, and I could see they meant it. You can feel that the people there care because they want to, not because they have to. The moment anyone spotted a problem, they came to help. Our guests had the best time, and it seemed that the staff around us was happy to see us happy.
One thing I wish we had known: the hotel does not allow food deliveries from outside - I only found out after waiting endlessly for my order which resulted in being hangry :( the room service is nice though..

We got married at the Almyra on 4 September 2026 with 33 guests and stayed with most of the group for 3-5 nights. The short version: It was amazing, and the hotel went out of its way for us, and every one of our guests said the same.
Raminta ran the whole thing down to the small details from the first email to the last dance. Our wedding wouldn't look the same without her. Everything happened exactly as she said it would – the ceremony on the spa roof, the party at Eauzone, the dinner under the pergola. The setup was 10/10.
What stood out:
The DJ the hotel recommended, Neo Anthony (Antonis), was excellent – our Israeli guests were convinced he was Israeli from how well he handled the Hebrew set (and his own mix with International songs was amazing), he knows how to read the room. Book him.
One small tip for guests: the hotel doesn't accept food-delivery orders (Wolt etc.), so plan accordingly.
We felt like VIPs the whole week. Thank you, Almyra.
I have travelled to Paphos so many times since I was a little girl but this was our first time staying at the Almyra.
We couldn't of been more impressed. We where met by the lovely Markos at the hotels beautiful entrance and taken to our superb room! The room was stunning had a fabulous view and was immaculate. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis the food ws incredible. We ate one night at the hotels Cypriot sea fromt restaurant and had the meat meze each. Beautifully prepared and fresh food best meal of our holiday.
What truly stood out to me at this hotel was the true Cypriot hospitality than ran throughout the hotel. The reason I have always loved cyprus. I honestly cannot fault this hotel.... location = excellent staff= excellent hotel grounds= excellent rooms= excellent

Staff were superb - especially , Diana & Vasiliki at Ouzeri and Eleni, Veronika & Kristina during breakfast.
Good No harassment to join in daytime activities. Room space was ample. Air con worked well. Constant room power (no need to leave a key in the room). Keys worked constantly. Location is great for the town one way and Antasia bar (Ibiza feel, not Benidorm) Coffee was nice. Breakfast selection was great. Plenty of sun beds. Use of sister hotel next door. Great gym!
Bad Lack of evening entertainment
Amamzing Hotel ad staff. Could not recommend a better hotel to stay with. very relaxed, great food, great location and a lovely relaxed feel to the Hotel, which the staff make it feel so good. *****
