Absolutely perfect, our room in main hotel was spotlessly clean, all the staff worked so hard and always polite , the grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the beach is across the road, the splash pool was very enjoyable and some holiday makers left the sunbeds full of their rubbish which was quickly cleaned, no issues with sunbeds which was a refreshing change, didn't use kids clubs granddaughter is 13, l highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return
Staff were very helpful. Check in and check out was prompt. Cleanliness of pool was excellent but tiles loose on sun lounger area to be careful of. Rooms in hotel are as pictured, very modern and clean. However carpets, wallpaper and communal halls are torn, marked and dated. I was concerned on getting to my room as this is the first thing you see, but rooms were great. Others complained in fishing village there were cockroaches but this was not our experience in the main hotel. Breakfast and lunch was great. Dinner was very bland and far away from main hotel. Cold and plain. Not what was expected. Other restaurants available at a cost. Not on hotel site, on the plaza, so any older or less abled people would struggle. Guests would need to get the buggy at reception, but this only goes to the main gate. Not outside to the plaza or mini market advertised. We had gold bands which allow you to use the swim up bar but this pool was extremely cold and was mentioned by all users. This area is very quiet as it’s superior room use only. The main pool was much warmer but this was due to how it was filtered we were told. Would we visit again, due to dinner being bland and cold, distance for food and supermarket, extra money having to be paid for specific drinks and restaurants, despite being all inclusive and superior rooms, probably not. Cyprus, however, we adore you!
The staff at the TUI Holiday Village Paphos were absolutely amazing, particularly the team at the kids’ clubs. Breda, Mia and Ruby were wonderful and consistently went above and beyond to make our children feel welcome, happy and included. They really helped make our holiday extra special.
We would also like to give a special mention to Alena from the restaurant team. She was incredible throughout our stay and always made a point of checking in with us to ensure our one-year-old, who has a dairy allergy, had suitable food available. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her, and she continually went above and beyond to look after us. Her kindness, care and attention gave us such peace of mind and made a huge difference to our holiday. What an amazing woman and an absolute credit to the team!
What a difference a year makes we have stayed at this hotel a few times and you can tell that it has changed mangerment we had a maintenance man come into the room at 11.30 at night let himself in as we did not open door as we were in bed to see if air conditioning was working food has dropped in standard had to ask for sheets for the bed and for towels the rep's work hard but the entrainment let's this hotel down even the outside acts they bring in are not that good don't think we will stay here again it is not worth the money you pay now we did enjoy the holiday but standards are slipping
The only reason this is not 5 star is because the fishing village rooms need a bit of tlc but they were clean so it was still enjoyable. A cot was provided for us. There was a mini kitchen too which was good.
Location was good we actually stayed in the hotel opposite last year little did we know. Supermarket was threw the other part of the hotel where we picked up water for making baby formula and they had gifts, nappies, snacks etc like a mini supermarket.
Family friendly vibes with lots going on I still have the pool party song stuck in my head !
Noise level was minimum and we had no issues with sunbeds
We traveled September 13th for one week with my husband and 5 month old daughter - who loved being in the air con stay and play with me and her dad ☺️ the staff were so lovely!
The holiday village app was really good at letting us know what was on and where
The staff have so much energy and are so lovely !
We did take ear defenders for her for the evening entertainment as it was a bit loud.
The restaurant staff were fab too always talking to our daughter and saying hello
Food was good with a good variety The restaurants you get extra you can book at the machine on reception
Drinks were ok. They did have pepsi rather than cola etc too
Ice cream was great 😃
We ate at the snack bar a couple of times and had food food options there as well
Pools were warm and the splash pool as fun too.
