Hotel is full of Israeli people. They are rude and there kids are naughty. Would never return due to that main reason. Also the air-con is non existent in communal areas. Food is great. Facilities are great and the bar staff are lovely. The main thing letting this hotel down is the rude people.
In my option it’s not a hotel that I feel TUI should be proud to represent.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
The rooms are very small and, more importantly, not properly cleaned. The air conditioning is another major issue: it is set to 26°C in all rooms and guests are unable to adjust the temperature, which is extremely uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. There is also no iron provided in the rooms.
The food quality is very poor throughout the hotel. Even the restaurants that require reservations and have limited availability, and are supposedly meant to offer a better dining experience, were disappointing and far below the standard we expected.
Another frustrating aspect is the hotel's wristband system. Guests are divided into different categories based on the color of their wristband, with each category receiving different benefits and access. The price difference between the various packages is extremely high compared to the actual additional value and benefits you receive.
The service is also inconsistent. Some staff members are helpful, but unfortunately, there were several occasions when staff were inattentive, unresponsive, or simply did not provide a proper solution when assistance was needed.
Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for money. Between the cleanliness issues, uncomfortable rooms, poor food quality, restrictive wristband system, and inconsistent service, the experience was far below what we expected.
