Set in a peaceful spot just a short stroll from the beach, Eleni Holiday Resort combines modern comforts with a welcoming atmosphere. Located only a few kilometres from Paphos town centre, the resort is perfectly placed for exploring local attractions while still offering a relaxing base to unwind. Renovated in 2024, the resort offers modern facilities in a Mediterranean-style setting.
The resort features two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children’s pool, surrounded by plenty of space for sunbathing, plus an indoor swimming pool. A pool bar is on hand for refreshing drinks throughout the day. Guests can choose from two restaurants, including buffet-style dining, plus a snack bar for lighter bites. Bars within the hotel provide a welcoming spot to unwind in the evenings.
Facilities include a fitness centre, aerobics and yoga classes, darts, and a spa with a sauna, and massage services. Water sports are available nearby, and a golf course is just a short drive away. Families are well looked after with a kids’ club and entertainment offered up to six times a week, and a playground, while adults can enjoy live music and evening shows.
Rooms are spread across the main building and smaller blocks, with a total of 199 in the complex, and are designed to suit both couples and families. Rooms feature tiled floors, a kettle, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and individually controlled air conditioning (April–November) or heating (December–March). Bathrooms come with a shower and complimentary toiletries, and each room has a balcony or terrace for enjoying the fresh air.

Well this hotel has grown with love and beautiful happiness with all the management .receptions .night security porter. Waiters and waitress bar staff cooks to cleaner's . And don't forget the entertainment management staff Excellent 😉 Iv seen the changes and I'll be going back for life every year as its in the 💓 Iv had Excellent time value for the money

Location was very good. Quiet area and very nice place. The atmosphere was very good and the entertainment was very good. Riana and Anastasiya and Lukas was very good with the people during and outside the entertainment. The rooms were very comfy and clean and the whole value was very good.
Location is good if wanting sea view and pool on doorsteps but there’s no outer bars close to resorts if your looking for something cheap so you have to bus ride into Paphos or coral bay. I wouldn’t recommend the area unless have a car or wanting to travel via bus every time Atmosphere is ok staff are nice the entreatment is to late for young kids and not lively bit depressing. Rooms are decent clean and tidy but I would recommend checking for ants and spiders as the warm weather brought them out. Vale for money is decent bar menu is poor beer is watered down and serviced not in glasses only 250ml plastic cups not a full pint. For non alcoholic people no options on menu apart from cocktails so I wouldn’t recommend drinking there. Food soon as one person eaten there so fast to take away the plates don’t wait till everyone’s done not like a proper well looked after restaurant. A lot off options on food section but a lot of time can’t be eaten if your fussy eater or have problem with not liking cream butter etc
We stayed here for my husband’s 60th birthday with family and had a great time. On the day of his birthday he got a bottle of Prosecco and some fruit which was nice. We had a fantastic room which was at the end of the complex and had a great sea view. The rooms are as described in the reviews but they were clean and there was sufficient room. The standard of food was the best all inclusive buffet food I have had in all the places I’ve been. And my favourite was a seafood dish with Tequila sauce made by my favourite chef ( whose name I was meant to get to leave it here but didn’t get the chance), but you know who you are 😉. I thank you x the staff in the whole hotel were lovely and always helpful but we especially loved Irena and Kostas .. you made our trip special and we will miss you 🥰. From the animation team a bug hug and thank you to Riana who is just a gorgeous person x all in all we had a great 2 weeks in the Eleni. Thanks again Babs x
Ala'karte restaurant and chef Alexis dishes was amazing, the beef was masterpiece and even picky eater ate something that wasn't chicken nuggets and chips ❤️
