Good location, 10 mins walk to the beach , and 8 mins ride the famous fig tree beach . Hotel staff was excellent, they got a cake and candle for my daughter,s birthday in the canteen and sang Happy Birthday, made her day more special. Special thanks to Mosses, Sami, Jassi , Palwinder, Biser , Roissy and all the team . Drinks were good and room were good size with a good working Air Conditioner.
Would like to see a ice cream selection in the canteen and more vegetation options.
Filthy!! Absolutely no excuse for cleaning the place, cockroaches everywhere, dirt, grime, and just awful 🤢 We ate out most days as couldn’t be around the place, would be sat down at a table outside and they would put you where there’s food on the floor covered in ants! Had no idea about customer service, more intrested in playing on there phones!! I know it’s a 3 star hotel and to be honest I only have myself to blame for booking it, but school holidays and price of accommodation is scandalous so I’ll defo not make the same mistake again.
Amazing place to stay. Cleanliness was impeccable and the staff wait on you hand and foot. Definitely think this hotel should be a 4 star at the least. Different themed foods every night so wasn't repetitive. Reception staff and manager were very welcoming. Cleaners were also amazing and so friendly/polite. Quiet and calm atmosphere and beautiful area to be in. Always made sure we had drinks on our table and table was clean. Only stayed for 4 days but we were so sad to leave!
Awesome, had a great time. The staff were beyond friendly, nice, nice people. Went that bit extra. The area , Lively, and quiet. Room was clean and functional, beds , mattress, clean but thin. Sheets changed daily, clean. Hired a car easy, to get about, traffic civilised, beach 5 minutes, Went broken came home renewed, top notch .
Hotel is a 3*. Bad things: Food absolutely diabolical. Hardly any choice and either over or under cooked. Room, was ok for a short visit, beds are hard, but pillows are to soft, you ask for hard and never arrive. Good Stuff: Pool nice, with all inclusive everything included of course. Staff are obviously amazing, waiting staff look over worked and tired as 6 day week, while office staff 5 day week, but they go out of their way to help... Reception, staff are amazing, check in very fast, check out even faster. Only thing I would say is feels like hotel full of council Tennant from uk. Don't expect much, its 3 star.
