Sunrise Beach Hotel

Location fantastic - very good atmosphere - cant fault this hotel . The staff are amazing and especially Yash who works in the adult bar pool . He made our holiday special - he works so hard and keeps his bar immaculate. Hope he's there next year .

Staved here for 3rd time on 20th iune 2026 with hubby and son. This hotel staff and location does not disappoint. The hotel is absolutely fantastic and all the staff are wonderful and make your stay very special. We all needed to chill after a hectic 12 months and we left feeling refreshed. We would never go anvwhere else and have already booked for next vear. The allocated sunbeds are a game changer, we were on grass for 2 days then got the beds we wanted overlooking the pool. No hassle at all. Breakfast was 1st class an was everything you could want. possibly We went bed and breakfast as we wanted the freedom to roam and there were loads of lovely restaurants on the strip. As for portarus there is no safer place. No riff raff no loud gangs just lots of people enjoying themselves. The hotel facilities were second to none. Special mention to name a few are justine from the othella bar. what a lovely lady vou are, such an asset. Then pool bar staff, Thapa, Yiannis, Haris. Prashant and Yash and all sports bar staff made are stay unforgettable. Can't wait to get back there next year.

We stayed at the Sunrise Beach Hotel for two weeks in July and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beach and close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The standout member of staff for us was Justine in the bar. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she always greeted us with a warm smile, remembered our drinks, and made everyone feel so welcome. Her friendly personality, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm really made our holiday extra special. We looked forward to seeing her every day, and she is one of the main reasons we’ll happily return to the hotel. Thank you, Justine, for making our stay so memorable!

We stayed on a half-board basis, and although it was good value, we did feel a little restricted by the restaurants included in the package. The buffet restaurant was probably our least favourite, as we found the choice and quality a bit disappointing compared with the other dining options.

On the other hand, we really enjoyed Lemongrass, Martello’s Italian, and Reef, the American restaurant. The food and service in all three were excellent. The highlight of our dining experience, however, was Fishbone. The black broiled cod was absolutely outstanding—without doubt one of the best meals we had during our stay.

Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the Greek restaurant or the steak restaurant quite as much, as they didn’t quite meet the same high standard as the others.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend the Sunrise Beach Hotel. The location, cleanliness and excellent staff made it a great place to stay, and a very special thank you once again to Justine, whose exceptional service and kindness made our holiday one to remember. We hope to see her again when we return!
