This hotel is situated directly beside the beach, at the heart of Protaras. The town centre can be reached on foot and offers a range of shopping and entertainment facilities.
This welcoming hotel comprises a total of 132 rooms. The main building consists of a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe and a café. There is also a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant available for use. Furthermore, car, motorbike and bicycle hire is also available. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car parking and garage facilities. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or playroom. Room and laundry services round up the offerings.
The welcoming rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar/ fridge, air conditioning, central heating, a balcony/terrace and a direct dial telephone.
The sprawling outdoor complex offers a swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. Wonderful experience from the moment we arrived! ❤️ The hotel is beautiful, our room was clean, comfortable and had an incredible sea view. Special thanks to Marijana and Marta at the reception for being so kind, welcoming and helpful. They truly made us feel special and went above and beyond for us. I have just returned from my second holiday this year at this wonderful hotel.
From the moment of arrival, the hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere, beginning with a warm welcome from the reception manager, Magda, and her lovely team, Mikela and Mariyana, who all go above and beyond to assist with all your needs.
The bar staff in the reception area Oyasim, Arif, and Costa along with Nikki in the pool bar, are all friendly and prepare excellent cocktails. In the evening, there was varied entertainment it was lovely to listen to the guitarist and saxophonist while enjoying dinner. The food was of a good standard and could always find something to eat, and every waiter was polite and very friendly.
Our room was clean and serviced on a daily basis.
The pool area was also consistently clean, and the pool attendants were always polite and helpful.
The location is perfect, situated right on the beachfront, with the main strip just a one-minute walk away.
During our stay, a friend fell ill by the pool. The staff responded quickly and professionally, and for days afterwards, the manager and all the staff frequently checked in to ensure she was doing well and to see if she required any assistance.
I can't wait to return in June next year with my husband to this lovely hotel and to all the amazing staff who work hard to make this hotel special. Well done all !
Just arrived back from silver sands. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Food was amazing and always a good choice we didn’t have one bad meal. The view for meals was amazing of the beach we would stay again
Filthiest hotel we have stopped at , this place is a s#*#t tip rooms dirty grimy reception staff rude birds eating off plates staff unclean and smelly , was just awful urinal in men's pool toilet missing and just a hole in the wall , courtesy shower rooms full of cockroachs and not cleaned, beach towels if you can get them are thread bear took 2 days to get some , room towels I think they are supposed to be white but looks grey and thread bear ( never got a full set had to complain every day for replacement) bed sheets never changed in 11 days gave up complaining shower in room was a drizzle no power and constant blockage , on arrival toilet brush holder full of poo, blood stains on curtains,3 inches dust and crap under beds ,list gos on and on , management should be ashamed of themselves for running an establishment like this , I have made a complaint via Jet2 to urgently review this filthy dirty hotel avoid like the plague
Silver Sands in Protaras is amazing hotel! Not 3, but really 4*! There are All Inclusive meals, every evening live music, pool and sunbeds free of charge for the guests, free parking places, 2 minutes to sea shore and 3 min to the main shopping street, 3 min to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay and 5 min walks to the point - First Sunrise in the Europe! Very kind, multilinguists and professional staff always for your service! Recommended !
