This comfortable hotel is in Protaras, just meters away from the best beach in the area, the renowned Fig Tree Bay. This brand new stylish hotel, offers a total of 56 accommodation units, 2 restaurants, 2 bars and a roof top revolving lounge bar. It offers an outdoor pool with whirlpool and an indoor pool in the basement level. A small fitness room is also available for the more energetic guests. There is also an ice cream parlour on site, next to the outdoor pool. This hotel was constructed in 2018 and opened on June 3rd.
Enjoy a range of recreational amenities, including an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a seasonal outdoor pool. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access and a television in a common area.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Amazing hotel, could not recommend it any further lovely breakfast staff friendly a nice quiet hotel suitable for couples right on the strip
What can I say, we stayed in room 310 sept 10th for 10 nights, we’ve visited Protaras 6 times we’ve stayed in Capo Bay(the most expensive ) Sunrise Gardens twice(nice) . King Jason( ok expensive) Crystala ( disgusting) Protaras plaza amazing please ignore any negative reviews. Andreea at breakfast is amazing and so are her staff she really makes a difference to this hotel. The rooms are spotless, cleaners are amazing. Pool spotless, ok steps at one side of pool feel a little flimsy but I’m 17st and I got out easy enough. Breakfast is exactly the same as every 3 4 5 star hotel , so stop winging , any bad reviews are from the usual boring can’t leave a review unless it’s negative people, if you don’t like a bit of music at night stay elsewhere because as it states there is a roof top bar that closes at 12 pm, but if your on holiday to enjoy yourself and not moan about anything stay at this amazing well placed hotel next to the strip that’s the best we’ve stayed in and by the way I’m 60yrs old
Second time we stayed there and it was still as good as the first. Conveniently located near to all the resorts favourite places, figtree bay seconds away, beautiful food and great staff, hopefully see you next year
Customer service at this hotel was great at reception, in the restaurant and from the cleaners.
A piece of our luggage did not initially arrive at Larnaca and despite filling in forms and informing our Tour Operator the customer service from them was none existent. I called the airport the next morning on my phone whilst standing at reception and wasn't entirely certain they were understanding (despite them speaking English), Nikolas on reception offered to step in. He spoke to them in Cypriot Greek and they were so much more receptive, and responsive. Andreas (English speaking) at he Airport called me back later for more details and I am sure this would not have happened without Nikolas' help.
Andrea in the restaurant was very comforting and positive whilst I waited for my luggage, asking for updates every time we met.
I did get my case eventually, Nikolas came to find me by the pool when it arrived. He was also a mine of useful local information and suggestions of things we could do; local knowledge from a true Islander was invaluable.
Our Street/City view room on level 2 was really well appointed, facing the road was quite interesting, great for people watching and we never struggled to sleep, generally quiet. Spotless room, comfy bed, fridge, safe, and a great shower. Thanks to the cleaners.
Being a smaller hotel the variety of food each night was not as big but everything was well cooked and flavoured, and there was a variety through the week. Sadly they sometimes ran out of a dish within an hour of dinner service starting which was a shame as if you had been out for the day you could miss some great dishes. The desserts were too cream heavy most nights - a sliver of cake surrounded by cream, best one was the chocolate/cherry or the tiffin like cake.
We liked the pool but many of the sun beds were broken (should be removed for safety reasons) and some missing their pads.
Indoor pool not used, weather was too good! Little Gym down there is OK but it's hot, the changing rooms down there which we used on the departure day need to switch male and female due to privacy issues and they are incredibly hot and sweaty so you can't come away dry - your clean clothes stick to you.
Revo bar on the roof was great place to see the sunset!
Really want to give a 5 for everything else but a few issues need sorting out. So close to the beach, a great value hotel. We would return!!!
Clean very comfortable hotel located very close to fig tree bay and cheers 🍻. Food really good plenty of choice. Andrea and staff in the restaurant wonderfull always knew who we were. Senita on reception was polite very friendly and nothing to much trouble. Unlike other hotels always sunbeds available pool bar prices good food great.
