Pernera Beach

The hotel is a gem from top to bottom. Great location, easy transport links to ayia napa and protaras, right on the beach you couldn’t ask for more.

What really sets this place apart though is the staff. From the minute you arrive you feel at home.

For me, the biggest highlight of our stay were our lovely friends at the bar, Eslam, Sandeep, Kirilos and Amrit (we met them last year and they were just as great and friendly as we remembered. These gentleman are such assets to the Pernera team. They always go above and beyond, they remember details and always make you feel welcome. They really are the best.

Luiza at the snack bar is a gem, she remembers your order, really takes care of you and is just a huge part of the Pernera experience l.

Maria is always ready to welcome you into the restaurant and Sayed is so lovely to us too.

But you don’t have a Pernera holiday without Andrei, he is so good at ensuring every single guest is welcomed and embraced. His friendliness, banter and general warm demeanour makes every day a good one.

They are the reason we have had 3 fantastic trips to Pernera Beach Hotel within a year.

Booked it 24 hours before so we didn't know what to expect but it was fabulous, all the staff were outstanding and they couldn't do enough for you nothing was a problem for them, rooms where lovely food was brilliant and the drinks were plentiful would highly recommend it

Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding stay! We would give 10 stars if we could. We travel and stay in 4 and 5 star hotels alot so have high expections. From the moment we arrived, all the staff especially Staveros the warmest of welcome Manish too, all Reception staff sorry we did'nt get all names were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with every comfort you could ask for even a free safe, sofa bed which my wife really needed for her daily treatment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with protectors and crisp cotton sheets, soft towels and fluffy white robes and slippers, luxury shower gel and all the amenities exceeded our expectations.

The food was fresh daily and delicious, with a great variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the restaurants service was excellent especially George took great care over our Anniversary dinner and every service infact. Lunch was always looked after by Sam and the tean brilliant restuarant manager so friendly always took time for a chat and Maria so caring expecially as my wife needed gluten free, excellent at her service along with Radu and the rest of the servers and chefs work extremely hard to look after you with care.
The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and kept spotless clean all day and night and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. There's a grocery and jewlry shop onsite with friendly helpful staff.

Constantinos was a great guest relations manager so friendly and always took the time out to chat and offer to help out if we needed anything.

We never had to queue for drinks Sandeep and Bishnu always happy to help looked after us with a welcome smile everytime and The bar supervisor Chris always time for a laugh and chat, we always felt so welcome and always found a seat or sunbed.

The beautful sea was a few steps away along a fully decked coastline amazing views, clear calm waters we spent hours relaxing in reminded me of the caribbean and all the shops required within walking distance

There was a few weddings which was so romantic as the lights lit up the promanade great for photo oportunities and the service was not affected.

We loved the Bob Marley show, the Cyprus Dancers and the fire show.

We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown throughout our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience. We look forward to staying here again hopefully with our Retreat guests!
