The hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Protaras, in sub resort of Pernera, within walking distance from Marlita a small public beach.
The air-conditioned hotel comprises 137 rooms. Facilities include a lobby, 24-hour reception, currency exchange facility, café, bar, games area, TV room, restaurant, pool bar, lagoon type freshwater swimming pool, children's separate pool, tennis court, volleyball court, sauna, gym room, and squash room.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with direct dial telephone, radio, 22" LCD TV with satellite reception, hairdryer, bath/shower, safe box at extra charge, mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities, and balcony.
Guests may take advantage of the weekly entertainment and activity programme (including live music). There is also a programme for children. An outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool, poolside snack bar, and sun loungers and parasols, as well as a sauna, steam room, massage treatments, tennis, table tennis, gym facilities, pool/snooker, darts, and rowing, are all available.
The hotel offers a lot of indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars serving European and Cypriot cuisine and specialties. There are also different buffet nights.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
What a lovely family friendly hotel we travelled as a family & friend group 13 of us mix between adults and children, check in was great very prompt a lovely little gift for the children upon arrival first impressions spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful. Room was clean bit on the smaller side but didn’t put us off nice little balcony water machines on every corridor to refill bottle provided in the room and little fridge to keep it chilled, room cleaned everyday if required, every member of staff was so friendly especially the staff around the pool area serving drinks to your loungers we had a laugh with them all excellent service could not fault it they work super long hours in the heat with big smiles on their faces they make the hotel, food was plentiful very tasty something for everyone chefs special always so good, pizza was so fresh and tasty to no complaints whatsoever drinks served to your table what more do you need, plenty of sun loungers around the pool area lots of shade to if needed. Hotel is ideally located about a 14/20 minute walk to the start of the Protaras strip 10 minute walk into Pernera perfect for everyone we did not want to leave we had the best time will definitely be returning hats off to the fabulous staff so friendly funny and attentive.
It’s clean and the stuff despite being full foreigners (which robs a bit from the experience of local hospitality) are really friendly and nice. The pools are good and there is a kids club. They have music all day long and you can hear it even with closed windows. Also, only one lifeguard so I think it’s unsafe. The food it’s ok but nothing exceptional.
Firstly I want to say I’ve had a lovely holiday, the hotel is nice but with a few issues that were a bit annoying! Location is great perfect spot, very clean and the reception staff are lovely! The food was very repetitive and not much flavour to it! We ate out 4 nights out of 7 because we just couldn’t stomach it everyday! Also the children’s entertainment was pretty poor there was no oomph in them at all! The older man on the animation team was not very friendly and a bit pervy if I’m honest! I found it very inappropriate that he invited 4 teenage girls in thong bikinis to the kids club where the kids were painting the walls encouraging them to paint each others arse cheeks absolutely no need at all! The bar staff outside were also very over interested and honestly embarrassing hovering over these girls offering them drinks it was plain sleazy! They were meant to be working and offering the whole hotel drinks! Instead drooling over young girls! There’s honestly some very selfish people at that hotel reserving their sunbeds the night before so their towels went missing or in the pool!! Shame! Anyway I wouldn’t go back there for those reasons.
Had a 5 day stay here, room had a great pool view and clean, comfortable beds and good shower. Food was great and always something even for fussy eaters. Snack bar was fab and had great service. Only negative was the reservation of sunbeds, I’m an early bird so was having a coffee on my balcony and witnessed a lady that was pushing a buggy Full of towels ( no baby) and reserved 17 loungers at 5am 😡 I wouldn’t mind half of them were never used during the day, and she a Brit ( shame on you) 15 to 20 min walk to main strip and 10 min to beach down hill. Good overall location. Some staff a bit moody but we had a pleasant stay and I would return. Hotel - you need to stop the sun bed situation
We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for more! From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, and the buffet offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with plenty of options to choose from. We really enjoyed every meal!
The staff deserve a special mention — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their warm smiles and excellent service made us feel truly looked after throughout our stay.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and would definitely come back again. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! Highly recommended! ❤️
