Hotel location is excellent. A friendly atmosphere throughout. The rooms definitely need bringing into the 21st century very basic for a 4star hotel with a TV with no English channels 🤷♂️. Don’t get me wrong we had a great time and Michelas behind the bar what a star that guy is. But surely you can have your drinks served in a glass especially in the evening when you are sitting inside the area nowhere near the pool. The hotel lets people smoke wherever they want especially around the pool openly encouraged with ashtrays physically attached the parasol it is now 2026 not the 80,s and 90,s. Nothing worse than finding a bed and the ashtray full of butts plus the tables never seemed to be cleaned like the ashtray. The restaurants have excellent food and choice with a great service too. staff were always pleasant and friendly. I did notice people struggling to get into and out of the pool due to the sad state of the steps. Walk in steps would make it very much easier for people not ladders. We did enjoy our stay so I would never say we wouldn’t return it just needs a few tweeks to make it a worthy 4 star

This is our second time staying here and we’ve had such a lovely experience both times. The location is absolutely perfect – right next to the main strip, so everything is within easy walking distance, but not so close that you’re bothered by the noise.
Our room was very clean and there was always such a big choice of food, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The restaurant staff in particular are amazing. David was always so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome every time we saw him. The reception staff are also so lovely and always happy to help.
I’d give this hotel 5 stars purely for the staff alone. We’ve now stayed twice and enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning on booking two more stays next year! Would definitely recommend. ❤️
Our stay was great. We’ve been a week an hat a great time. The food was really tasty all the time, with a lot of variation. David from the restaurant was the best. He did everything so that we have a great time. Thanks a lot!
David is professional and the best waiter ever. When something happened he was there to help us with the problem. It was an amazing experience when he was nearby. Can really recommend to get help from him to get the best help and feeling you ever gonna get.
