Lovely hotel. Brilliant staff and the food was out of this world. The hotel could do with a bit of a up grade but will not put me off to come again. The entertainment guy was very good at the away gymnastics. I'm a aqua fit teacher and he came up to my standards
On arriving at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff who could not have been more helpful. Our room was overlooking another hotel which at night time was very noisy but did stop at 11:00pm. The room itself was clean and tidy. The safe was not working so had to call for a maintenance man to come and fix it. The lack of plug points in the room is disappointing, only 3, so you can either make a drink or watch Tv. Not both at the same time. The other 2 are on the right hand side of the bed. So my wife’s phone and hearing aids took those at night and my phone took the one for the kettle or Tv. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was poor and the connection was intermittent. The bathroom is very small and I struggled to get in and out of the bath to shower due to a recent knee operation. The food was excellent and again the staff were very helpful and attentive. The entertainment was dire. Our first night they had face painting and a mini disco for the kids of which there were none. On the Sunday it was the same with the main event being Karaoke at 9:00pm. This followed face painting and mine kids disco which once again had no kids so we sat and waited for Karaoke at 9:00pm. At 9:15 there was no sign of it starting so we left. Our last night there was a live female singer. She was absolutely dreadful. Sounded like a bag of cats being banged against a wall. And finally the only set of toilets for general use were on the ground floor so you either had to take a lift or walk down the stairs to get to them if you were sat on the balcony having a drink. Overall I would say our short stay there was disappointing. Never a 4* hotel. Maybe 3 at a push. The staff though were 5* and a credit to the hotel.
A beautiful hotel and we had a lovely time…our room was clean and comfortable,, food was good the dining room at night was so stunning and a member of staff escorted us to our table ..that was 5 star ⭐️…we would like to book ago ,,but I had a big problem with the pool.. the only way I could enter was to use the metal step ladder,,,for older people this is a big problem…they should close the hotel over the winter and get it sorted….
We've just came back from a week at this hotel and overall we had a lovely stay.
What makes this place special is the hard working staff who are all friendly and welcoming and take the time to talk to you. From our first night we arrived the bar staff we absolutely lovely.
The food was nice and there were always plenty of options to chose from. The roasted potatoes we had one night were beautiful and the cheese cake was delicious. I'd have liked to see hash browns for breakfast as an option but the fresh omelettes were lovely.
The room we had was modern and there were no issues with it. We read there were only 5 coat hangers which indeed there was, but we had brought some with us so wasn't an issue. Our room looked over the other tssokkos hotel and we seem it was all open access to ours so I spent most of my time in their pool which was much bigger and less crowdedband we couldn't get a lounger near our pool.
There was no information booklet at all in our room which was surprising for a 4 star hotel as you usually have this tells you about meal times, facilities etc
The quizzes and bingo were great, karaoke was a bit hit and miss but the entertainment duo worked hard.
It's definitely not the best 4 star we've stopped in and wasn't worth the price we paid but we would absolutely return if it was cheaper in the future as the location of the hotel is perfect.
The location of this hotel is fantastic right on the strip, and 2 minutes walk to beach . the welcome we had was lovely staff were helpful friendly and nothing was too much. Our room was amazing ground floor with straight access to the pool off our room. The price of 10 days was fantastic and fair. The hotel was clean towels daily and bedding done daily. Very quiet hotel off the main road. We were treated lovely the food was gorgeous fresh and so much variety. Evenings Entertainment was a little off but your on the strip so we were out every night. day entertainment was great 8-6 every day it’s child friendly it’s a must go holiday
