Nausicaa Beach

Wonderful all-inclusive hotel with the best staff and wonderful surroundings. The pool area along the beach is magical and you have everything you need. The buffet with different themes are superb and you can find what you want to eat each evening. Breakfast is great as well. We have not tried the lunch buffet since our kids and us are happy with the snackbar by the pool. You feel seen by the staff and it has a familiar feeling to the stay. We also like that they are aware of sustainability and try their best to work towards that. We have been here two times already and are sure we will return for our third stay some time.

We stayed at TUI Blue Nausicaa Beach at the end of July with our family, including our two teenagers and my wife's parents, and had a fantastic holiday.

The location is excellent. The hotel is right by the sea, close to the main street with shops and restaurants, and next to the coastal path, which is perfect for an evening walk. If you prefer a sandy beach, it's only a few hundred metres away. Otherwise, you can swim directly from the hotel via a ladder into the crystal-clear sea. There's also a small sheltered bay below the hotel, although I'd recommend wearing flip-flops or water shoes as it's quite rocky. Bring a snorkel or even just swimming goggles—you'll be rewarded with plenty of fish in the amazingly clear water.

The atmosphere is relaxed, but there's always something to do. There are fitness classes, activities for both adults and children, and evening entertainment including live music, quizzes and family shows.

The food was one of the highlights of our stay. The buffet offered a great variety every day, with fresh salads, grilled meats, vegetables, rice and plenty of other options. Each dinner had a different theme, such as Italian, local Cypriot and BBQ, so it never felt repetitive. The dessert selection was excellent too.

A special mention goes to the chefs and restaurant staff for how they looked after our daughter, who has coeliac disease. They always explained which dishes were gluten-free and happily prepared fresh gluten-free pizza or spaghetti whenever she wanted it. Their care and attention gave us real peace of mind.

The entire restaurant team deserves credit, but we'd especially like to thank Mohamed and Elbatal for their outstanding service throughout our stay. They were always friendly, professional and genuinely made us feel welcome.

The hotel has two clean and well-maintained pools: a main pool and a smaller activity pool. We also loved the numbered sunbed system. Having your own allocated sunbeds for the entire stay means there's no need to wake up early to reserve a spot—a simple idea that more hotels should adopt.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. Although the room showed a little wear, everything was well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hotel app made it easy to request fresh towels, bed linen or other housekeeping services.

The only suggestions for improvement would be that the buffet can get a little noisy during peak dinner hours, although sitting outside is much calmer. We'd also recommend keeping cutlery and serving utensils away from bread containing wheat to reduce the risk of cross-contamination for guests with coeliac disease. Whenever we asked for clean cutlery, however, the staff immediately provided brand-new utensils without hesitation.

We would highly recommend TUI Blue Nausicaa Beach, especially for families with children. Couples looking for a very quiet holiday might find it a little lively, but for families it offers a great balance of relaxation, activities and excellent service.

The thing we'll remember most is the sea. The crystal-clear turquoise water right in front of the hotel is absolutely stunning.
