Very nice hotel, nice hospitality. Close to the beach and shops, the rooms are very nice. I recommend this place for everybody, young and old.
Our stay in Cyprus has been fantastic. From the bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and Tui reps, you cannot fault them. I tend to find that I am a fussy eater, however I have absolutely loved the food, along with the snack bar that’s accessible throughout the day. We initially had an issue with our sunbeds due to location, but the man dealt with this very well and accommodates to everyone! The location is absolutely perfect with a shop nearby, along with the protaras strip a short walk away. Particular shout out to Gaber, nothing has been too much for him and has been brilliant during meal times!
Location was perfect for everything we wanted/ needed to do. Beach was directly next to the hotel aswell as multiple swimming spots. Atmosphere was incredible and all the staff were genuinely lovely people. Would like to give a massive shoutout to Gabr, Ahmed the cleaner, Barbra and Ally from the entertainment team, as each of these people stood out to us the entire trip. Barbara and Ally also were incredible with my little sister and even sang happy birthday during kids disco. Rooms were incredible and spacious and cleaned daily, and the balcony was perfect sizing. Value for money is excellent as all of the food and drinks were delicious and lots of options for everybody. No noise in the area, meaning a perfect night sleep every night. The entertainment was amazing and the Michael jackson/ musical show are a must see. Overall the best trip and would 10000% recommend for anyone to come and stay here.
Had an amazing time, staff were great, pool area is fab, food was fantastic, met some lovely people, would definitely recommend and will be returning as this hotel and the location is everything you need
A really nice hotel, clean rooms, lots of activities for a big family, lots of food too choose between and always something new on the menu. The best thing of all was the wonderful people that works at the hotel, always friendly and very service minded.
