Great Hotel, excellent staff, perfect location
Great hotel, location perfect with lovely views over the bay. Food delicious and plenty of choice both in restaurant and snack bar. What does it for this hotel is the staff! They are all so helpful and attentive and can’t do enough for you, need to mention Kathleen (reservations manager) who we were in touch with prior to arrival about our room allocation as we had booked a 3 roomed apartment and we were luckily enough to be given 134, which has a fabulous view of the bay. Need to thank Sam at the bar who always had a smile and was ready with the ice for our cups every morning and Elbatel in the restaurant who was always there to serve us. Would love to thank all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. The Allocated sun beds/parasol are great and definitely welcomed but if I had to criticise anything it would be that 4 beds to one umbrella is a bit difficult if you all want shade especially round the pool as it can be a little cramped we opted for the grass area as that suited our needs better being a quieter area but again there is a lot of ungrassed patchy areas and when the sprinklers have been on over night it leaves pools of water and soggy mud baths around some of the umbrellas so not the best if you are on these but you you can easily move if you talk to pool guy. Think this needs to be looked at say with grass mats in these areas and that would make it perfect but don’t let this put you off, you will have a great time.

Very good
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed here, lured by the stunning images of beautiful rooms and breathtaking views advertised online. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Upon arrival, I was confronted with several unsettling issues:
- Unhygienic Conditions: Cockroaches were roaming freely, like tourists! It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority, as no staff seemed bothered to address this issue.
- Poor Room Maintenance: The room reeked of mold, and the superficial cleaning left much to be desired. Dust was everywhere, and the toilet was particularly offensive, smelling like urine with a yellowed seat that was far from acceptable.
- Inadequate Amenities: Our family of four was provided with only three sunbeds at the pool. The rationale given was that there were too many families with kids. However, when you pay for a service, you expect to receive it in full, and this shortfall was frustrating.
- Outdated Facilities: The thermostat appeared nearly 20 years old and was poorly maintained. The shower showed rust around the cabinet, which was disappointing for a hotel with premium pricing.
- Restaurant Concerns: Dining was another letdown. The air conditioning vent in the restaurant was filthy, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. While the food was decent, it felt overpriced considering the living conditions we faced during our stay.
On a positive note, the Egyptian and Cypriot staff were friendly and made an effort to accommodate us, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor condition of the rooms and facilities.
If the allure of the sea blinds others to these issues, it’s hard for me to accept the quality of our room for my family. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and clean stay!

Amazing holiday
It’s such a good hotel I have been here 4 years in a row with family and the staff are so nice, amazing food, great rooms, awesome facilities and never get bored!
Another amazing holiday at nausicaa
We are a returning family to this beautiful hotel and location. The staff are first class and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. I could name some of the staff but each one we come in contact with are amazing.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the end of the strip in Protaras fig tree bay and a short walk to bars and restaurants should you wish to venture out. However the food in the hotel is quality with a lot of variety to suite all sorts of shouldn’t really need to eat out.
We also experienced the storm ⛈️ which is very unusual and last happened 1971 and how they adapted to those unforeseen conditions to ensure the guests enjoyed their day was great
We will almost certainly be returning for our 5th year in 2027 😊
