This apartment hotel is located in Protaras, not far from the beach.
This traditionally-decorated hotel and apartment complex offers breath-taking views out over the free-form swimming pool with water fountains, gardens and landscaped surrounds. The air-conditioned complex has a total of 94 apartments (64 one-bedroom and 30 studios). Facilities include a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, mini-supermarket, hairdressers' salon, bar, nightclub, games room, TV room, children's room, restaurant and Internet access. Room and laundry services are provided and younger guests are sure to enjoy the children's club.
Studios feature an open plan lounge with kitchenette, mini-fridge, bathroom with bath/shower, air conditioning, a direct dial telephone and a balcony. One-bedroom apartments come with one twin-bedded room with air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, an open plan living room with kitchenette, a mini-fridge, bathroom with bath/shower and a balcony. A hairdryer, satellite/cable TV and double beds all feature.
There are a variety of shows including weekly folklore shows. An outdoor swimming pool, children's paddling pool, poolside snackbar, sun loungers, parasols and sun-bathing terrace all feature. A basketball court, games area, tennis court, pool table and darts also feature. There is also a children's entertainment and activity programme. Live music 4-5 times per week.
Guests are sure to enjoy the themed buffet nights.

Excellent Hospitality & Delicious Food
Great atmosphere, excellent service, and an amazing selection of food. The buffet was always well stocked, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The desserts were to die for. Light, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The management team was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
Wonderful family holiday
We came as a family of 4 for 10 days and had a wonderful time.
Unfortunately, we missed our flight so ended up arriving around six hours later than we should have, after midnight. The night receptionist/porter was amazing. He sorted us out with sandwiches and water, which was exactly what we needed after such a long journey. Taxi from the airport was €110
We were in Room 104 and, despite reading a poor review about it beforehand, we thought it was lovely. Granted, the balcony was tiny, but we hardly spent any time in the room anyway - it was basically just for showering and sleeping. The rooms in that block were spacious, modern-ish and more than big enough for the four of us. They were cleaned every day and we had no issues at all.
The all-inclusive runs from 10am-11pm, with food available pretty much all day from 7am-9pm, plus various snacks in between and unlimited ice creams. This isn't really advertised apart from a couple of signs at the bars, so it might be helpful to include this information at check-in.
Every single member of the restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. The manager made everyone feel personally welcome, which was a lovely touch. They honestly never stop and work so hard, but everyone always seemed happy and like they genuinely enjoyed their job. The lunchtime pizza by Joseph was delicious! The food itself was plentiful. It could be a little repetitive at times, but it was always tasty and there was always something to eat.
Sunbeds weren't an issue at all. Yes, some people got up early to reserve theirs, but we never struggled to find somewhere to sit.
The main pool is open from 9am-6pm and the water park round the back is open from 10am-5.30pm. Everything was clean, although it did get closed a couple of times because of accidents in the pool! The only issue we had was with a couple of the lifeguards. Most were lovely and understanding, but one female lifeguard and one younger lad didn't seem to smile once and whistled for absolutely everything. Kids jumping into the pool from the side or making a big splash seemed to get whistled at regardless.
The animation team and kids' club deserve a special mention. Annis and the girls were amazing and are an absolute credit to the hotel. They kept everyone entertained without ever being pushy, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We all enjoyed chatting to them throughout our holiday.
Our daughter absolutely loved kids' club and our son got to try water polo. I loved the morning stretches, aqua noodles and, of course, the poolside quiz - even if I didn't always understand the quizmaster! Every evening there was a mini disco, bingo and then either singing or dancing in the amphitheatre, which we all enjoyed.
The only downside for us was the lack of outdoor seating in the evenings. Perhaps they could make use of the upstairs drinks area as extra seating.
The pool bar staff also helped make this hotel what it is. The banter, remembering everyone's drinks and all the little personal touches made it extra special. The winning quiz cocktails were amazing too! Dimitr, Danielle, Peter and Rodno, along with the animation team, are a huge credit to the hotel and deserve the recognition. Without them, the place just wouldn't be the same.
It's only €2 on the bus to either Protaras or Ayia Napa, or around €25 for a taxi back from Ayia Napa.
There's a little beach about a 15minute walk away, although we somehow managed to find the wrong one! We also did the Yellow Submarine boat trip from Ayia Napa. It cost €45 for the four of us and it was our second time doing it. It's still just as amazing!
Overall, we had an amazing 10 day holiday. The staff are what make this hotel so special. They all work incredibly hard and deserve to be recognised for everything they do. We already miss you all and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
An Absolute Gem — Couldn’t Have Asked for More!
The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible. The staff were genuinely warm, polite, and helpful throughout my entire stay, and my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Most importantly, I got to truly relax and unwind — exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation!

Just got back from a 10 night stay here!
The hotel is fine, like every budget all inclusive, if your expecting the Savoy, you will be disappointed, if your more realistic and easy going, then you will have a great time! The food is really good, lots of options and plenty of it, it does get abit repetitive after a week, but at the end of the day this is an All inclusive hotel, and i think it was more home comforts we was missing, such as Proper Ketchup, Yorkshire tea bags, typical brits abroad! I will say, if you like toast with your breakfast, pack your Toaster! There is only 1 hotel style toaster that runs on a belt, and the Que in a morning is ridiculous as it is so slow, especially when you have people making 10/15 slices for the whole family, which is fair enough obviously if you have kids, but they definitely need to invest in another, or Two! It’s probably quicker to get a flight home, make your toast and come back with it!
The rooms are Decent, they have everything you need and nothing more, bathrooms are good with a decent shower, the Balconys on the right hand (older side) side of the hotel are tiny, so if you like to gather as a family in the evening and have a drink, it will be a sqeeze!
The location is Good, it says online 10/15 minutes walk into the centre of protaras, this is a lie, it takes about 50 minutes, but the bus is only €2 for adults and €1 for kids and that drops you off right in the middle, runs till late at night and stops right outside the hotel! There are 2 shops outside the hotel, avoid the one closest with the Yellow exterior, and walk the 50 yards down the road to the next one in red. its literally half the price, for example i went to purchase my son a Ball for the pool, the first shop wanted €20, the one 50 yards away, £9.50 for the exact same ball, noticed similar differences on alot of items in the shop! Trust me that extra few steps will save you a fortune!
The pool is really good, the animation team never stop they are the beating heart of the hotel, absolutely outstanding and i hope the get the recognition they deserve! the pool side quiz is always good in the afternoon and there is plenty going on, its very relaxed, you are aloud your inflatables and footballs, snorkels and whatever else, just no diving! The evening entertainment is also good, Kids disco followed by bingo where you can win some money, then an evening show such as Bob Marley or Abba tribute, or Karaoke night, we even had a Parrot show which was…. Interesting, but still entertained the kids!
The drinks situation is abit frustrating, you have to join a que ans their is only 1 bar, it doesn’t take long granted, but most hotels these days are self serving, especially on soft drinks, coffee and Lager, but here you have to join the que which can be annoying at times, however they definitely are not shy, if you want 10 alcohol drinks at a time they will give it you, of course you will probably drown in it before it gets your drunk like every all inclusive, but its still worth it.
The next snag, which for me is the biggest of all, the walls are totally paper thin, as are the doors, and you can hear absolutely everything, and i mean EVERYTHING, make of that what you will….! We had the unfortunate experience of having to listen to a Scottish woman on her balcony until 3am for the first few nights, im sure she was having a conversation with her self half of the time, but she mayaswell of been sat at the end of the bed she was that loud, it left us tired and groggy in the day time, but thankfully she went home!
The Hotel could be improved massively without much cost, just small things that make big difference!
In summary, i would Honestly, i would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
