This traditionally-decorated hotel and apartment complex offers breath-taking views out over the free-form swimming pool with water fountains, gardens and landscaped surrounds. The air-conditioned complex has a total of 94 apartments (64 one-bedroom and 30 studios). Facilities include a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, mini-supermarket, hairdressers' salon, bar, nightclub, games room, TV room, children's room, restaurant and Internet access. Room and laundry services are provided and younger guests are sure to enjoy the children's club.
Studios feature an open plan lounge with kitchenette, mini-fridge, bathroom with bath/shower, air conditioning, a direct dial telephone and a balcony. One-bedroom apartments come with one twin-bedded room with air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, an open plan living room with kitchenette, a mini-fridge, bathroom with bath/shower and a balcony. A hairdryer, satellite/cable TV and double beds all feature.
There are a variety of shows including weekly folklore shows. An outdoor swimming pool, children's paddling pool, poolside snackbar, sun loungers, parasols and sun-bathing terrace all feature. A basketball court, games area, tennis court, pool table and darts also feature. There is also a children's entertainment and activity programme. Live music 4-5 times per week.
Guests are sure to enjoy the themed buffet nights.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was as expected, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! 😊
We had a fantastic stay at Narcissos Water Park Resort and were genuinely impressed by the friendly, hardworking staff throughout. The catering team were always welcoming, the reception staff were incredibly helpful, and the maintenance team provided prompt support whenever needed. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and offered superb value for money.
The water park and poolside entertainment made every day fun, creating a great atmosphere for all ages. The hotel is also within walking distance of the beach, Protaras and Ayia Napa, which was much appreciated after all the fabulous food we enjoyed! A special thank you to Takis for making our stay so much fun and helping create wonderful holiday memories. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing stay at Narcissos water park resort and were impressed by the fantastic team throughout. The catering staff were always friendly and welcoming, reception couldn't do enough to help, and the maintenance team were quick and efficient whenever needed. The food was excellent, the water park was great fun, and the poolside entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively every day. Add in the short walk to the beach, Protaras and Ayia Napa, and it really is outstanding value for money.
A special thanks to Takis for making our holiday so memorable with his humour and energy. The impromptu pool tournament was one of the highlights of our trip, and we're already looking forward to a rematch in the future! ⭐ Narcissos Waterpark Resort — absolutely not worth the money
Where do I even start? This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.
The staff were vile. Rude, confrontational and, on one occasion, completely unacceptable. You shouldn't have to put up with staff making you feel uncomfortable or intimidated while you're supposed to be enjoying your holiday. Customer service was practically non-existent.
The food was awful. Bland, poor quality and seriously disappointing. For an all-inclusive resort, the standard was embarrassingly low. We quickly found ourselves looking forward to eating anywhere other than the hotel.
And the drinks were just as bad. Calling some of them poor quality would be generous. They certainly didn't feel like the drinks you'd expect from an all-inclusive holiday.
The pool was probably the only thing we could say was okay, although even that wasn't particularly well maintained. The loungers were regularly dirty and clearly weren't being cleaned properly.
The entertainment was rubbish. Basic, underwhelming and hardly the lively holiday atmosphere you would expect from a resort advertising itself as a holiday destination.
Then there are the rooms. Calling them basic is being kind. They were dated, uninspiring and lacking in the little things that make a holiday comfortable.
And the TVs were absolutely tiny. We actually took a Firestick with us, and thank God we did because there was so little entertainment in the room. We also took a pack of cards — which says everything about the level of entertainment available. We genuinely had more fun playing cards than watching the hotel TV.
There was also no complimentary bottled water in the room. In Cyprus. In the heat. At an all-inclusive resort. Why?
For us, this hotel completely missed the mark. The waterpark is the main selling point, but a waterpark doesn't make up for poor food, awful drinks, filthy loungers, rubbish entertainment, ridiculously basic rooms and unacceptable staff behaviour.
This was supposed to be a holiday to celebrate our anniversary. Instead, we came away feeling extremely disappointed with the hotel.
Would we return? Absolutely not.
Would we recommend it? Definitely not.
There are far better places to spend your money in Cyprus. Don't let the word “Waterpark” fool you into thinking you're booking a quality resort. You're not.
