Our stay was amazing, we came here around 7yrs ago when it was the artemis and the change is night and day cleanest hotel ive ever stayed in, food was brilliant, fresh and a great selection but the one ellement that stood out was the staff, so friendly, allways had a smile and a chat and credit to the manager Bill who took the time to talk and make sure we were taken care of thanks Bill and all the maris grand staff youre amazing ❤️
Location was excellent for being away from busy strip but only 5 minutes walk to reach. Hotel is great for families and choice of food is good. Would recommend to both families and friends.
Location excellent staff friendly helpful. Rooms clean and nice .Booked inclusive plus a joke..Said international drinks not true no branded drinks only local. Food average extermley. Only allowed to use al a carte once every two week its only open 5 days .I wouldn't go again rather use other hotels
We had a really amazing week at the hotel! Everything went well, clean rooms and nice staff and great atmosphere. Especially Maria and Polina were really kind. They made good entertainment for the hotel for everybody, and for us they even showed some Ayia Napa!💕
My husband and myself stayed at this hotel for 11 nights ,we found something's to be very good and other things not acceptable,here are the reasons for our review below. Pros Most of the staff are very friendly and hard working ,especially in the restaurant and bars, we couldn't fault the service for clearing tables ,serving drinks ect,the fresh omelettes ,the egg man made for you were very nice and there was a good selection to pick from for breakfast. Check in staff were very prompt at getting everyone booked into their rooms on arrival. Areas around pools cleaned very well in the morning Showers in room were excellent Location good ,about a 15 minutes walk into the strip The branded drinks are good,as are the cocktails and the service at bars is very good. Cons Most of the food isnt hot and there is no microwave to heat it up if you wish,the baked beans were always luke warm as were the hash browns and bacon,there was too many pork options and not many other meat options to choose from. Cleaning of our room was certainly not up to expectations ,we had room 201 during our stay and the maid left us without any toilet rolls on two of the days we stayed there ,this is not acceptable at all ,my husband had to take one off the trolly in the hallway,the sides near the coffee tray were never wiped down and we could see dust all over the side,she didn't clean the balcony at all during our stay,there was always dust on the floors and hair left around room were it hadn't been swept up,the worst thing for me ,was my lip had split open slightly during the night and left blood marks on pillow ,she didn't change the pillow case and just left it on display ,I had to complain to one of the managers about her and ,he just seemed to brush my complaint off,I was confronted by the maid the next morning and she used the language barrier card and said she didn't see the blood on the pillow, she said she had so many rooms to clean and kept waving the paper at us with the room numbers on and clearly couldn't keep up with the work she was expected to do ,we had told the management after this we did not want her in our room anymore and someone else cleaned it to a better standard . The sunbeds are very uncomfortable and could do with a cushion on as the gap underneath hurts your back when you lay down ,and some of the pool towels are too small for the beds. If you don't ask for branded alcohol,you get the local ones. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and made it what it is ,but we wouldn't stay here again or recommend this hotel due to the problems that we found and the price we paid for the so called inclusive plus which turned out to be just branded alcohol nothing else .
