The hotel is of a very high standard, clean and tidy. The service is excellent, and the food is excellent. You can relax because it's an adults-only hotel. Delicious drinks and snacks between meals are nicely packaged. Highly recommended for relaxation. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but buses run from the hotel in both directions four times a day. Please note that there are English plugs available. These can be purchased in the hotel shop or rented at reception. Two themed dinners, Italian and Japanese, are a must-try, especially if you've booked the all-inclusive option, which only costs a few euros extra for all the dishes.

First visit here, but will not be the last. Sorry the review is a bit long. The hotel is very well looked after, and all the staff do what is expected of them 100% including a smile and a greeting from the top to bottom. Thank you to Anastasia for teaching us how to make Cyprus coffee, and a mention for a few other staff members who looked after us as well. Ram, suzan, vasilias, puja, and sarita. Sorry we could not mention everyone they were all great.
Food is what would be expected on an all inclusive buffet style, great variety good temperature and very well restocked as it was eaten. Plates were cleared from your table by the time you returned with your next one. Drinks were provided in a timely manor and we never had any issues, I can imagine at busy times there may be a wait but we never experienced it. We did visit the two other two restaurants and the meals were excellent, with great service as well. We found the evening entertainment ok, the Greek night was the best, but I can understand other reviewers say it lacks a bit. The pool area is great and there always seemed to be bed available, we preferred the grassed area where we never failed to get a bed. The young entertainment lady was brilliant she organised pool activities, table tennis, darts competitions quizzes etc and never failed to pop over to everyone and ask for participants including everyone on the grassed area. The pool bar staff really work hard and serve up very nice drinks all day, on occasions you may wait a few minutes but seeing them work as they do most people except this. The crystal clear sea is a few minutes walk where you can use the pontoon to access the water, very sturdy but not great for non swimmers as you drop straight into deep water. A better option for non swimmers is probably to take the free golf cart option to a nearby beach. If you are looking for a peaceful break away from it all in very comfortable surroundings then this is ideal, if you want to be in a lively environment then look elsewhere. You get a feel straight away from this hotel that stands out, everyone who works there enjoys what they do and are genuinely happy. I believe this comes from the top down if you look you will see the manageress discretely mingling all day also on occasions asking people if everything is ok. We arrived as customers but feel we left as friends. You can’t always say that. One very minor comment for improvement could be to dim the dinning room lighting for the evening buffet, breakfast and lunch are fine but it would stop it feeling like a canteen and more like a restaurant. Fabulous hotel. The rooms, decor, location, ambience are all wonderful. Faultless! But, what made our experience perfect were the staff. From check in to check out! Everyone is genuinely happy and friendly but a special mention to lovely Aura and her restaurant team, with a 'shout out' to Sarita, Puja and Ram for exceptional service. Anastasia from Guest Relations is amazing. She is continually checking in with guests to ensure guest satisfaction; always going the extra mile!
