Really nice hotel with exceptional staff who go out of their way to make the holiday enjoyable. The facilities are clean and there are plenty of sun-beds both round the pool and on the lawn. Nice quiet environment so you can relax but more energetic facilities available if you want them. Based in a fairly residential area with little in the way of shopping, bars or restaurants. If you want this there are excellent local bus services to the nearest main towns. The crowning glory of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff at all levels who are friendly and make you feel really welcome
As guests' Tripadvisor scores make clear, this hotel is a gem. Its bedrooms and facilities are modern and stylish, the food - particularly that served in the Asian and Italian restaurants - is both varied and plentiful and the staff, all the way up to the hotel management who are forever walking around chatting with guests and checking that everyone is content, are without exception a joy.
The relaxing, laid back atmostphere is undoubtedly enhanced by the absence of any need to race for sunbeds of which there are more than enough to go round.
As for swimming, there is a large outside pool and another large inside pool in the hotel's basement. That said, my wife and I always swam in the sea which was still delightfully warm when we arrived in the last week of September although it was noticeably cooler by the time we left two weeks later. The hotel is not on a beach but a short track ending in a paved walkway and steps with handrails on both sides leads straight into the sea. Depending on the tide the depth of water can make it necessary to launch onesself out and swim straight off the bottom step. The water is crystal clear. If, on the other hand, you prefer beach access there are several sandy beaches around 15 minutes walk away along a coastal path and the hotel will provide transport there and back at pre-arranged times on request.
There are a couple of restaurants close to the hotel and there is a regular bus service to the centre of Protaras. The bus stop is less than 100 yards along the main road. Many guests, however, tend to eat in.

Well were do i start ,what a absolutely gem of a hotel,in the perfect spot ,never been to Cyprus and it didn't disappoint, Firstly the staff so so fantastic 😍 Aura and her team in the restaurant were fabulous always smiling, on hand as soon as you sit down knowing your drinks 🍸. Ashwin,Ram,Puja and sineta to name a few,Anastasia was always there asking if we were ok .The food was amazing and theme nights every night.The pool bar is great Bishal knowing exactly what we wanted . A must is the ala cartes fantastic all for just 7 Euros .we loved it so much we are coming back next year . see you soon Cazzi and Grazzi
