Great family stay
Great family stay at Kokkinos. Perfect location on the Protaras promenade, 5 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay. Hotel pool lovely and quiet. Reasonably priced snack bar, coffee/ice cream/waffle cafe and pool bar with tasty food. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with balcony. Plenty of parking. Perfect if you want a quiet, relaxing hotel break. Thank you Kokkinos!
Super hotel in the heart of Protaras
We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this little gem of a hotel it was rated by Jet2 as a 3 1/2 star hotel but it's a 5 star in every way! The hotel is right in the heart of Protaras there are lots of bars/resturants/shops right on the doorstep with the legendary Fig Tree bay beach a 5 minute walk away the bus stops are a similiar distance should you wish to visit Ayia Napa and furtherafield even Larnaka and Nicosia. The hotel was absolutely spotless all of the staff were very friendly and helpful we even managed to keep our room for a little longer - albeit for a little extra - on our last day (we had a late evening/night flight) so that was a real bonus! The pool area was really nice for once no sunlounger hoggers LOL parking was available for free in case you need to hire a car just remember to use your hotel key card as it is barrier controlled. Some people have said that it could get noisy at night being in close proximity to some of the bars restaurants it honestly wasn't too much of a problem (and I'm generally a light sleeper) although in fairness this year it was the football World Cup! So to sum up if your budget can't quite stretch to some of the more expensive hotels then give this one a try - we highly recommend it!!

We had an amazing stay at Kokkinos Hotel. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The hotel was excellent, the service was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday.
A special thank you to Mrs. Martha from the Kokkinos reservations team. She was absolutely wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist us. She also recommended beautiful places for us to visit, which helped us make unforgettable memories during our holidays.
Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend Kokkinos Hotel and we hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful hotell with Great staff and location
We enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We required gluten-free options, and the hotel accommodated our needs very well. There are also three excellent restaurants right next to the hotel, all offering a good selection of gluten-free dishes. The rooms were spacious enough and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, the main street, and public transportation.

disappointing reservation problem.
i travelled with a friend,
I booked via Booking.com, 2 single rooms.
rooms were prepaid and none refundable.
we had confirmation letter from the hotel.
upon arrival the hotel told us that one of the rooms is not confirmed. without clarifying nor helping not giving alternatives.
after 2 hours of waiting without a solution, we had to rebook the 2nd room in a different hotel. as the hotel did not accept to cancel the confirmed room without fees.
so we kept on going back and forth between the hotels.
we had to pay the extra breakfast so we can have breakfast together.
the hotel could have been more cooperative and offer us a different accommodation, or help in any way.
with this incident we spent half a day trying to solve the problem, and believe me no one wants this kind of problem while on vacation.
when a hotel does an overbooking, they need to take responsibility.
its really very disappointing
