The beautiful apartment complex lies in southern Cyprus, only 500 m from the bay with a slightly sloping sand beach. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located a mere 800 m from the hotel. The resort centre of the popular holiday resort of Protaras is 4 km from the complex. Good bus links are available between the hotel and the resort centre, which depart from right outside the complex. The lively resorts Ayia Napa (roughly 18 km) and Paralimni (about 8 km) are easily reached using bus services. Transfer to Larnaca Airport takes about 50 minutes.
renovated in the year 2000, the superbly located complex consists of 150 apartments spread over 5 floors. Guests may make use of the spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safe, currency exchange desk, lift, games room, TV room, an Internet connection and bike hire. In addition to this, a bar, a small supermarket, a newspaper stand, a cosy bar and a restaurant are also available. Laundry services and medical assistance are further features, which may be taken advantage of. Outside the complex, guests will find is a playground and car parking facilities.
All studios and apartments are tasteful and modern. An en suite bathroom and hairdryer, a combined living room/bedroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a fridge, a kitchenette, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are similarly equipped and come with a separate bedroom. Final cleaning is included in the price.
There is a swimming pool in the well-maintained outdoor complex as well as a pool bar, sun loungers and parasols. Guests are offered to opportunity to participate in water aerobics courses, go to the sauna, receive massages and play table tennis and billiards. Various water sports can be undertaken on the beach, such as water skiing, diving or sailing. Parasols and sun loungers are also laid out ready for use.

Thank you ,Sun Palace for a great weekend. I liked everything. Nice water park, delicious food, clean towels, green area. The hotel has two pools, one of them for children. There is a children's room and a room for children's entertainment. In the evening, a good entertainment program. During the day, a saxophone played at the pool and we did aqua aerobics. I liked it, I will definitely come back.

Absolutely Amazing Holiday
Sun Palace Waterpark Resort in Protaras is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The hotel is huge and beautiful, designed in a lovely Greek style while at the same time being completely modern, stylish and very comfortable. The water park is absolutely fantastic! There is a great water park with slides and attractions, and the separate kids’ water park is probably the best one I have ever seen. So many different attractions and things for children to enjoy — they could spend the whole day there! The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, respectful and always smiling. They really make you feel welcome. The food was fantastic with a huge variety and plenty of choices every day. We especially loved the live cooking stations. Breakfast was perfect — so much choice and everything was fresh and delicious. We also visited the Italian and Greek restaurants, and both were excellent. Our room was absolutely fantastic — very modern, spacious, functional, comfortable and beautifully designed. There was also plenty of entertainment throughout the day and in the evening, so there was always something happening and the atmosphere was great. We had an excellent holiday and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you very much to the whole Sun Palace team for making our holiday so special. We would definitely love to come back again and would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and anyone looking for a fantastic holiday in Protaras!

Exceptional Service, Delicious Food, and Fantastic Waterpark Fun at Sun Palace Waterpark Resort
Our stay at Sun Palace Waterpark Resort was amazing, largely due to the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit, with a special thanks to Adriana, from the restaurant . Her warm hospitality and personal care made every dining experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options that satisfied all our cravings. We also loved the convenient and yummy snacks available right in the waterpark—perfect for keeping energy up between fun activities. The waterpark itself was a highlight, offering thrilling slides that entertained both kids and adults. It is a perfect spot for families looking to have fun and relax. Sun Palace Waterpark Resort combines great food, excellent service, and fantastic waterpark adventures, making it a top choice for a memorable holiday.

Fantastic stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming throughout our entire visit. The bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Palace Hotel in Pernera, Cyprus! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the amazing water park — it was so much fun and a great option for both relaxing and enjoying some exciting activities. It really added something special to our stay! The location is also fantastic. Everything you might need is close by — shops, restaurants, cafés, beaches, and other places to enjoy.
