The hotel is situated in Protaras, on the coastline with long sandy beaches and crystalline waters, next to the picturesque fishing harbour. There are a number of shops, taverns, bars and nightspots within walking distance of the property. This beach hotel has 228 spacious, newly renovated and comfortable rooms and suites, which will please even the most demanding taste. Facilities include elegant restaurants offering the finest homemade and international cuisine, as well as outdoor dining on the restaurant terrace, with panoramic views of the sea and the extensive gardens. Room facilities include a private balcony overlooking the coast, a 4-piece marble bathroom and individually controlled air conditioning.
Well let’s start, hotel is very modern and obviously been refurbed, few points, in shower no where to put toiletries, water pressure awful, housekeeping hit and miss, food is very disappointing and cold and as for the smoking issue it’s not the best, pool is dirty all around the edges not been cleaned at all while we’ve been here
Managers was terrible and smelt of cannabis
The food was not good, only frozen food, the meat and fish they offered was dry and cooked until dead, no variety. The rooms had a good size, but were not cleaned properly. The beach was nice, but the hotel should mainly be used by wedding parties as there were weddings every night. The price per night and 4 Stars is not justified.
The hotel is in a good location by the beach. Theirs is a great atmosphere and the staff are welcoming. Our room was on the first floor with a jacuzzi on the balcony. We had a sea view.
When we arrived we were upgraded to all inclusive. This was a great experience for us. We had drinks and dinner before we went to the Cyprus Rocks event. I have coeliac disease and was very well looked after by Kyriakos at reception and Panicos in the pool bar. All catering staff were informed of my food requirements and it was easy to find food I needed.
The hotel is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and large. There was a wedding in the hotel when we were there but we didn’t hear it when we went to sleep. I would recommend the hotel and we will be back next year.

The Most Perfect Wedding Day at Golden Coast Beach Hotel ❤️ We honestly cannot thank the Golden Coast Beach Hotel in Protaras enough for making our wedding on 4th September so incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful place to celebrate our wedding day. The hotel itself is amazing — beautiful surroundings, gorgeous views, wonderful food and such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was upgraded to a stunning sea-view room, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Waking up to those beautiful views was unforgettable. A very special thank you has to go to Felicity, our wedding planner. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made everything feel so easy and stress-free, was always there whenever we needed anything, and helped make sure every little detail of our day was exactly how we had dreamed it would be. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Our wedding day was simply perfect. Every detail, from the setting and food to the service and atmosphere, was amazing. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we and our guests had the most incredible day. We will always have such special memories of the Golden Coast Beach Hotel and will forever be grateful to everyone who played a part in making our wedding day so magical. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn’t recommend the Golden Coast Beach Hotel and Felicity highly enough. Nothing will ever compare.
