Evalena Beach Hotel

We returned home last night from a lovely 10 nights at this hotel. Hotel is lovely and clean with large comfy rooms and very comfy beds. Maids do a fab job and room cleaned every day. Food and drinks are probably the best weve had in an all inclusive hotel and im very fusy. Loads of choice and good ingredients too. Alex in the pool bar was super freindly and made the best iced coffee with caramel syrup ever. Ice cream at pool bar lovely but only place to get ice cream from. Pool is lovely small but big enough when we were there. The usual issue with sunbeds being claimed at 6am and not used till 3pm but you get this in all hotels. Usually managed to get one somewhere. The young waiting staff we all lovely and super friendly Samir and Alan deserve a special mention the restaurant manger not so much. The only thing that lets this hotel down in our opinion is the smoking . You can smoke anywhere outside so the pool bar and outside seating area were not at all plesant for none smokers which was a shame as ment unable to use these as much as we would have liked. The hotel is in a lovely spot on the front and only a 15 minute walk to the strip ( up hill if mobility is an issue). The hotel doesnt have much evening entertainment other than a piano player and a guitar player a couple of evenings so very boring of an evening . Lots to do on the strip though. They had an electric violin player at the hotel on the sunday lunch time though who was VERY good. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel other than the smoking issue x

What can I say about this hotel. Well if im honest. The pool you carnt get round it for the people securing the place round it early morning. But me myself is a beach lover so that wasn't important to me. The beach front restaurant they need woman working there on an earning because the men staff soon as it got to around 930 got ants in there pants and just couldn't be bothered with you. If you wanted to sit on the seats nearer the beach they was wet because of condensation. So why didn't they wipe them with a dry cloth when they saw people wanting to sit there on an evening. No because they wanted to pack them away to early. People was turning the covers round themselves so they could sit there. All they was doing is stood around talking. The breakfast was lovely and the staff in the dining room. But its the cleaning staff that make that place they do a fabulous job well done. Would I return 🤔 no I dont think so

Just come back from an all inclusive stay, the hotel is in a good location, we booked a Seaview room and on arrival we was on the ground floor with mostly a view of the restaurant. The maids did a great job of cleaning the room every day with fresh towels, the hotel must of found out from my passport that it was my birthday whilst there and left a birthday card a plate of fruit and 2 small bottles of wine, all the staff were brilliant very friendly, Alex in the pool bar was absolutely brilliant, pool was on the small side but that didnt really bother us, we always manged to get the same sunbeds, there was plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch time and evening meals where good quality food but was a limited choice on these 2 meal times. We had a late check out so asked if we could extend our room and this was allowed at a cost of 80 euros for 6 hours. We paid it but thought it was on the expensive side. Over all great location brilliant friendly staff just the 2 meal times let it down for us and the limited seaview,
