Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

We have just returned from our stay, and I would like to share a few honest thoughts about our experience. We actually stayed at this hotel 9 years ago and always kept fond memories of its lagoon, the wonderful food, and the great team, so it was very special for us to return. First of all, my big and sincere thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Special appreciation goes to Fedi at reception for his kind assistance, Fanny at the kids' club for her wonderful work, Jack for his friendly evening chats, and Diwan for making the absolute best mojitos and smoothies I have ever had in my life! The lagoon here is marvelous—warm, sandy, and very comfortable for both tiny infants and proper swimmers. Room cleaning was done every day, hotel towels were replaced twice daily, and free beach towels were much appreciated. The food was generally very good with plenty of fresh fruit and a great selection of meats. My only small regret was that the mushroom soup appeared only once during our 8 days! However, I must kindly point out a few things that need management’s attention:

• Coffee: The bar milk coffee (latte and cappuccino) was, frankly, the most frustrating thing about our mornings. Standard coffee machines in the bars with good whole milk and basic staff guidance would change everything.
• Beef & Sushi: The cook clearly did his absolute best, but the beef itself was simply impossible to chew, this is a matter of supplier quality, not the kitchen staff. Also, smoked salmon in hosomaki sushi is very wrong; please use proper standard fish.
• Quiz Night & Room: The quiz host seemed completely uninterested in his own event, which made the evening very slow and boring. In our room, the hairdryer kept switching off constantly.
• Beach: Paying €3.50 per sunbed and €3 per umbrella is no problem, but only if the beach is kept clean. Hotel owners in the area should really press the local municipality for regular cleaning.

Thank you again to the wonderful staff for their true hospitality. Regardless of those few practical improvements, this hotel is still top class once!

On arrival till the end of are Hoilday the staff could not do enough for us the hotel was suitable for my mum as she had a walking stick everything was accessible the food was 10/10 iv been on inclusive holidays, and I’ve been very picky with my food. I kind of live of salads. I was too scared to try any meats. But here the food was clean side had no mess always hot and a wide range of choice and yes I ate meat for the fist time and tried different things. The staff in the restaurant were amazing especially Christina she went above and beyond for us I was poorly last two days and struggled to leve the room the staff at reception quickly arranged a doctor and was able to get some medication straight away to help my condition we got back and went to are rom Were Kristian sent food to the room and the manger at the hotel sent me flowers and that was amazing even to having are room Later so I could sleep before flight. The location was perfect.for us and was not overly busy there are plenty of sunbeds as well you don’t need to set your alarm to get a sunbed either the was a park for kids and volley ball you have your own beach as well beds are only 3 euros sea was beautiful if you want shops it’s only 10min in a taxi and a local shop across the road evening dining you had a pianos and violinist playing while eating your evening meal there is also a sports bar open 10 till 8pm for food that is served to your table they were amazing I might add and always smiling on an evening the sport bar had evening entertainment that was great and a massive praise to jack who runs it fantastic always happy chatting always making sure you had drinks these two people need employee of the month might I add the whole Hoilday was the best Hoilday iv ever had and I have travels to lots of countries Dubai, Thailand and this hotel and Hoilday was the best out of all of my holidays iv had and I’m not just saying that either. There is work going on next to the hotel and are room was right next to it and to be honestly ,we did not hear it much even around by the pool so if your reading this get booking as you will not be disappointed in fact we have booked again for next August 2027 and there 10 Of us coming over I’m bring all of my family . Everything is very clean and tidy and the rooms are amazing and your room is cleaned twice a day as well robes and slippers are provided to you have fruit and fizzy and water waiting in your room if you arrive later you get a snack box each also around the pool mid morning you get fruit served to your sunbed also you have someone come around and ask if you would like refreshments this did help me because mum struggled to walk and around 1.30 pm you have a lovely man come round with a ice flannel which helps me really well due to my trigeminal neuralgia I was suffering with at the time you also have a Jacuzzi on site as well and a gym and sauna we did go at a perfect time. We flew out on 27 August. A lot of children already come home back to school so it was quite relaxing.i had done to blogs on the website video all I can say is you will not be disappointed and is literally a five star hotel 10 out of 10 for food
