Surrounded by delightful gardens, the modern beach hotel Crystal Springs is ideally located close to the beach on the outskirts of Protaras on the east coast of Cyprus. The Pernera area is within walking distance, while the centre of Protaras and Paralimni can be reached within a short drive. A bus stop for the local bus service is just outside of the hotel. Larnaca International Airport is 49 km away. The hotel offers bright rooms in a contemporary design with fresh colours. All of them enjoy side or front sea views and feature air-conditioning and a private balcony. Services and amenities include an outdoor pool and a tennis court. This hotel is one of the few hotels in Cyprus with an on-site Scuba diving centre. The restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine, and guests can enjoy a drink at one of the two bars. A wonderful beach hotel both for couples and families.
Location could not be better great sea bay calm waters, on great bus route from outside hotel, and reliable taxi service. Atmosphere is fantastic due to all the staff from customer relations, pool bar staff Anastasia really makes sure you are fed and watered, hotel bars staff always make sure your drinks are replenished and UTI Limba and Manish are a great bunch of lads. Hotel management make sure that everything is looked after to the highest standard. Rooms are spacious and meticulously cleans day, and they do a turn down visit p.m where they will change your used towels and turn the beds down for you. Great value for money not 4 star definitely 5 stars. This is why we keep returning roll on 2027.
Highly recommended! We spent a beautiful vacation at Crystal Springs. Very friendly staff, spotless cleanliness in the rooms and common areas, and excellent food with a wide selection of drinks. The hotel is located right by a calm bay with crystal-clear sea water. A perfect choice for a peaceful getaway!
We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Crystal Springs Hotel. It is located on the outskirts of Protaras. Quite a way from the hustle and bustle of the centre, though regular buses from just outside the front of the Hotel entrance. Lovely hotel with amazing staff who cannot do enough for you. Beautiful scenery and small beach down a few steps from the pool/pool bar area. The food was very good and plentiful. The rooms were a bit small in my opinion,very inadequate drawer and wardrobe space. Housekeeping was excellent. The entertainment was not great- a mere 20 minutes of "Mini Disco" for the little ones,then quite a long wait for the adult entertainment which was not the best. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel really welcome.
I have stayed at The Crystal Springs 3 times. The staff for most part have been the same. From senior management downwards ,they give guests a great experience with a friendly and helping attitude.
This was my third visit to Crystal Springs. My experience was just as good as before. From senior management downwards their aim is to provide exceptional service, which they do. Everything about the hotel is just wonderful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality and relaxing holiday.
