This hotel offers 5-star comfort, service and amenities. It is only a short stroll from the centre of Protaras and Ayia Napa is just 15 minutes away. Guest facilities include a large pool with extensive terraces, leading down to a sandy beach.
We have had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and have good knowledge of the local area. The food is exceptional with lots of choice and Shushma was always helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Adele was also very helpful and managed the gymnasium in a professional manner. All round good experience.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
How this hotel is rated as 5 star is a joke. Packet meal on arrival as dinner was over consisted of 2 pieces dried bread with packet ham & cheese . Disgusting . No help with cases , room was "tired" , especially the bathroom. Restaurant was like a works' canteen , plus food was poor, no allergy warnings anywhere. Very impersonal staff with no greeting or smiles. EasyJet should reconsider using this hotel.
Hotel is very nice, room is clean, pool is top, food excellent, location is super, music on terasse is very good, Towels is clean, and everythink is so beautifful... STAFF IS THE BEST, WAITRESS IN RESTORAN IS PERFECT.... Will see again next year Best regards Milan Jelicic from Serbia...
Over rated, this is not a 4 star 3 at best. The lounge area is the only thing good about this hotel, the rooms are dated and not very clean stained bedding, hard discoloured towels, they provide a bath robe dont bother its gross. the food is very lacklustre no variety. The pool area has seen better days stains on all the sunbeds ripped umbrellas. The staff do bare minimum, from cleaning to serving its all too much effort.
