Good Location
This place is beautiful on arrival. The lobby areas and facilities are well maintained and the cleaning, bar and entertainment staff work hard and interact really well.
The Location is ideal, far enough that you can't hear noise from the strip but a 1 minute walk, the pier to access boat trips etc is a 7 minute walk.
Shasuma, Suri and Eshan (all part of the bar and food team) were outstanding. All 3 had such incredible customer service.
We were here for a wedding, the wedding venue was lovely, I can imagine it was loud for other guests, however wedding finished at midnight.
Food is ok, very repetitive. Some of the live cooking stations, I had to ask for chicken to be cooked a little more. There is a vast selection, and most of the main dishes were quite spicy. Lunch is definitely the best meal. We tried the Chinese restaurant whilst we were here, based at the hotel, the starters were beautiful, unfortunately the other courses were dreadful and I would avoid going. This put us off trying other restaurants in the all inclusive package.
Pool staff are so polite and helpful, it was lovely to see them helping with umbrellas and making sure children were safe poolside. It was also very hot whilst I stayed here so offer them a drink, as they genuinely don't take their eyes off the pool all day.
Unfortunately, the towels and dressing gowns need to be updated. They are grey and should be white. The bathroom in our bedroom was very dirty. The baths need a good clean, I was quite shocked at how dirty the bathroom is. Whilst bathrooms are dirty, the bedroom area is light and clean, with a good safe. Never had any issues with leaving things out etc.
Receptionists - this is only to female members of staff, the most rude and unhelpful people. Tried to ask for late check out and I was barked at and told to come back the day before checking out. They barely even say good morning.
Maintenance team work hard but unfortunately other members in our party had faulty doors that beeped all night, leaking toilets etc.
Overall, this is a lovely place, however it is over priced for the service you receive. I would go back but I wouldn't be happy to pay the current prices being charged.
Great stay,, but not 5*
We stayed here for 10 nights in June. We had a great holiday, and enjoyed our stay, but review is an honest review of hotel.

Room with side sea view was basic but view fantastic.

Negatives 1)sun-beds have seen better days, most were damaged. 2)rooms were not cleaned to a high standard, towels were sometimes not exchanged and room not dusted or cleaned under bed 3) shower was not great and bathroom could do with upgrading (it is supposed to be 5*)
We enjoyed our stay, but have stopped in much better 4* in Protaras. This hotel is looking tired, which is a shame, as it could be so much better

Great location
Great place for the weekend getaway. Beach front location, comfy rooms and tasty food - everything you need. Special mention to EHSAN the lobby bartender professionalism with good sense of humor.
NOT 5 STAR
The only thing that is 5 star is the Location and views The hotel interior looks very grand when you arrive but looks can be deceiving We were there for 10 days and the hotel corridoor on the 2nd floor has a spillage that was there for the whole duration of our stay The bath towels are old grey and stained And Our bedding was not changed during the 10 days we were there Food nice and plenty of choice but not hot We were All inclusive but drinks are limited choice and cocktails all taste the same not made from scratch and no proper coffee it is all out of machines Nice hotel and staff but overpriced and not deserving of 5 star as advertised
