Cavo Zoe Seaside Hotel

Perfect location for buses either side for ayia Napa or protaras , opposite is our favourite beach at Mimosa and Green Bay , absolutely spotless hotel , always kept to the best standards, food unbelievable, rooms cleaned daily , fantastic views. We had the best time and felt incredibly relaxed after.
There were not really any negative points at all , other than the hair dryer was terrible , plugged into the back of a drawer and pretty useless puff of air coming out , but that didn’t bother me as mostly showered and slicked hair back as it was cooler to do so. Front of house staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful.. we did see quite often them getting snapped at by the bosses who often hovered around watching over them like hawks and to obviously to make sure high standards were kept.. the staff did an absolutely fantastic job all round and they should be very proud of them. Andreas in particular , was the best bar man in Salty Bar. Always happy , chatty , made the best cocktails too. savvas in the main bar was also wonderful and so efficient. The waiters , front off house staff really were the best we’ve ever had too

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Before we even arrived, Andrea at Reception was incredibly helpful when assisting us with our booking over the phone. She listened carefully to our needs and provided excellent customer service.

The atmosphere and décor were exactly to our taste—warm, cosy, and welcoming. The location is outstanding, offering stunning sea views. Our room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and well-presented. We felt the overall value for money was very reasonable.

The pools were lovely, and we never had any difficulty finding available sunbeds. The hotel was clean throughout, and the spa facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi. The ladies at the spa were absolutely marvellous and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The reception team, including the night receptionist, were always friendly, professional, and eager to help. The waiters also deserve special recognition—they worked tirelessly, were attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The rooms were quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax. The only downside was that the pool area could become quite noisy at times when there were many children around, although this is understandable for a family-friendly hotel.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, beautiful surroundings, and excellent spa facilities.
