Wonderful hotel well thought out design right on a beautifully wild small bay really clean great stay , staff were all attentive special thank you to my guy Mr Fotis who simply couldn’t do enough for everyone Thank you 🙏 x
Great hotel, everything so pretty and stylish. Superb selection and quality of food both evenings and breakfast and lovely wine included in dinners (half-board), we were even looking to buy the same at wine stores, unfortunately couldn't find.
Staff were our heroes, so helpful and pleasant, made the stay even better. Location is very nice, especially if you are coming with or renting a car. 5 minites away is a small quite beach (right behind the church), otherwise about 5 min drive to lovely fig tree bay or many others. Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cavo Zoe and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel pays exceptional attention to every detail, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, every meal was delicious, with great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single team member was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy, and their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. A special mention also goes to the lovely cats around the hotel - they made our stay even more charming and brought an extra touch of warmth and joy to the whole experience. Thank you to everyone at Cavo Zoe for such a wonderful experience. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and exceptional stay.
Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after my partner submitted private feedback through the hotel’s internal feedback system, I received what I felt was a very unprofessional phone call from a member of staff. During the call, I was told that it was “not good” for the hotel to receive this feedback and was repeatedly asked to explain our ratings, despite my partner already providing detailed comments for each section. We were also encouraged to come and speak to the manager in person, which left us feeling quite intimidated, as though we were being pressured to change our review. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were acceptable but certainly not worth the price we paid. On arrival, the toilet roll holder was broken, and there was a stain on the bed sheet cover. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. The selection was extremely limited for an all-inclusive resort. During our one-week stay, we only ate breakfast once, dinner once, and had lunch at the Salt Bar a few times because the quality was so poor. The food was consistently disappointing, with very dry chicken and very little variety. Each meal felt like the same basic option with a few side dishes rather than the range you would normally expect from an all-inclusive hotel. We also found the snack bar policy surprising. After missing lunch one day, we visited the snack bar, which is common at most all-inclusive resorts. However, guests were limited to just one item per person. We asked if we could add a portion of sweet potato fries as a side but were refused. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and not what we expected from an all-inclusive package. Another major issue was the water policy. I am currently 6½ months pregnant, so staying well hydrated is especially important. At previous all-inclusive hotels, unlimited bottled water has never been an issue. Here, however, we were provided with just one bottle of still water between two people in our room. If you wanted another bottle from the bar, you had to pay for it. On the day we were leaving, we were told we could bring our empty bottle back to be refilled, but I only drink sealed bottled water, so this wasn’t a suitable alternative. My partner also only drinks sparkling water, yet none was provided in the room. It felt as though even basic essentials were being unnecessarily limited. To make matters worse, the one morning we did have breakfast, we found a cockroach among the toast, which was extremely off-putting showing the hotel is not clean. If you are considering staying here, it’s also worth knowing that the hotel is very isolated. There was very little atmosphere, and on one evening it appeared to be only us and one other couple. A member of staff explained that the hotel focuses on being a relaxing destination and therefore doesn’t provide evening entertainment. However, they regularly host weddings and private events with loud music that continues late into the evening, which completely contradicts the idea of a peaceful, relaxing environment. During these events, the main car park is largely reserved for event guests, meaning hotel guests are expected to park behind the hotel instead. Finally, the location is not ideal. Although it is close to the water, it is not situated on a beach, and there is very little within walking distance. You will need to travel if you want to visit restaurants, beaches, or local attractions. Overall, we felt we significantly overpaid for what was offered. Between the poor food, restrictive all-inclusive experience, cleanliness concerns, disappointing facilities, and the way our feedback was handled, we would not choose to stay here again
I went to the hotel I saw there was only around 10-15 parking spaces and all full so I had called to ask if there is any other parking areas for the hotel the man on the phone said to me there is in the back and it was a parking area but in dirt so I mentioned to my gf while on the phone that a hotel like this and there is a dirt parking place and only 10-15 in asphalt then the man when he heard that he said make your complaints there where you should and closed the phone to me I went inside the hotel I asked to make a complaint for the person that I was on the phone with cause I felt he was quite rude and the ladie at the desk called him to come and when he came he came with an attacking and very rude manner with 0 respect towards a customer I said to him that I felt he was rude on the phone and when i explained to him that it was not to him that i was saying about the parking he said to me "its not my hotel" he came with an attacking and rude manner and he responded with " I RESPECT ONLY THE PEOPLE WHO RESPECT ME" he had said alot more in the all conflict and so called conversation and said make your complains to the manager I had asked him not to talk with me he stood there and interrupted me while I was talking the the other receptionist he's name is Andreas, came to relax and ruined my mood and the overall look for the hotel
