Atlantica Aqua Blue Hotel

At a glance, the hotel looks pretty lovely. Can’t fault the cleanliness around the hotel. The staff all work incredibly hard. Now subbeds … worst I’ve seen. People taking them up early and leaving bin for others and don’t even bother coming back all day. People are selfish. If you’re gonna claim a sub bed at least use it!! The hotel should be hot on this. Not allow this to happen. The aircon in the room only goes down to 23! So it’s not even cold in the room. Complained but still same as before. The food choice is the worst we have seen it to be in all the hotels we have been to and we have been to a lot. Main meal time is the worst!! The meat is dry and well over cooked. Come on chefs please do better. Not much choice at all for children. No chicken nuggets. No freshly cooked pizzas. No fresh chips. There oily when they are on offer. We’re so disappointed with the food at main meal time we are paying again to eat out when we are all inclusive. What’s with the pizza?? I can get better ones in icelands!! It’s so bad how much we have paid for this holiday. Not get what you thought you would. How about spaghetti bolognaise that would be good to see on the menu. No bottled Water? Everywhere we have stayed before have bottled water. The water is gross out the machine you have and you put out on the tables. Taste of chemicals. Please do something about the food and water. Entertainment is poor. So again out to find better entertainment. Won’t be returning. Unless these things change. Thanks for listening. Usually I write a good review but sorry not this time.

Booked in for a full body massage as a little holiday treat. From the spa reception team to the treatment itself was 10/10 - so much so I booked in for a second massage the day prior to leaving. Shoutout to Gian Carlos. Would highly recommend.
