The 4-star Anastasia Beach Hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the sea near the small peaceful resort of Protaras, which is on the south-east of the island. Extensive grounds lead down to a delightful beach where a wide variety of watersports area normally available.
Dislikes :
The staff not helpful at all even not smiling expect the Georgian ladies who were in night level sheft at indoor Bar.
The Hous keeping they do not clean the room well, they served dirty billow cover and they do not arrange the bed properly even they do not recharge the amenities.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is disorganized and chaotic, offering the same types of food of low quality & very limited options 👎👎👎.
The drinks collection are bad low level quality of local brand drinks.
The Rooms are so warm not cool enough.
The services are less than 3 star hotel services not a 4 stars as it is rated.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are clean and comfortable . What makes this hotel special are the staff! The cleaning staff are efficient and helpful. The dining staff are exceptional. Polite, friendly and very helpful! I cannot select just one. The management has exceeded themselves in selecting the best!
Very good accommodation, very good food and service. Mrs Stella and Demetra was very friendly and helpful. Also the atmosphere was excellent
The burst is very quiet you can relax well, the rooms are good but sometimes you don't get fresh towels, it's clean but sometimes the bathroom is not cleaned, it's always pretty quiet and relaxing and the service is very nice and helpful, it's very cool and fun
I don’t even know where to start from..
4 star hotel turn up into 1 star hotel.( I’m being generous here!!!)
It was ment to be the best holiday for me and my girlfriend,especially coz we went for an all-inclusive this time but I turn up to be a nightmare!! One thing we can tell for sure,do not trust the pictures they add on websites like we did… I will never do that again!! Especially when you pay extra for the room,like we did and you receive this!!!!
