We really liked it.
Everything was just wonderful.
I'll be sure to write feedback.
I will recommend your hotel to all my friends and relatives. We're especially grateful to Alexandra for the impeccable service during breakfast and dinner, thanks!!!
The ac in the room was not working. We asked reception to sort it out and they said they would inform maintenance to either check it in the central ac room or come to the room if required. We never heard back from maintenance or from reception to follow up if it ever got fixed.
They provided another room at 9.30pm after going to the reception and informing them that the issue was still present. They never asked if we wanted help with moving our things.
There were no face towels in the room and the amenities were only enough for 1 guest.
The restaurant during a la carte dinner gave us a 2 month expired bottle of mayonnaise. This made me question if the provided coleslaw salad was made with fresh or expired mayonnaise.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The poolside restaurant was excellent we enjoyed both the food and the service. The excursion to Ayia Napa was a highlight of our trip and Anastasia’s recommendations for beautiful locations were fantastic. Her advice helped us discover some amazing places and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Enjoyed my vacation a lot at this great hotel. The staff, the breakfast, the gym, pool area, and my lovely room - everything just as it should. Good service 👌🏻
Location a bit remote if you’d like to go out to town.
Good value for money.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca for 18 nights and, unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below the standards expected of a 5-star property operating under the Radisson name. For a relatively new hotel, it was surprising and disappointing to see signs of disrepair and neglect already becoming apparent. On arrival, our room allocation did not meet a key reservation request for a twin-bed and double-bed arrangement. Despite clear evidence in previous emails, the reception team and duty manager were dismissive and appeared to imply that the issue was our fault. This was a relatively small matter that could have been resolved quickly with greater empathy and professionalism, but instead it escalated unnecessarily. Customer service was inconsistent. A few members of staff stood out, particularly the egg chef and pool attendant, who were friendly, attentive and set an excellent example. Unfortunately, this level of service was not reflected across the wider team, and management should encourage other staff to follow their example. We were grateful to Anastasia for her friendly manner and for offering us an evening meal and a bottle of Prosecco. This gesture was appreciated, but it did not adequately address the range of issues we had experienced during our lengthy stay. Housekeeping was unreliable. The room was not always cleaned to an acceptable standard and, on some days, was not cleaned at all. Fresh towels were inconsistent, while areas such as the balcony were frequently overlooked. This lack of consistency is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. There were also several maintenance concerns. Bathroom mould was never properly resolved, and we later discovered that the extractor fan was not working, which may have contributed to the problem. Loose or missing tiles around the pool also raised safety concerns. Although we were offered a room change after two nights, we had already fully unpacked, making the move too disruptive. These issues should have been identified through routine maintenance inspections well before our stay. The hotel appeared to place greater emphasis on corporate guests than holidaymakers, which may partly explain the service shortcomings experienced by my family and me. While management seemed willing to address concerns, greater investment is needed from the owners in both the facilities and staff training. Even simple improvements, such as replacing the dead plants around the central lift area, would make a noticeable difference. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, and the views from the balcony were stunning. Overall, the location is appealing and some staff showed real potential, but the hotel falls short of the standard expected from a 5-star Radisson resort. Significant improvements are needed in maintenance, housekeeping and customer service before I could recommend it to travellers seeking a genuinely upscale holiday experience.
