Just back from an amazing week at Tifinos this hotel is fantastic. Please ignore the bad reviews as there is nothing to complain about. Food is excellent and I've got coeliac so Need a gluten free diet I have never been so well looked after in a hotel. Head chef takes you around every mealtime to tell you what you can have, if there is nothing they will cook you fresh pizza, pasta, chicken nuggets, there is also cereal and gluten free bread,there is deserts too amazing chocolate cake, and little pots of cakes. All of the waiting staff and head chefs are really friendly , and always said morning with big smiles on there faces and they work so hard cleaning away the tables very fast and efficient. Big shout out to George in the restaurant it was a pleasure meeting you, a lovely gentleman always smiling. Bar staff are all amazing expecially, Lisa,Saga, Sam, Alex and Prince you were really friendly and made our holiday and always had time for a chat. Drinks were fine yes I know they are small but you can get 2 at a time which didn't bother us as there was never a long queue at the bar. The hotel itself was immaculate too no complaints , pool area,rooms, waterpark , reception was spotless . The only problem is the night time entertainment is not good but we went out most nights as its only 20min walk into aiya napa. Highly recommend this hotel and if we ever visited Cyprus again we would 100% stay here.
Most of the staff were very friendly, just the one I found miserable wished I'd have caught his name he was very rude, after reading some of the reviews I can see a lot about rude staff, its such a shame because this hotel could be great, food was lovely there was always a good selection, rooms are very dated , shower was rubbish, beds were very hard, we've stayed at all inclusive in cyprus before but this one was very poor compared to others, there's a sign outside on front that says 4 * luxury hotel, its definitely not a 4 star more like 3 star 😀
We took all inclusive but they keep charging not saying in advance, first they told me it is chargeable when I already ordered coffee they told me it is 7 they charged 9. So, I will not come here again for sure.
Tofinus hotel ayia Napa, second time at this hotel. Great value fr money. Own amazing waterpark. Staff go above and beyond to make yr stay perfect. The food dining is 10/10. Hotel very clean. Bar staff amazing lenny Lisa and Alex. I wld highly recommend this hotel fr a holiday in Cyprus. It’s close to beach and shops and water sports. All inclusive menu is excellent.
Seb has made our holiday we are here for two weeks for our honeymoon with our children and his entertainment has been amazing with the children. He has made our holiday even better having our children occupied. His friendliness is outstanding. My husband has thoroughly enjoyed the adult entertainment including water polo and beer pong. They can't do enough for you! There is something for everyone in this hotel. Staff are so friendly, rooms are immaculate and the food is amazing something different every night. Overall amazing hotel, will be sad to leave
