The hotel enjoys its unique, prime location as it is situated right on the Sandy Bay beach and is a 20 minutes' walk away from the center of Ayia Napa. Superb Accommodation
Well designed, furbished, and decorated rooms are offered in T. M. Sands. Deluxe inland view, Deluxe side sea view, Deluxe seas view and penthouse rooms with sea view balcony are available. All rooms accommodate up to 3 persons. They are fully air-conditioned with private walk in shower and WC, balcony, satellite smart TV, telephone, hairdryer, mini fridge, safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge (some facilities may have extra charge).
Eat and Drink Food and drink have a special meaning in Sands... Main dining room with alfresco sitting area for breakfast and dinner and pool side restaurant for lunch and all-day snacks. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with live cooking station. Lunch and snacks are served a la carte. Main lobby bar and pool bar are also available for your cold drinks, coffee, beer and of course our special cocktails.
All types of board are available ie bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all inclusive.

July adult only getaway
What a gem of a hotel, if you want a complete chill getaway, this is the place to go. Staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful. Food delicious and good variety. Room spacious and spotless, lovely sea view. We will definitely be back - thank you x
Relaxing Time
We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely amazing—it's right next to the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away made the whole experience feel so peaceful.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was extraordinarily kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for.
Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway with exceptional service.
Very nice stsy
Very good location just couple steps from beach,and town are 10 minutes away from hotel,rooms are comfortable,clean,and with lovely sea views ,people working in hotel are so friendly,helpful and just lovely especially Maria from reception such a lovely lady,she done everything to make a guest happy ,the same as restaurant personel lovely Panikos,and others like waitresses,lovely lady I think she is restaurant manager (forgot her name 🙈)bar staff guys like Roman and others so nice and friendly .The food was very delicious,fresh,lots of choices.The hotel over all very nice,if you want rest have chilled vacation yes that’s the proper place.I highly recommend,will definitely come back.Ahh and forgot one thing the weather just so nice hot and sunny ,hotel are close to local attractions.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness to a very high standard.The room had a spectacular view of the bay, amazing waking up to see this in the morning
Excellent Hotel
Tasia Maris is a beautiful hotel. We always upgrade to the All Inclusive Plus so have use of the Soly Maris Pool & restaurant. I have now been here 5 times over the last 9 years. The staff are amazing & work so hard. Want to say thanks to Maria in Soly Maris, Dimitri, Kristina & Kiros in the restaurants, You are all amazing 🥰 From Mandy & Tanya
