Great Manager George, funny guy, entertaining, top man. Christopher top chef , Lovely food, Loads of variety on the menu for all, 5 + stars to him. Loads of lovely cakes from the bakery Nikki
Gyros, Kiri, Dimitri, Sutani great staff, helpful friendly, funny great service, From them all. All receptionist friendly and helpful. Excellent customer services from everyone. And cleaners great cleanliness, kept our rooms clean every day. Entertainment/bingo and activities all day from the Emy & Yoda. Brilliant. Hotel Great location. Beach 1 min away. Looking forward to Next Year 2027 new revamp of the hotel & swimming pool/bar.

Just spent 14 nights and to say we unimpressed would be an understatement. We had a superior room with sunbeds on the balcony and a sea view on the 3rd floor,not worth the extra as rooms are small and storage space is insufficient.Balcony view was ok but as there was no shade provided we could not use it during the day which was what was intended. We used the pool and had to do the stupid o'clock sun bed run. It was an ok pool until the pool bar opened and then all hell broke loose and the pathetic idiots with their inflatables invaded with their drinks lolling around and making a nuisance of themselves,some even emptied their drinks in to the pool and some were seen spitting. This was totally ignorant but that was the standard of guests that this hotel attracts. The main areas in the hotel were very clean,but the standard of cleaning our room received was poor.I do not blame the cleaner but they had too many rooms to do so more staff required. The food was ok,for Breakfast we mostly had omelettes as the other offering on the hot breakfast was not cooked to our liking as we would not eat snotty cold fried eggs and Luke warm bacon, plenty of choice of continental if you like that and fruit Which was ok. Lunch we had a snack. Dinner was passable mostly managed to find something to eat. Not impressed with the other restaurant that you could book and pay a supplement. We arrived and along with a few other mugs were led out to the balcony and had to sit outside,it was so windy that a fellow guest had a glass of red wine blow over onto her dress! The steak which my husband wanted cooked medium/well done ( he was told it was better to have it medium) When it arrived it was inedible Of course we sent it back and refused a replacement and asked for the supplement to be removed.My Salmon was awful and swimming in sauce....so much for supposed fine dining,got back to the room and threw it all up.. fantastic. Entertainment was on from 9pm till 10pm, waste of time. The array of towels hanging over the balconies made the hotel look like Magaluf in the 80s. Will never return as the hotel and the type of guest it attracts is definitely not for us.

A fair and honest review.

We stayed her for a week, all inclusive and had a basic swim up room.

Receptionist were approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.

Room was very clean, tidy and modern and cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. The pool was also clean and very refreshing. Previous reviews mention that you can hear traffic and yes it is noticeable but it didn't impact us, it's not constant flowing, we definitely didn't hear anything during the night whilst in bed. Beds were also very comfy.

Breakfast served from 07.00-10.00 was nice, the food was hot and plenty of variety, noting that the food is similar to UK - fresh omelettes were amazing.

Snack bar 11:00-13:00, set menu outside near main pool area, a selection burgers, pizza, and sandwiches with chips - very good portion sizes. - there are no sweet treats on this menu but there is ice-cream in the bar areas, standard flavours.

A la carte 13:00 - 15:00 - this was different to my experience with all inclusive, it wasn't a usual buffet lunch, it was a set menu, plenty of variety, motzerealla, halloumi, burger, pizza, lasanga Carbonara etc then with the dessert of the day. As a couple we thought this was really good, it was a nice change and is something I would look for in future. - of note this can be a little confusing as the menus have prices for the a la carte, some menus state that between 13:00 - 15:00 the whole menu is free for all inclusive however some don't. On our first day we got one that didn't state this and had to speak with multiple staff due to language barriers.

Another snack time at 16:00-18:00 - same as the earlier menu. This could be improved by having a different selection, especially if people stay longer than a week.

Dinner time 19:00 - 21:30 - buffet style, good selection, hot and different foods each night. Could be improved by having a weekly themed menu so guests know what's on each day.

After this there are no other snacks, which is disappointing, it's the first all inclusive where there is no more food served and the bar closes at 23:00hrs.

We went to 5 One as we got the free dining experience as we stayed for 7 nights. I thought this was a rip off, half of the items on the menu were at an extra cost, so it wasn't really complementary. It was actually really disappointing as we'd been looking forward to it all week. As we were seated we were given some bread and sauce so we felt like we had committed to staying and it would have been very awkward to leave, otherwise we would have left.

The bar had the standard drinks, when dining they do offer table service however alot of our drinks never arrived. At peak times it appeared there wernt enough staff which meant there were delays with drinks.

Entertainment was disappointing, I felt there was not enough variety, there was comedy, singing and dancing however felt something like circus style was missing.

There is an upgrade to all inclusive plus, we looked into this and felt it was a rip off. Branded drinks are included though some whiskeys aren't. Pringles and ice creams aren't, you do get access to the pool at Sol Y Maris which means you don't have to get up so early to get a sunbed, this was the only reason we considered it really as to reserve a sunbed we were getting up earlier than we would be at home for work!- people's opinions may differ.

People mention bottled water is an issues unless you upgrad to all inclusive plus, you can refill bottles at the bar, this is with tap water. We ended up buying bottled water across the road because the tap water didn't agree with me. We got this in the supermarket and put it in the fridge. I'd packed some insulated flasks which kept it cold when we were near pool/in the bar.

There is definitely a problem with the sunbeds, there simply just isn't enough, we had to get up at 07:30 to make sure we got a bed, people had already reserved before this aswel! I do note there is a renovation next year which may solve this issue.

The beach across the road isn't owned by the hotel. For two people, with a sunbed each and umbrella it cost €10.00. Expensive, so really you need to make sure you get a bed by the pool.

Staff were friendly and approachable.

I would recommend the hotel, however feel based on what I paid it wasn't worth it.
