Just spent a lovely 14 nights here. Hotel is clean and well presented. Staff are fantastic and work very hard to ensure you have everything you need,, to make the best of your time with them. The food is exeptional, plenty of selection. And lunchtime is great as you sit and get a menu to order from, buffet at breakfast and evening. Special mentions to a few of the staff that went above and beyond, always with a smile and laughter. George (snake hips restaurant manager) Emy on daytime activities, lovely girl, always smiling. Suntani & Mirella serving drinks throughout our stay. The area is nice, Nissi beach is stunning but go early, like 8am if you want a sunbed as its really busy. Aiya napa town is around 2km away and wonderful. Expect to pay around €7 a pint or €5/€6 for s local beer. We rented an offroad vehicle which was great, the area is full of them.
Here's the negatives We paid over £6600 for 3 adults for 24 nights all inclusive,( so NOT cheap). We were very limited on the drinks, as alot are only all inclusive plus, which is an expensive upgrade. You can only order drinks on all inclusive, and plus until 11pm, then you pay. This next bit is crazy,, on all inclusive you have to pay for a plastic bottle of water to take to your room. You can take any incuded alcaholic dri ks up or coke , lemonade etc.. but not water,,,, absolutely bonkers in my opinion. If you use the al acarte restaurant, and have a steak, even all inclusive plus have to pay a surcharge. And last but not least, The evening entertainment is a bit hit and miss, it starts at 9pm and has ended by 9.45pm, then any background music is turned off by 10.15pm, and its silent. All in all , we had a wonderful time, would we come back,,, Maybe

Just returned after a 11 night stay in a superior sea view room.The room was lovely .I didn't realise we had comfy sun beds on our balcony . Lovely touch we had a welcome bottle of fizz.As a late arrival there was sandwiches in the fridge .The restaurant had a really good selection of everything and really tasty .Salad bar was my favourite .As it's all inclusive the drinks and cocktails where lovely .I was surprised the all Inclusive for drinks ended at 11pm although the bar closed at 1am. So they do come around if you want a drink before 11.I wasn't going to buy a drink .The staff where good .The older gentleman in the restaurant taking your drinks order he was lovely .I was shocked when the dinning room lights went off and they sang Happy Birthday with a cake arrived on my table .A second bottle of fizz and a message in our room .The pool is lovely plenty of beds .New pool for next Year .The hotel is close walk to the beach with plenty of sunbeds. With gorgeous soft sand Lovely walk along to the harbour .The hotel entertainment was good .
We returned from this fantastic hotel a few days ago, our 2nd visit this year. We have been coming here for 18 years now & always feels like we'vev come home. Everything is perfect. The best part about it is the amazing staff who always treat us like family especially Christina Dimitri George Lotta & Yianni they go above & beyond every time & we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for looking after us.❤️
