Senator Hotel Apartments

I have never been so happy to have stayed somewhere and I have never had a better experience somewhere abroad before. Since I have been home I have had plenty of stories to tell but the hotel and the staff keeps getting brought up as they were completely unforgettable. Luca was absolutely amazing and made us feel so accommodated for always checking if we needed water or food etc. but the real star was costa. We arrived late and being 3 girls alone in a different country we were nervous, especially not having the best experiences in the past. But costa made us feel so so safe and throughout the week we were there became our ‘father figure’. He is full of advice, stories, jokes and most of all just pure kindness. He has the purest heart and I have never met a man quite like him. He doesn’t get enough justice for what he does, and I know it’s not only us that feel this way as everyone we spoke to at the hotel felt exactly the same way about him. The hotel is full of laughter, stories and memories but the one thing that brings it all together is costa, costa we love you!!!

This is my second review after returning home from my vacation because I truly feel that one review simply isn’t enough to do this hotel justice.

This has been one of the coziest, warmest, and most welcoming hotels I have ever stayed at, and that’s entirely thanks to the incredible staff. From the housekeeping team, to the lovely young man and the kind short-haired lady at the pool bar, the amazing night receptionist, and the fantastic manager—every single person made our stay unforgettable.

However, the gold medal has to go to the GOAT himself: Kostas.

Kostas is, without a doubt, one of the most genuine and remarkable people you could ever meet. Visiting a foreign country can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when you’re unsure of your surroundings. But from the very first moment, Kostas made not only us, but every single guest, feel completely safe and at home.

He has a rare gift for bringing people together. Every evening, he would gather guests around the table, filling the atmosphere with laughter, warmth, and unforgettable stories. Our late-night conversations became one of the highlights of our entire holiday, and I genuinely walked away with some of the best life lessons I’ve ever received. He doesn’t just do his job—he creates an environment where strangers become friends and a hotel begins to feel like home.

I also want to give a special thank you to Luca. He is such a kind, caring, and genuine person. Even when he was busy, he always found time to help whenever someone needed him. He was an incredible support to both my cousin and me when we experienced an uncomfortable situation, and his kindness meant more to us than he probably realizes. Thank you, Luca, for being such a wonderful person.

Finally, a huge round of applause to the management for having people like Kostas and Luca on your team. They are the heart of this hotel and the reason so many guests leave with unforgettable memories.

If you ever stay at Senator Hotel, make sure you meet Kostas. It will be one of the highlights of your trip—I can almost guarantee it.
