Just returned from a fabulous 2 week visit at the beautiful River Rock. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very modern and bright and airy. What really makes this hotel are the staff, they are the best we have had in Cyprus. Special mention to Petra on reception who is fabulous and goes out of her way to help in every way she can thank you. Special mention to Katarina and the breakfast staff! They are all fantastic, so friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent loved it! Rooms are very clean, good size and bright and airy. Air conditioning fabulous. Bar staff in the evening are so friendly and accommodating. Cleaning staff around the hotel always saying good morning, hello which was lovely. Management when passing you always a hello. Loved River Rock Hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you everyone.
Hotel was nice and staff was friendly, room was ok and clean, shower was horrendous broken leaked all over the floor and into the room, pool was lovely always able to get a lounger no fighting for beds. Breakfast was ok had to be their early to get it hot and be able to get what was on offer as didn't really get toped up, taken off dead on 10am to give to the staff. Evening meal was horrendous, not much choice and cold, nothing really went with eachother totally random, full salmon with head and tail on which was uncooked in the middle, full chicken was chunked up not sliced be a chef infront of you, kebabs not much meat in them had to ask for more, desserts once gone never got replaced basically first come first served totally random every night, not topped up, took off dead on 9pm so staff could be fed. Alacarte lunch menu was ok plenty to choose from and plenty of it, it was hot when it got served. The afternoon buy on get one free on drinks was a con as they wanted you to purchase the dearest cocktail on the menu because if you didn't they pulled a face and wanted you to buy a different one, and it was only for one drink.
Staff getting reprimanded infront of customers was very upsetting.

I had a very good time and would recommend this hotel. Especially Petra did an amazing job and was so kind😍 they sended me a card, wine and fruits for my birthday sooo cute!!! 🥰
