The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent, with plenty of restaurant options nearby, Nissi Beach just a 5-minute walk away, and convenience stores right on your doorstep — including an exceptional bakery that’s definitely worth a visit! 🥐☕️
From the moment you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted by a stylish and beautifully designed reception area, with friendly and welcoming staff. On the way to your room, you pass through the open terrace dining area, surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and greenery, which gives the whole place such a relaxed and inviting feel.
Behind the terrace is the pool area, complete with comfortable sun loungers, cabanas and large beanbag loungers — perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The pool itself is a great size and ideal for cooling off when you need a break from the heat. ☀️🏝️
The rooms are clean, spacious and stylish, with beautifully designed bathrooms and really comfortable beds. Everything feels modern, fresh and well thought out.
The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful and always happy to assist, which really adds to the overall experience.
Overall, this hotel has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. It combines a gorgeous, bougie aesthetic with a chilled and relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

Essex Family love this place !
Rooms good and very clean. Location is good bus stop outside and beach close by . My only moan is the fridge is room not very cold ! The staff are the heart of this place elena who works with another ladies at breakfast , George , Socrates and Oliver ! They can not do enough for you !!! We was a group of 11 . Always asking if you need anything and so helpful!! They really do make this place , thank you all so very much been back two days and missing this place. The place is beautiful with the flowers and always able to get a sunbed.
Great hotel
It's a very good hotel - we liked it! The stuff is friendly, rooms are clean. Food is okay too, maybe more diversity for breakfast would be nicer though (I don't know about the lunches/dinners). The bed is great, we slept very well all days. Another super cool thing about this hotel is that the amazing Nissi Beach with transparent water and white sand is just nearby and residents of this hotel (and some others) are prioritized there for the sunbeds which cost just €10 btw.
Lovely stay at Nissi Park!
We had a lovely stay at Nissi Park Hotel. The rooms great, the pool area and seating areas are lovely. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied with lots to choose from. It is a short walk to a number of beaches and also local restaurants and bars with a short bus ride to aiya napa. Would recommend.
Don’t hesitate just book this Hotel
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday / hotel then this place is for you . 2 mins walk from the local shops 10 mins walk from the bars and restaurants. Rooms are exactly what you would want ; clean and a good size despite the balcony being small. Special thanks has to go to all the friendly staff particularly Galina who goes over and above to make your stay extra special.
