This modern property is well located around 58 kilometres from Larnaka Airport, being very convenient for everyone travelling to this destination. It offers well-appointed and tastefully designed and furnished rooms with sea view, side sea view and inland view. Guests can enjoy a variety of local and international delicacies in the hotel’s dining room or on the outdoor terrace. The lobby and cocktail bar are the ideal meeting places, while the pool bar is the perfect setting for a refreshing drink, exotic cocktails and light refreshments. Definitely, the hotel is a perfect place to relax, as it incorporates an extensive range of leisure facilities and services for all its guests.
This hotel is stunning, we stayed last September as a family of 4, we loved it so much we came back this year for our anniversary as a couple. All the staff are lovely, helpful and really friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the sea view is incredible, the beach is just a short walk with beautifully clear water. This is absolutely our favourite hotel and we'll definitely be going back again. The spa is also beautiful and calm, I can honestly say it was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel to both families and couples. Oana, the guest relations officer is so lovely, helpful and welcoming (they all are, but Oana really stood out) she is a credit to the hotel.
Loved staying here, great location off the main street in Ayia Napa. It's a busy hotel but always plenty of space for relaxing pool side & the outside bar areas. The pool is big & we spent a lot of time in it. Pool towels are available 5 euro deposit per towel, change as often as needed & money refunded when towels finished with. Our Room was comfortable on the 4th floor & cleaned daily. Shower gel & shampoo provided. We booked All Inclusive & the food was great, always plenty of choice, no complaints only compliments to the chef & catering staff. All the staff were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Special thanks Myroulla, such a lovely lady always had time for a chat with us . Also special Mention to Anik & Raju We felt that they always went the extra mile for us, polite & cheerful as well. Already looking to book this hotel for next year. Highly reccomend this hotel & if your looking to book a hotel this one in our opinion is perfect choice.❤️
Just arrived home from 11 night stay at Nelia. The hotel is in a good location, it is spotless, the food is honestly one of the best I’ve had at all inclusive and honestly try the snack bar !! The pool is lovely, looks a lot smaller in pictures but it is a perfect size, sun beds again the best I’ve had at all inclusive but for me I just want to give a big shoutout to the entertainment team, my little girl fell in love with you all, the time Gaia and the team gave her throughout the day never went unnoticed, my little one asked for yoga on the stage and next Gaia was on the stage doing yoga with her. Coming after the school holidays there wasn’t many children and sometimes was just my girl for the mini disco but Hannah and Gaia still made sure she had the best time even remembering her favourite songs to dance too. So thank you both. Day time activities are as fun and my family particularly liked the darts every day and water polo in the afternoons. The white party and karaoke was our favourite at evening. So thank you all, if I had one complaint it would be how hot it is in the seating area outside where the entertainment at night and outside dining takes place, it is quite uncomfortable and fans or air cooling units would be welcomed! Apart from that we had a great stay and my little girl misses you already!

Wow, what a fantastic hotel,right in the centre,5 minutes away from marina,which has got a good friendly pub called the queen vic.5 minutes walk away from centre of restaurants,shops and Hotel - what can I say from check in ,the receptionist was friendly,helpful and very quick Bedroom- cleaned every day,towels changed every day,to a very high standard. Lovely clean bathroom with a beautiful shower with shower gel,body wash and shampoo.Plenty of space in wardrobe for our clothes. Excellent working AC. Kettle with tea and coffee in room . A fridge to keep anything you want to keep cold. Nice balcony we were on floor 5. Food- amazing choice ,fantastic no complaints,theme nights every night. We always go all inclusive, but this is the first time we have never gone out for food,because the food in the hotel was fantastic,plenty of choice and always warm and fresh.We always sat inside of restaurant because it was too warm to sit outside which you can do by choice. Drink- pumps of beer and wine use yourself at lunch and dinner,or you can have a waiter or waitress to get your drinks for you. All alcohol was very good tried a few cocktails no complaints. Pool- warm pool it may look small we never had any problems getting a sunbed in morning,you are not allowed to put towels down until 8,30.Brilliant sunbeds lovely and comfy. There are sun beds you can lie in a very shallow pool to cool down, which I used a lot because I can’t swim,it helped me cool down.There are also 3 jacuzzi beds in the pool .There is also a children’s pool at the end of the adults pool. Snack bar- we only used this once ,you order your food and they bring it to you so you know it’s always fresh.Drink by pool is served in plastic glasses. The hotel is so good we have already booked for next year,we never ever book the same hotel twice. This is a fab hotel. Staff- very friendly,polite and helpful,and the entertainment team are good in the day we always joined in with darts but they never pressured you to join in. Hello Hana, hope your well from the welshies. Negatives- don’t like to complain about this it’s only a small negative, when we arrived at hotel restaurant was closed we were handed a cereal bar and a chocolate croissant. It would have been nice to have a sandwich after travelling for 12 hours. And what would be nice is a biscuit,or cake, tea and coffee in the snack bar but as I say we have already booked but next year we hate having a sea view. Beach- 3 minutes walk away,you can book beds through hotel in reception,we didn’t, we used pool and went to nissi beach which is a must ,it’s fantastic,don’t believe what people say about Ayia Napa it’s for the youngsters,we are in our 50s in September it was a fantastic hotel and holiday.
