Nelia Beach Hotel

Very nice experience! Beach at only 2 min to walk.

Just recently returned from a weeks stay at Nelia beach with my two daughters. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with friendly, smiling staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Check in was easy and quick and our room was lovely and clean. There was one day we weren’t given any towels in the bathroom but a quick chat with reception and housekeeping arrived who were so apologetic- no problem as these things happen and it was quickly resolved. The entertainment staff are keen to get people involved but soon get to know those who are there for a quiet stay and don’t push any further. The food was lovely - each night is themed but there is something for everyone and we loved every meal. I would like to say a special thank you to Andri in the restaurant who always had a smile on her face and a friendly greeting each time she saw us. Also in the bar, Mahesh made amazing cocktails and made the effort to know our favourite drink ( not easy when we decided to try a different cocktail each night!) it’s these little touches that made our holiday that extra bit special. Housekeeping work extremely hard and every part of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely and warm and was where we spent most of our time relaxing during the day . The sunbeds were the most comfortable I have ever laid on! This is the only hotel I have stayed at where you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed - at 9am there were plenty of sunbeds still free. Thank you to all at Nelia Beach hotel for making our holiday amazing - we will be back!!

We would like to sincerely thank the hotel for the wonderful surprise room upgrade. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated the extra comfort and the warm hospitality shown by the staff. We hope to return in the future, and who knows—maybe we’ll be lucky enough to be surprised again!

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel, and we would especially like to thank Subit. This is our second year here, and he has once again been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He always greets guests with a smile and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. His kindness and excellent service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
