We have just spent a week here and it has been amazing from start to finish, the hotel is lovely , staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent, we went to 2 of the à la cart restaurants which were very good too . Everything is very clean from the pool , rooms restaurants etc . Even though we are close to amenities you couldn’t hear it . This hotel has a chilled out relaxing vibe , would highly recommend.
The location is im the middle of night life, so it is very easy to come back after a party. Atmosphere was very friendly including the staff members that are very kind from the beginning to the end. Rooms are equipped with all daily necessary, towels had some stain, but those were smelling fresh new. Might be an error. Noise level depends of the side of the bulding, we were located with pool view, noise level was reduced but still hear the bass of the music from the bars. You have good food inside of the restaurant, clean pool, good spa, 3 different restaurants at the bottom of the hotel.
From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay. Good food and a great choice of drinks. Central to the area within walking distance to anything you require. My only criticism is the smoking and not having smoking/non smoking areas but that is a typical.Greece hopefully things will change. We are already planning a visit back.
Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Right beside a large choice of restaurants and bars. You walk out the door and you are in the heart of it all. Rooms cleaned daily. Stayed on a BB basis, somewhat limited choice no pancakes or waffles but that’s a personal choice. Lots of other breakfast options outside of the hotel with 2/3 minutes of walk. Only negative about the hotel is the sun beds. By 7:30am each morning almost all sunbeds were occupied with towels on them even though the pool does not open until 9am. Overall very pleasant stay and would stay here again.
Had a lovely stay at Napa Plaza, although the rooms are smaller than we are used to, and the food choices more limited, the hotel was spotless, Munipal did a great job with our room, and the food was excellent. I can't fault it, and absolutely would recommend it.
