Our 6th visit to this hotel, sadly WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!! We was soo excited to be attending again visiting friends we at the hotel we met 10 years ago. The hotel was sooo disappointing, the towels had holes in they were disgusting, thin and miscoloured, the bedding wasn’t any better, the flooring had even lifted the hotel was dirty our room was dirty!! The fridge wasn’t working we was told it wasn’t supposed to be cold cold, we accept that but why say there is a fridge in the room maintenance came it was NO better! Then my husband decided to pull the fridge out it was filthy the fan couldn’t turn for our blocked up it was, he cleaned it and boom it was working why couldn’t the hotel do that? The hallway and stairs where filthy and spilt sticky drinks where there from us arriving to us going home. We had to get up at 6am to secure a sunbed it was a JOKE! The staff were NOT welcoming or friendly, the pool bar staff were shocking, so ignorant young bar tenders that don’t know how to smile or even say hello! Breakfast was even better, happy your on holiday get up saying Good Morning to staff who couldn’t even smile or acknowledge you, food under the tables on the floor was still there from the day before! Well the food was even better, paid a premium for a hotel with bed and breakfast, we never got one hot fried egg in our Full 10 day stay they were stone cold, asked for an omelette I was told no, asked again and got a burnt flat disgusting egg on a plate of oil, cheese and meats were curled up, there was NO butter 6 mornings, when asking staff was given a mucky luck and told all gone!!!! It was pot luck with the bread too, we didn’t bother to stay 2 mornings going to the cafe just outside the hotel which was beautiful and not expensive! The juice was warm whether from the machine which only gives half of a SMALL glass, how GREEDY has this hotel got? The pool towels were so faded and thin! The hotel states NO drinks or food can be brought in around the pool, everyone did and what do they expect when my husband went to the bar was treat like something on the bottom of your shoe and 19 euros for 2 strawberry daiquiri was the tipping point!!! We will not be returning or recommend it to anyone. The hotel is in a desperate need of an overall refurbishment and a good clean and it doesn’t cost anything for staff to just be polite. The reception staff deserved 5 stars they were all so lovely and polite and couldn’t do enough for you, thank you.
Wow.... best all inclusive experience ever. Beautiful food, ala carte was real restaurant standard food, Asian, Italian and diner... stunning. Chefs were keen to ensure diners enjoyed. A different experience every day. Foodie paradise. Location dead centre. Staff super helpful and friendly. Wonderful stay and highly recommend 👌
I had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel is in an excellent location,the staff are friendly and helpful, my room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was excellent — plenty of choice and everything you could want. I didn’t eat in the hotel restaurants as I preferred to eat out and try different places locally.
The spa was OK, although you have to book and pay in advance to use it. The massage, however, was excellent.
If you have the opportunity, I’d definitely recommend requesting a pool-facing room, as they look considerably nicer.
The downsides
Unfortunately, I was in room 285, directly above/near the area where the bins are emptied. Every morning between approximately 2:00am and 3:00am, the bins were collected, with staff shouting to each other as they worked. I was woken up every single morning, which really wasn’t ideal.
The sun-lounger situation also needs addressing. Every morning most of the loungers had towels placed on them, despite many not being used for hours. On one day I found four poolside loungers with towels on them and nobody actually used them while I was there.
I spoke to a regular guest who told me that some people apparently go down as early as 2:00am to put their towels out! If that’s true, the hotel really needs a policy to stop this.
There were also a lot of flies around the pool area. I’ve stayed at hotels where the hedges and bushes are treated overnight, which seems to keep this under control, so perhaps something the hotel could consider.
Finally, I don’t smoke, and in the afternoons there were quite a few guests smoking around the pool. Depending on the wind, the smoke would blow directly over you, which wasn’t particularly pleasant.
Overall
I’d stay here again because the location is excellent, the staff are genuinely friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.
However, the 2–3am bin collection is a major issue, and the hotel could significantly improve the pool experience by tackling the sun-lounger reservation problem, flies and smoking around the pool.
Overall: 4/5 — a good hotel that could be excellent with a few relatively simple improvements.

Masjid has been the most AMAZING bar man nothing too much . Makes the BEST Strawberry daquri and Iced vanilla latte . The most fantastic hotel food and service. We will be back next year xxx
