The amazing Napa Plaza
3rd time at the Napa Plaza. Amazing rooms, great location. Service is top notch! Food was great and very good service. Will definitely be back
Excellent hotel.
So this is my 5th stay at Napa Plaza. I try different locations and hotels each year but this is the only one I keep coming back to. Firstly the staff are excellent. From the army of cleaners that reset the hotel every morning at sunrise to the waiting and bar staff. Secondly the food is first class. The all inclusive package has access to 3 à la carte restaurants and a buffet. All serve delicious food with different cocktails on offer. Thirdly the atmosphere is ambient and chilled. The pool bar has incredible vibes at night and is a sanctum of calm.
The new indoor pool is refurbished to a very high standard.
An area for improvement would by the AC and fridges in the rooms which I have found hit or miss. Sometimes they work and chill and other times I have found them wanting.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, groups of friends or solo travellers who want a classy, hotel with an excellent vibe and delicious food.

A place worth coming back to ❤️
This was our second year staying at this wonderful hotel, and once again it was an absolutely beautiful experience. There is something very special about coming back to a place and finding it just as lovely as you remembered — if not even better.
The hotel has such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and everything you need to truly switch off and enjoy your holiday. The staff are warm, friendly and always helpful, and you can really feel the care that goes into making guests feel welcome.
I especially love the atmosphere around the hotel — whether enjoying a peaceful morning, spending the day by the pool, having an afternoon cocktail or simply relaxing in the evening, it always feels like a little escape from everyday life. Also the gym is renovated so you can stay active on holiday too, as yoh have all you need.
Returning for a second year says it all. We have created some beautiful memories here, and I would happily come back again. Thank you to the whole team for another amazing stay! ❤️

Had an amazing all-inclusive holiday! 🌴☀️ Perfect for both couples and groups of friends, with great food, lovely drinks, a beautiful atmosphere and plenty to keep you entertained. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Skevi! everything was so easy and relaxing. We had such a great time and would definitely come back! 🍹❤️
