Nestled in Agia Napa on the picturesque island of Cyprus, this splendid resort is an unbeatable option for couples, families and groups of friends. Larnaca International Airport is less than 52 kilometres from this property. This magnificent hotel offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for all those who wish to escape the city life and recharge their batteries in beautiful natural scenery. The luminous and spacious guest rooms enjoy a delightful décor and come complete with top-notch facilities necessary to ensure a pleasant stay. Patrons will have the opportunity to enjoy delicacies of local and international cuisines. The sparkling pool is a perfect place to unwind after a long day while children may play at the paddling pool. Guests may also have a refreshing drink from the poolside bar or sunbathe on the sun terrace equipped with deckchairs.
Avoid this place at all costs. Although the food, chefs, restaurant manager, and great cleaning ladies were fantastic, the behavior of the hotel management, reception staff, unsecured parking, and the surrounding terror completely ruined everything. The operators care only about money; guests mean nothing to them, and they will lie straight to your face without hesitation while you experience fear in your room. This experience completely ruined our vacation, and we will never visit Cyprus again. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel! We returned home from this "vacation" completely exhausted. I have never stayed at such a horrific place in my entire life. This establishment should not hold even a single star! It is nothing more than a cheap hostel for young students. 🟢 Pros (Main Advantages) + Excellent breakfasts and dinners. + Amazing restaurant manager whose name starts with L (we nicknamed him "Mr. SKODA") and the entire catering team. + Wonderful and precise cleaning ladies (the cleaning lady for room 126 was extremely fast and constantly cared for our needs). + Modern visual appearance of the rooms and the actual layout of the pool area. 🔴 Cons (Main Disadvantages) -Zero value of the Superior room: A premium room loses all meaning when you cannot sleep a single wink the entire night due to terror. - Prioritizing profit over safety: Official confession from management that they will not handle the noise because the teenagers have booked multiple rooms. - Liars at the reception: The staff shamelessly denied an official agreement confirmed directly hotel and our travel delegate.
-Arrogant hotel staff: Guests smoke (ashing directly into the pool) and drink inside the water; receptionists completely ignore complaints. - Fear: Nightly waking up by drunk crowds, the sound of furniture being destroyed, and street fights with the police under the windows.
First the positives, rooms spacious and clean. However the hotel did run out of towels on one day. Male staff in particular were very pleasant and helpful Now the negatives, on the all inclusive you do not get free access to a variety of dinning options unless you are willing to pay . Usually you get a meal per week in each restaurant. Sadly this was not the case. There was only one venue to eat all three meals and to get snacks from should you require them during allotted snack times. Dining on the outside of the restaurant if my husband wanted wine that was fine but if I wanted Prosecco with my meal I would have to go and queue up at the pool bar. One afternoon they ran out of Vodka and said it wouldn’t be in stock until the following evening, despite there being Grey Goose in the pool bar and Smirnoff x2 in the terrace bar. We had an unfortunate experience whilst here, a man was arguing with his wife on the outside terrace, yelling in her face, took her food off her and went to head butt her in front of their little children. No-one stepped in, so I went into the restaurant to ask for security, advised by two waiters to speak to restaurant manager, who wasn’t interested and told me to go to reception, which is what I was asking about, where security was based! I went to reception to be told security only come in at 11pm, the manager of the hotel did come out and she spoke to the man and told bar staff not to serve him anymore alcohol. Unfortunately he did the same thing two nights later. I know another guest I spoke to , had asked could they not remove him from the hotel. His children were left to fend for themselves the youngest around two years of age and could have easily fell into the pools. My husband reported the fact that two of the older boys were in the restaurant licking their fingers and sticking them in all the cakes to the manager, he said not my problem and muttered something about the parents. I agree it was not the children’s fault, but surely they could of told the parents they need to be present with them for safety reasons. The head chef ended up coming out to serve them food as they kept picking up pasta etc with their fingers. Another chef came over and told them to use spoons and directed them to where the spoons were kept. Very unpleasant especially for those poor children. After this the restaurant manager did not look or speak to my husband or myself for the rest of the holiday. No heartache there ! I booked this for our 40th anniversary and my daughter spoke to the hotel customer service before hand, to ask could she pay for flowers and wine to be delivered to our room. She was told no problem and payment would not be necessary, still waiting !!! Overall the friendly mostly male staff especially the gentleman who did the morning shift on the pool bar and the two older quiet gentleman serving in the restaurant made our holiday as they were kind, helpful and friendly. Would I recommend this hotel, not a chance. The owners need to decide what they want it to be, either a family hotel in which case they need to provide some form of children’s entertainment, eating area in the restaurant and a play area. If they want it to be a place for young ones then that’s fine, but don’t put older or young families in the same block. Woke on several nights by young ones coming in at 2, 4 and 5 am in the morning after clubbing. Not an issue, the issue was the running up and down the corridor, screaming , slamming doors, knocking on our door and shouting at the top of their voices . I do know what it’s like to be young, but don’t feel clubbers and party goers necessarily fit well into a family and couples hotel. Never felt the need to write a review before and we go abroad three times a year, have done for many years on an all inclusive basis. But was sadly very disappointed by this hotel and felt compelled to write a review.
Balcony towards the street means that its basically unusable due to incredibly amplified street noise and badly cleaned and adjusted shower head made showers not great and feel a bit awkward. Staff was great, room was good, restaurant was decent for what it was, pool and bars were great. Frankie's was not worth the somewhat steep price but Megu was some of the best food we had all trip.
Reccomended hotel. Nice, clean and friendly staff
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we are very satisfied with the overall service, we would like to praise the housekeeper who was very pleasant and helped us on several occasions and came out to meet us. Also, the staff in the restaurant area were very nice and special praise for them as well. We will gladly recommend the hotel to everyone and we hope to come again, because we will definitely choose this hotel.
