This aparthotel has an ideal location in the centre of the city, it has calm and relaxing environment, but it is very close to popular restaurants and taverns with local food, interesting shopping places and nightlife area. It is only five minutes' walk from Grecian Bay beach and the beautiful fishing harbour. Public transport can be found just outside the hotel.

Modern rooms, great location and very clean.
The apartments were clean and modern, we stayed in room 114. Air conditioning was efficient and very welcome. Cleaners came in every day and did a great job. The hotel is set back from the Main Street so the only noise we heard was from inconsiderate guests coming back late at night. Staff were all helpful and friendly, barman made nice frozen cocktails. The pool was clean. We thought a few more sunloungers would be useful around the pool especially when the hotel started to get busy towards the end of our stay. The pool is small and we would have liked a ban on balls being used in it as there wasn’t a lot of room for these. The bus stop for Nissi beach and Fig Tree bay is a short walk away and buses were cheap and regular. Lovely holiday and very nice hotel, our first time to Cyprus and we will be back.
Good location and clean room
Very basic but clean room. We saw one cockroach outside the room but you always see them in Cyprus. The pool is very small and not big enough to swim as big groups stand in the middle playing ball and you can’t get by if you want to swim across. There’s only about 30 sun loungers at the most so they’re all gone by 8 am. The snack bar is nice food staff seem friendly. I didn’t encounter rude or miserable cleaners and they always said good morning hello. However they do come early but you can press the switch to say do not make up the room if you don’t want to be disturbed. The hotel is not far from the beach so the location is ideal. If you want to stay by a pool all the time then go somewhere else. I prefer the beach so some days www stay at the pool but also like to go out

I was super impressed with how clean the hotel was. The daily housekeeping service was excellent and kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a 10-minute walk from Limanaki Beach and no more than 10 minutes from the main nightlife and clubs. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife while staying in a clean, comfortable hotel.

Lovely apartment full of cockroaches and teenagers everywhere.
The receptionist are all very friendly, and the apartment is nice, big and clean.
The hotel is very central, and that’s nice too.
The maids cleaning seem very depressive. Never smiles or jokes. The sometime start to knock your door around 9 o’clock in the morning. And keep on until you wake up.
That is quite early beeing waked up at a vacation.
The hotel is full of teenagers.
They party and will make noise early in the morning.
The pool area is to small for all the guests. Especially when people reserve sunbeds from early In the morning til the sun goes down. You will often see that they don’t arrive before 13:00 o’clock. Blocking sunbeds for 4 hours.
And since the pool is so small it is always crowded.
Our apartment was full of cockroaches. Big ones. Very very big!
Every day we found at least one.
I don’t think the cleaning includes spraying, because I have never before experienced so many in a hotelroom/ apartment.
The cleaning lady will keep the door open, while cleaning, and maybe that’s how they get in. One day I found one in the towel she just brought.
The cleaning lady leaves the apartment with all lights on, and will slam the door, when she leaves.
You get the feeling they hate their lives or maybe even you? We hated being around, when getting cleaned.
Best hotel in Ayia Napa
Location is amazing, so close to the strip. Lots of restaurants bakery’s etc nearby. The staff are phenomenal especially Muhammad so is the new renovation they’ve had. 10/10 rooms were so clean such good value too. Hotels a mix of families as well as party goers, we made so many friends here.
