Very poor service. Withholding payment for booking we cancelled more than 24h.
I booked a day pass for two for my birthday at the Napa suites rooftop. However, on that day it was warned with thunderstorms, so I called to asked if I cancelled more than 24 hours before, if I would get a refund, which I was assured. It is also stated that they have a 24 hours cancellation policy.
However, I never got the refund. I went personally to ask about it and they said the system didn’t refund automatically because in their system a daypass starts in the beginning of the day, but my booking was for 1pm. I cancelled 10.30 am the day before.
They said they would try to do it manually but would not guarantee my refund even if it’s my right. As a customer, I cannot know how their system is set up and when I called, they could have also told me since I called several days before.
I asked for them to give me a confirmation and they said they would send me an email about what will happen. This also I didn’t receive.
Very poor service in any way. Even we spend more than 100€ in their restaurant, courtyard, on my birthday instead of the rooftop pool, and still they are making trouble about refunding two day passes that we cancelled within the time.
Amazing rooftop
A pleasant stay at Napa Suites in a convenient urban location. The hotel has a modern atmosphere and a really nice rooftop area where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The location is practical and close to many places in the city, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable and the overall vibe of the hotel is stylish and contemporary.
The only downside is that there are no sea views, as the hotel is located further inland. Still, it’s a good option for those looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Excellent Stay!
We had an amazing time to Napa Suites. Everyone was friendly kind and they made my boyfriends birthday special. Napa View pool was the best spot to have a relaxing day and the food was amazing. Room was spotless and prepared exactly how i wanted for my boyfriends birthday. I recommend Umami Asian for a special night. We will be back thank you

Currently sitting by the pool on our last full day, taking five minutes to write this review because our stay here has been nothing short of amazing!
Hotel – absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything feels fresh, newly painted, and the scent throughout the building just reminds you of summer, sunshine, and cocktails.The rooms are gorgeous, with huge king/super‑king beds, sleek furniture, and all the essentials you could possibly need. Ladies, no need to pack a hairdryer, toothbrush, or even a razor, they’ve thought of everything. Breakfast – delicious, beautifully presented, and full of freshly cooked options. The eggs Benedict is genuinely one of the nicest I’ve ever had. There’s a great selection of hot dishes, fresh fruit, honey, pastries, and top‑quality tea and coffee. Rooftop Pool – stunningly presented with the perfect chilled‑out vibe. The poolside food is some of the best I’ve ever had, with the sushi rolls being top tier! The DJ plays every day, starting chilled in the morning and getting a bit livelier in the afternoon, perfect cocktail vibes. The volume is spot‑on: enjoyable but you can still chat without shouting over the music. Staff – where do I even start? From the hotel manager to the breakfast team, pool staff, reception, and housekeeping, I genuinely don’t have a single bad word. Every one of them greets you with a smile, takes time to chat, makes you feel welcome, and shares a laugh with you. They’ve truly made our stay exceptional. I honestly cannot wait to come back. 2027 isn’t possible due to other commitments, but we’ll be returning with a bang in 2028 and we can’t wait to see everyone again!
Relaxed and chilled
A friend and myself have just returned on the 29th June. After a mishap on booking in which was fastly rectified I cannot fault our stay. 9 nights 10 days. Our room was the garden suite with full pool. Sun loungers were very comfortable and plenty of room outside. Road opposite can be a little noisy but we got use to it and didn't spoil our stay. Room was very comfy with patio doors. Beautiful bedding and comfy pillows. Food from the Asian was amazing as was the roof top food. Stunning views and sunsets. Breakfast had everything you needed was delicious. All drinks 🍸 were quality. Location to us was out of the way but we had everything we needed for our stay here. Small shop near by and a lovely taverna. Staff were impeccable from start to finish, all very friendly helpful and very polite. Alex nathalie and Dorothy as all the other staff all we can say is a big thank you for all your kind help. We will definitely be back. Our stay was very chilled and relaxing . Room 011 Mandy and Suzanne. Have a great summer ☀️ everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable ❤️
