I have just returned from a holiday at this hotel and it was amazing. The staff are wonderful, the food choices incredible. I will definitely be returning
We arrived late in the night on the 31st August. When we got to our room we were to tired to have a proper look around. We had paid extra for side seats view. When we got up in the morning and looked out of the balcony we had a view of a car park. We went to reception and explained we were not happy with the room. They asked if I would come back in an hour and that there would be another room we could see. When we viewed the room I would say it had one of the best views in the hotel we had the room at no extra charge. Staff work really hard very pleasant. Great location. Had a great stay.
Just back from a lovely week at Grecian Sands hotel, this was our second time staying at the hotel and I must say they have upped there already big standards. Everything was so lovely right from the start out interconnecting rooms with our children was superb as was the room great pool bar staff excellent as always and the breakfast staff are always so lovely. I only have one suggestion to put to the hotel management and that would be to have smoking area round the pool as it’s not nice trying to relax and having to breath in second hand smoke from all around you. This would be my only negative Thanks for a wonderful stay
Absolutely beautiful hotel and staff are amazing especially Georgina Bell, Guest Relations Manager and Tommy in the restaurant. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet holiday, but with still lots to do very nearby.
Last year we stayed at Grecian bay 5* we loved it but thought we would try Grecian sands this year we are shocked it’s only 4* the only difference we could see is at Grecian bay they have a sunbed booking system that worked really well but we never had a problem getting a bed here unless you want one close to the beach but plenty of beds throughout the day. Most of the staff are pleasant & helpful especially the girls that deliver drinks around the pool & the life guards always helpful. Breakfast plenty of choice but plates could have been warmer just my opinion I’d rather have hot food but always enjoyed it. Our room was so nice we were upgraded from side sea to side superior sea view on the 5th floor the views were fantastic! The burger bar on the 6th floor is a must wow the food was amazing, staff lovely & again fantastic views across ayia napa. We stayed b&b as plenty of restaurants & bars about 20min walk. We will definitely stay here again it’s a hard decision between Grecian sands & Grecian bay both wonderful hotels.
